I walked in here today and I was told that Duda FedEx policies you know I have to show your ID when asking if I could get a copy of that I was told no and then she printed it out but had a horrible attitude afterwards you need new staff

Changed hours unannounced to close at 6PM from old 8PM. They might think theyre somehow being smart. Enjoy the death spiral of lost business as many of us still working arent going to be getting there each day by 6pm working 9-5s still. Totally unacceptable.

I have never encountered so much incompetence. How they have managed to keep this place from burning down is a miracle. I am actually impressed by the individual who was able to assemble such a team, because they had to intentionally go against all good instincts and logic to create such a cluster-F. this mess of individuals working here isnt a result of bad decisions but rather an aspiration towards failure. Kudos, you crazy S.O.B i dont know how you did it!

The woman at the front desk was extremely unhelpful and rude. Fed ex is usually nice, but this was a horrible horrible experience.

Jackie and her team are tremendous.I had 40x client gifts I got online and needed to repack and ship with 2 day service to arrive in time for Christmas. Jackie and her team repacked the gifts professionally and printed the labels for all addresses. She also showed me shipping options that showed the best (most cost effective) way to ship for all 40 addresses – some of which were out of state.It’s customer service and management like Jackie’s that will keep me returning to FedEx for future business.

Staff was courteous, professional, and efficient. When I found an issue with the printing of my documents and went back, they reprinted the documents without any flak and at no additional charge. Their service, cooperation, and doing it all with a smile, was GREATLY appreciated.

Poor service and unreliable delivery. On Tuesday I overnighted a package with a guaranteed delivery before 3:00 on Wednesday. It arrived Friday afternoon, and I lost out on the two days I put into writing a proposal along with the opportunity to win a significant contract. After a half hour on the phone they would not even refund my shipping cost. I have been going here for a long time, putting up with workers that cant even type an address correctly into a computer, but this is the last straw. I spend over $1,500 a year on shipping. Im sure UPS will enjoy my business.

The female staff member was incredibly rude, and the amount of attempted up-sell was embarrassingly and shamelessly greedy. I have worked with location numerous times in the past and have had no issues. Hopefully this was just a lousy staff member. Unfortunately it only takes one bad staff member for me to take my business elsewhere... to the nearest competitor. Incredibly disappointing experience.

As a graphic designer, I have been going to FedEx printing services since college. Having a great FedEx is KEY. That being said, this is the best in the Milwaukee area. I have been to Pewaukee numerous times and have had sub-par service. But Brookfield is outstanding. The people are great, super nice, and work with you to get it right.

Never had a bad experience here. Last time I was in, I came in to print an important item and the self-serve printer was having technical difficulties. Of course, I also left everything until the last minute and was running late to catch a flight. Manager was able to print it and waved the fees. Thank you!! Made my flight too :)

My fiance and I printed our wedding invitations at this store, we walked in late in the evening and Adam went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out and make sure we were happy with what we received. Wonderful customer service, and very skilled at his job, we couldnt have asked for a better experience!

Mike was extremely helpful with a package I was shipping. He went the extra mile. I highly recommend this location based on the excellent customer service I received.

I only use this store when I need something same day as online printers are cheaper and offer better quality. With that said the staff is always rude or MIA. The store is generally dirty and they over complicate the entire order process and they automatically upsell you items you dont need or asked for.

The most rude and lazy employee works here, his name is Patrick. I even called Fedex customer support because I have never encountered such laziness and they should know that this particular location needs to be cleaned-up and replaced with better employees. He packed my stuff in two separate boxes and never gave me a receipt!!!

Shipped and packed a marble bust, a valuable family heirloom, to the coast and arrived in 2 days in perfect shape! Staff were courteous and efficient.

Used the self service area due to the fact that all of the employees were preoccupied with personal conversations.Went to print a two page document only to find the printer was out of paper. Waited for that while still being charged for computer time. Signed the document I printed (thank goodness I brought my own pen - could not locate one). Proceeded to attempt to scan the document and could not figure it out so I opened the help documents found on the desktop - the instructions did not match the program or scanner... So I asked for help - I thought maybe I was missing something - the associate I flagged down let out a huge sigh and basically stomped over to where I was working. After a moment he told me I needed to go to a different computer because the one I was using didnt have the right program. The associate then left without another word.Proceeded to ask manager if I could have a partial refund on computer time due to issues with paper and incorrect programs. He proceeded to give me a speech indicating he wasnt about to do that. Didnt bother challenging him. Left. Wont be back again.TLDR: I spent $12 to print two pages and scan it back to my email. Employees were not helpful and were unenthusiastic.

Horrible service, wasnt greeted and was ignored by two employees as I waited at the register. They then told me they were out of supplies and I had to go to another store because they wouldnt waste money sending my order there.....

Honestly felt like I was an inconvenience to the staffs day simply by walking through their door. Very condescending.

The gentleman who helped me fax was very helpful.

I have been in multiple times, had many good experiences, but when asking for help with a printer it felt like an inconvenience to the staff.

Terrible customer service. Inconsistent policies on printing supposed copyrighted images. I live right near and go out of my way to avoid this store at all costs. I suggest you do the same.
