My little boy put a tiny painted pumpkin in my bag and I was walking about and they asked to see inside my bag and I was shocked to have a pumkim. It was honestly hilarious because i had no idea why they wanted to see. Great people

Its Walmart which means I go to get out as quickly as possible with my groceries. Its a convenient place, and its always entertaining to see some of the people that come in and out of the place.

Shelves getting bare. And meat prices are soaring.

I would appreciate more cashiers. Two is not enough. I did appreciate not having to bring my own cart in from the parking lot on this visit.

Dont pay for oil at the gas stations s surrounding Walmart. Definitely wait until Walmart opens and save yourself a ton of money. They opened at 6 am. I went in and done lights were still off and there were no employees at any registers or payment areas. Thankfully, I didnt have any problems at the self checkout. If I would have had to pay with cash I may have had a problem

I have to give a 5 star because they were very very helpful. Customer service was amazing.

I truly appreciate the associates giving up their time to serve the public. Under the circumstances I was able to find exactly what I was looking for.

Cashiers are extremely slow, irritable, and almost seem like they hate working there. We stood in line behind two people to cash a check for almost ten minutes. We watched the associate slowly, and I mean SLOWLY, wander over to customer service to get someone to assist her. When we got to the counter, we placed our check and ID on the counter and she just looked at us and stood there for a while until we picked up everything, reached over the counter and handed out to her. Seems small but everything added up just made it seem like we were an inconvenience to them and it made the experience frustrating.

This store had quickly restocked everything I needed post Hurrican Ida

On August 25 2021 I went to the Wal Mart to purchase a Laptop. I purchased a Gateway Laptop that did not work. I returned it. I took another one, same brand and it too did not work. I returned it. I decided to get the HP. It has worked fine.The entire staff really did not know how to return the two laptops and subsequently have charged me 1067.86 for the HP. Wal-Mart does not have any Laptop for this amount in their store that Im aware of. Ive spoken to Chris at the Wal-Mart in Brookhaven and he said he would take care of it. He did not. Ive tried calling and I cant get anyone on the phone to help me. The manager or Chris does not answer.I disputed the charge with Amex and Wal-Mart somehow produced a receipt for the 1067.86. The only receipt I have is for the purchase of the HP for 538.19. Something is terribly wrong with this store.

Service friendly but long wait time for food. Food was excellent.

None of the self checkouts accept cash payments. Only cards. That gets old quick.

They didnt enjoy the competition of other stores, so they ran them all out of business in our town. Now they very seldom have the things my family needs. In Stock.And when they do have them in stock, the prices are so high that you cant afford them. Also, our store in Brookhaven, MS is just so dirty that I just hate to spend money there. Is there any relief in the near future? I really hope that a manager will come about that wants to take.pride in this store and turn a lot of the problems around.

One of the best Walmart Ive ever been to. The workers work and they are very professional.

I ordered on line and went to pick up. I have to say they are doing the best they can in a bad situation. They are short handed which causes a multitude of issues that is not in their control. The employees I came in contact with had a friendly additive and they were apologetic for my wait. But they were good team players together.

Walmart employees in Brookhaven and MCCOMB are the most DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE IVE EVER MET, But what do u expect from a CHINA OWNED STORE ... YALLS EMPLOYEES NEED JESUS !!!!

I came here to get a vaccine for my son for school and I was at the window for 10 minutes before someone came over to assist me even after the cashier at the counter alerted then that I had been standing there. Several technicians looked over but no one moved. That was extremely unprofessional and this will be the last time I visit this pharmacy.

This Walmart in particular Has no good Inventory for Boys toys Or Collectibles Especially GI Joe and Star WarsToys

It was terrible no one was at the fitting room went to customer service and asked for someone so that my young son son to try on school clothes and had to have him try the clothes on in an isle, I live over 2 hours away. Then tried to call the 800 customer service office only to be informed that it would cost me $9.00 to do that and the only help I could get was and automated machine this was the worst experience I ever had at any walmart this one in Brookhaven, Mississippi i dont think I would ever go there again.

I should say first, the EMPLOYEES are very kind. You couldnt ask for nicer people. But that cant negate how gross this Walmart is. Moving to a town that has zero decent options for grocery stores (no exaggeration-seriously, its bad here), Im forced to drive to Hammond, LA -or in dire situations, go to this Walmart in Brookhaven. Walmart is a corporate chain, so we cannot wrap out heads around why this one is so awful... filthy, empty shelves, and rotting food. Im not saying this for shock value, but EVERY trip weve *had* to make to this Walmart, at least one item was found to be rotten, expired, moldy, et al. Upon returning the pricier rotted items for a refund, we were mortified to be told by the employee that THE EMPLOYEES do not shop there for meat or dairy, they know its bad. Since the only other local options are grocery stores akin to (or worse than) a Dollar General, but with exorbitant pricing - we clearly have no choice other than to drive to Hammond, Covington, and even New Orleans, for CLEAN, fresh food in a hygienic environment.

Went grocery shopping today. They had NO carts on either side for shopping. NONE!!Finally I ended up finding one which was badly off balance due to the rubber missing on one wheel. Ugh!

This place is a joke. It used to be one of the better Walmart’s to shop at but now it’s one of the worst to go to. In the past 14 days I have placed 2 online orders and had them both cancelled after waiting approximately 2 hours for them. Had to go inside and shop which was an inconvenience because I was on a tight schedule and did not include grocery shopping. Once inside, the store was packed and not one register was open. The only ones working were in the self checkout lanes. They had plenty of people on the floor but no one actually working. I counted 15 just up front walking around and none of them doing anything. If I wanted to check out groceries, I’d get a job there but I don’t. Walmart should give a discount if you use the self checkout. Poor poor usage of staff on hand. Poor store all the way around.

Its getting ridiculously hard to get in and out of Walmart. They have 20 cash registers with two cashiers. One on each end of the store. The head cashier is so busy helping with self check out, they cant break away to help at the registers. Self check out is backed out into the isles now. Id rather shop at the local market and spend more money than waste anymore TIME with Walmart🙄

This was a good place to stop and shop being a trucker easy in easy out. And the shopping was great 👍

Never. I repeat NEVER use grocery pick-up during evening hours. The order always ends up in delayed status. I always end up having to wait 2 hours for my groceries. The first time I canceled the order. Tonight the order was set for pick-up between 5-6. Close to 6 the order changed to ready for pick-up. I checked-in from a parking spot at 6:09pm. At 7pm I flagged someone down to check my order. Finally got it at 7:10pm. I feel this happened only because I said something. Pick-Up is supposed to be convenient to me as the consumer. If you are understaffed and overbooked that takes the convenience out. I had 9 items. I had been waiting since 5 when I got off work. I could have shopped for my items in-store in about 25 minutes but I didnt want to be inconvenience. I guess I learned the hard way.

This isthe only place I shop at. The physics are reasonable but I really dont like to shop.

It was a tough review on this one, I went three stars, cause of there bathrooms. They were bot to clean, and most Wal-Mart bathrooms are nice. The best thing about this store is there selection, they had way more inventory than say Jackson, and lots to pick from. Clean your restrooms up, please.

Now this is just my opinion.We dont have any other superstores near my small town . I go to various other walmart stores also. Its like the employees dont want to be working there . Most are surley and dam right rude.(pardon my french). There is never and I mean never enough cashiers, ceckout lines are long. A lot of the self checkouts are not working. I had to go services to pay for a coke and waited in line( it was the shortest ). Since the pandemic they have removed all their machines from the lobby. Yet they still have Redbox and Claw. And with store hours being super short at the super store. Its not even a good place to people watch anymore. Out of five stars I give them TWO. Because I know there are friendly and helpful folks who are trying to make a living for there familys. I just wished I knew what time their shift started. I read that the Walmart corporation has enough money to bankrupt small companies. Its truly sad what has become of the american superstore.

Bigcountry is the a very big name and I name Walmart supercenter the one stop shop. And I will say it deserves a 5 star rate. Bigcountry said go and check them out for your self and the people who work there will show you what family one stop shop is all about. You try it and you will keep going back. Bigcountry granddaddy used to say they might forget your name but they want for get what you done for them. And how well you served them. How plight you were and thu one of historys times in life places shut down and I would be a beting person that has a company they would the other company come back up. I have to admit that this Walmart is one of the worse Walmart I have ever visited. I prefer to go to Walmart in Byram. More products, more clean, better service, etc. Unfortunately, Brookhaven doesnt have another big store where you can buy your groceries and home goods.

Didnt get one of our items. Another item 20$ worth of hamburger was substituted for 6$ worth of precooked sausage patties. Which werent even on our pick up receipt. Check your pick ups before leaving!

Online said the item was in stock. I ordered to pick up. Drove to the store and couldnt find it on the shelf and bought something else. Got home and that night had a email cancelation.

Never has anything youre looking for. Pallets always blocking the middle isle. Asked for a manager and got ignored. Was offered puppy diapers with 2 missing for the same cost as if they werent open. Managers usually spend more time gossiping than anything else.

Wal-mart has everything I need. With quality service and well stocked shelves, I can always find what I am looking for.

Walmart has no bad opinion from me minus just one…. They need more electrical carts! Very hard day to get around with back and legs pain… GET MORE CARTS…my 70yr old Daddy searched along with my husband for one for me with no luck
