We just love are Toboa water treatment system. We put the system on are houseboat. Very glad we did.

Ordered a plug with two day shipping, had to call this company three different times just to get it shipped out a week after ordering. After cleaning that it was a third parties fault for the delay I was told that it would be shipped out the next morning with overnight shipping however, two days later it was shipped and only sent ground. I have since called on 3 different occasions to have the money refunded for the two day shipping that I paid extra for with each representative claiming to that they would process the refund for the shipping but still has not happened. Do yourself a favor and use someone else if you are in need of your parts anytime soon.

My experience with Toboa Energy has been excellent! The gel battery I ordered for the solar system in my VW Campervan was damaged in shipping. I emailed the company, an actual human responded! Three days later a replacement battery was on my doorstep, such good customer service like this is hard to come by. I would strongly recommend that you contact Toboa Energy for your battery needs!

Not one to leave reviews but I noticed some negative feedback from others so I thought I would add my 2 cents. I ordered an inverter from Toboa and I received it promptly and in good condition. Also they had the best price on the inverter I could find anywhere. I emailed them a few weeks later to ask for a copy of the receipt and they sent it within a day. This was long after the sale had been completed.

Been 2 months since order, they took my money immediately and have never shipped my order. Emails go unanswered. Guy Chapman is the owner of this company, so has no business reviewing it. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone.Update; finally received my order. Item is as described. However I was never provided a tracking number or eta. Emails requesting info are still unanswered.

ZERO Customer service. Ordered a $1800 ASCO Transfer switch two months ago and still not received the product. Emails go unanswered and no follow up.BTW, the previous reviewer is either the owner or an employee of the company. Not very ethical to pretend you are a customer. The phone # for the company lead to Guy Chapman VM and his mailbox is always full.
