I had a hard time finding a light bulb for my fridge. The company didnt even it have it. Im so mad I forgot the womans name that helped me but she was awesome. I do remember she was from Chicago because she is a bears fan but its ok I come in peace. She had the bulb even educated me how my old bulb now has a new part number and held it for me until I was able to pick it up. I know this may seem small to some but her customer service was so perfect I had to leave a review because my entire interaction with her was pleasant in a time where customer service doesnt even exist no more and you become use to it. I definitely will be back when ever I need anything else and recommend this hidden gem to everyone. Great place, Great service! Thank you Miss Chicago!

Asked for a part regarding my dishwasher, said the part is on back order and there is no forecasted arrival date. I then asked for another part number and she indicated she was very busy to hold on.Not very friendly and just plain rude. Not ever using them again.

I needed a capacitor for my AC and had a hard time getting it today. They were kind and enjoyed my visit there. Good parking too. Next time I need something will go there first.

I brought in a part from Honeywell that they didnt carry. They went out of their way to find it and the price was cheaper than elsewhere.

Had my $24 air conditioner part and were cheaper than buying it from another local parts store who wanted $150 for the same part. Actually Amazon had it for $20.99 + shipping but this store was only 15 minutes away so I got it quickly by just going to get it. Salespeople there are very friendly and helpful, thanks Dey! Its almost 90 outside but my A/C is cooling me down fast now.

My first experience and it was 5 stars. After calling around and looking online prices were to high and too long to ship. My last call was to Dey. The representative was knowledgeable and friendly. She also cross referenced the part to make sure it was the right one. The part was an exact fit and works perfect. The part was $10 cheaper then other local stores. I will use Dey in the future and would recommend Dey to friends and family.

My father always said the best Chinese restaurant is the one with all the Chinese people in it. This is where the pros get their supplies and the people who work at Dey know their stuff. They have been super patient and helpful. It is much better to fix than replace and they know what you need and what you dont. Have fixed dryers and washers and always get the correct part and sometimes good advice to boot.

I called Dey Distributing to get a knob ordered for my Whirlpool gas range. I dealt with Kesha and she was so accommodating and resourceful. I sure did appreciate the service that I received. I would certainly recommend her to others. Dey is lucky to have her on their staff.

It should be -0 star. I bought AO Smith water heater Igniter assembly. It not work, Return it, they didnt accepted. They say, after install item is not returnable. I am OK if part is good, but they sale bad part to me. I called contractor, he told me that, the item is bad. (not work) How ridicule store. I have been spent $178.67.

It was a nice place real Pleasant people the manager took care of me very beautifully and showed me diagrams I needed to see to actually know whats going on with the part I was going to be fixing and overall I think they were doing excellent work there when Im looking for a part for my refrigerator be my first place to come to thank you for being so helpful

Worst costumer service I have ever experienced!I understand that companies are busy and sometimes short staffed but the woman that I just spoke to on the phone was the rudest, shortest, most condescending person I have ever spoken with. I normally give people the benefit of the doubt but this woman was extremely rude, frustrated for no reason, and our of frustration for some unknown reason randomly switched me on hold with no explanation or warning. I stayed on hold for 10 minutes so that I could tell her that her attitude was unacceptable. I no longer want to purchase my replacement part from this company but am still going into their store JUST so I can speak with the owner or manager about this woman. I’m not saying you shouldn’t shop here, I’m just letting you all know that if this woman was rude to you as well, you are not alone and didn’t do anything to warrant her explainable harshness. I’m speaking of the store in Wisconsin on 124th.

Very bad experience. The guy working there was not polite and unprofessional. I was not greeted when I walked up to the front desk and I was the only customer at that time. I waited a very long time before they even attempted to help me. They treated me poorly and I will never go back to that place. There are plenty of other appliance parts businesses that are local and serve their customers way better.

Went in with a broken refrigerator shelf. Replacement parts no longer available. I am good with that but the front counter staff was not friendly at all and really didnt seem to want my business.

Bizarre -- you call them and they pick up the phone... and just let the phone hang. You can hear people talking in the background but they never actually say hello or make contact with you. Ive called them five times today, always the same result. Absolutely horrendous.
