Anytime Ive came to this location they all have been so friendly. Today, Charlie provided above and beyond customer service and was so nice and helpful.
EDIT:Interestingly I called the company that shipped the product and they confirmed they have a contract with UPS and that situations like this only occur when the owners don’t honor the contract for whatever reason. And come to find out, not only was my package refused it was RETURNED TO SENDER. So the items I needed for one of my jobs this week are now not available for me. All because some jerk couldn’t follow the rules. Really annoying and disappointing.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Ordered an item that was shipped to store so I could pick up and sign at pickup. I’ve done it 2 times before without issue. Today I show up to pick up the package and was treated with a really rude attitude from the get-go; and come to find out my package was rejected because the owner “didn’t know who I was”. Obviously if a company offers to ship a package to a UPS and that UPS rejects the package, it’s not the customer’s fault. But the way I was treated, so rude and condescending, is never acceptable regardless of the situation. I realize this location losing my business doesn’t hurt them but I will go somewhere I’m treated with respect. And somewhere that doesn’t reject my packages without doing any investigating. I work 2 jobs (which is why a package that requires a signature upon delivery couldn’t be delivered to my home because I’m gone all day).
Team there is always super friendly to work with. Have worked with them many times, for awhile. Also, I recently had to get my id scanned for my passport. I accidentally left my ID at the store. I hadnt realized it was still gone until they shipped it out to me without me even asking them next day. Great team! Thanks!
They charge 2.50 to use their computer plus an additional charge for print. I asked if I can email them using my phone and was able to. When I went to pay they charge me 2.50 for “using the computer” which I did NOT use at all! I asked why and he said he had to use the laptop (not the computer) to print out what I sent. Will not be coming back.
The owner is great and have known him for years. I just wish I knew the days the owner was on-site. My friend has used this location for years for shipping and receiving but switched to another city due to the weird way the new staff treat her. Today they took forever to get her package and they were whispering and staring at her from the back of the store. She called me to say she is switching to another city to receive packages and will never go back. This got me to thinking...Wisconsin is a hospitality state, why is it so hard to ask to be treated in a consistent manner? 3 stars for the owner. Miss the great ladies that used to work there but they went off to college.
I believe guy name is charles he was pleasant & very helpful since it was my first time sending something back & wanna make sure thy receive its! Very easy & fast I was in & out which made even more happy! Good job well service! Charles or charley!!
I have used this location for notary services, printing and mailing. Each time, I feel the owner goes above and beyond. Great, well trained and friendly staff.

They charge you $2.50 for a computer rental and then additional per sheet. I wanted to send them a UPS label to ship from site, a free service at literally every other UPS. Took my boxes and will ship from another store. F THAT.
Worst ever experience and customer service. Find a different store for yourself but come here only to get worst ever service.

The young boy who works there is rude and doesnt know what hes doing. I suggest going somewhere else. Its not a one off occurrence either, it is every time and I will not go there any longer even though its more convenient

NO WAY!!! I asked if they had a notary. I need it notarized before I send it. The front desk person said yes. 10 minutes later a guy came out. I asked Hi, are you the notary?. He didnt acknowledge I said anything. Then he screwed around in the corner for a bit and came back. I said Hi, are you a notary?. He says You got id? so I gave him an ID. Then I explained to him what I needed. He wanted $5.00 per signature and I had to sign in about 10 spots. Thats $50. I said no way and he yelled at me saying he has to pay $200,000 to get a notary license. What is this guy talking about?
10/06/20Adding to a previous review:Another visit to this location and another positive experience. Staff continues to be nicer and more patient than most other ups locations._-----------5 months earlier:Employee was friendly and patient! Unlike other UPS store locations that Ive shipped Amazon returns at. I cant tell you how many time Ive been treated impatiently or like I was an annoyance at the Waukesha Silvernail or Delafield locations.Such a relief to be treated like a typical customer! Very pleased with the friendly, quick service I received at this Brookfield store.Whatever they are doing different than the other stores is working, keep it up!

Worst ups store I have ever been in, rip of scam of an owner... if you want to wait in long lines to be rudly treated by the owner this is the ups store for ypu. Doesnt greet people when they come in, comes up with lies when it comes to Amazon returns which is against their ups agreement. Shady shady shady
Fast service, helpful. Breanne was very knowledgeable and nice. Not very busy when I was there. Shipped two packages without any problems. Definitely will visit this location again.
Really disappointed with the service at this store. I run a small buisness and ship from a different location regularly. Was incredibly disappointed that not only was the owner was rude, he unwilling to print out the label I needed, I decided I would pay for the computer then I would get charged $2.50 to use the computer for 3 min, $1 for them to accept the package and for the shipping packaging (which I was already planning in buying). I recently began working in the area and would have returned regularly and spent money at this location but after the service I received I dont plan on coming back.
Shout Out to the young men who helped me today. I work down the road and the day got away from me. Drove the couple of blocks, pulled in, realized I didnt have my ID. Ran back to work, grabbed my card case and ran back down the road. I was right at 5 and they were ready to close, but they let me in to get my package. Thank You!
This place is a joke. $2.50 to use their computer to print a prepaid label +$.15 to print. $1.00 to send a USPS prepaid package just to give it to the mailman.
Brought 3 packages w prepaid return labels and wasn’t able to ship any of them. Two of the labels didn’t scan so the associate told me I had to go home and reprint it. I asked if I could email the label to her so she could print it for me (I’ve been able to do this at other UPS stores), she said no. The only option was to use their computer and do it myself... okay, no problem... but, there is a $2.50 charge just to use the computer, plus a charger per copy!? She said they get charged to use their computer so they pass the charge on to the customer... right. 🙄 So, now I’m left w one package left that I can ship. I hand it over and she said there is a charge bc it’s a mail innovations return. It says PRE PAID right on the label. Trip to the UPS Store for nothing.

I dropped off some AT&T equipment for return. The service was fast and courteous. Too bad this location is not closer to my normal driving route. I just might go out of my way to use this location more often.
Took a package in that already had a label and just needed to drop it off for the truck. Asked for a receipt and the customer service guy scanned the label. It didnt scan on the first or second try so he had to type it in.Then he informed me that it wouldnt be a 2 day delivery even though thats what service I selected, was on the label and had been paid for as a commitment to the delivery (sort of how UPS works). He informed me that the label (which was under plastic provided by the USP store and UPS priority medium box) was slid into. I asked if he could print a new label He said he didnt have a UPS label or printer he could use to reprint the label. Hmm...interesting as he handed me a print out of my receipt on a UPS label sticker that is identical to those that you place on the box. (The label is even branded with UPS on the back side of it)So instead of reprinting a label on an already paid for label that would be scanned he just throws my box on the pile and dismisses me. Literally turns his back and goes to do something else while Im standing there. FYI it wasnt busy, there werent a line of 10 people it was just me and someone who just walked in behind me that was milling about.So when Corporate UPS misses a shipping metric for 2nd day air delivery like mine, you can thank the inconsiderate guy who couldnt be troubled to reprint a label at his franchise store for the problem.Look forward to never doing business here again.

Needed help returning a package to Amazon. Guy behind the counter was extremely unhelpful and rude. 6 phone calls and 2 hours on the phone later I got the help needed. Wont be coming back to this ups store anytime soon. Thanks for nothing.
