From purchasing an engagement ring to getting the wedding band.. they made the whole experience quick and easy. The manager Michael was a huge help!! He took great care of my fiancé and myself and did everything he could do make us feel welcomed and appreciated. I highly recommend this location for purchasing any type of jewelry. Michael and his team are knowledgeable and have the best customer service around.

Not even giving it 1 star, but have to in order to post. Customer service is horrible. Insulted my husband, spent over an hr on the phone talking to customer service after our rings have been in to their jeweler 7 times since we purchased them not even a year ago. Honestly, my husbands ring off Amazon is better ($12) vs his band. Customer service offered me a $25 gift card to their store. What am I going to do with that? Spend more money at a store that has rude employees, low quality, and horrible service? No thanks! I will take my jewelry business elsewhere. Pretty bad when Amazons rings are better than yours and you have been around for over 100 years!

The most helpful Kay jewelers in the Milwaukee area, I stopped going to this location because of management, and dropped by because of there sale and surprisingly new management.... great choice ... I will return... Michael and Lorraine excellent customer service

The store I went to is in Brookfield, the sale consultants did a wonderful job of attending to my needs. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase jewelry.

Awful customer service. I bought rings from Kay. The workers there are always confused and dont know what is going on. They always need help on their computer system that is from the 1990s and it takes forever to look up any history. Please take my advice and go to a better jeweler. It will be worth the money when you arent frustrated.

Very pushy sales woman. Wouldn’t listen to what I wanted my wedding band to be and tried to push my fiancé into a ring he did not really want. Ended up going to Rogers & Holland and chose my own ring. For less too.

Lisa the store manager was wonderful. She made me feel that what I was looking for was here at Brookfield Kays. So I made the purchase. She is very honest and I was her number one priority. At least thats the way she made me feel.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Everything about this store is a joke. Between my husband and I we have had to send our rings back 5 times because they do not order the right size ring even after measuring. My husbands tungsten wedding band shattered after only 9 months of owning it. When we called to complain, the woman did not sound surprised at all. Clearly this stuff happens all the time with their products. Said they would order us another ring for him but it would not be in for 3-4 weeks. They also said we would have to pay for shipping. If the ring wouldnt have broken in less than a year we wouldnt have the need for the shipping. If they sold a quality product there would be no need for shipping. When the ring finally arrived back in the store, we found that they ordered the wrong size. The horrible woman working had an unbelievably bad attitude and simply shrugged her shoulders and said theyd order another one. I couldnt believe how she was acting! I even flat out asked me if she was sorry for the error and she said of course Im sorry. She had never expressed or even showed any signs of being sorry for the inconvenience until I said that. I proceeded to tell her how awful all of our experiences were in the past and got no apology for that either. We really regret buying our wedding rings from Kay. Take your money anywhere else. I would give zero stars if it were an option. This place should be shut down.

I went in wanting a pinky ring for my birthday... all other places had a 3-4 week sizing timeline.... I am soo excited to know I will have my ring next week so I will have it before my birthday.... yay me!! The lady assisting me was very helpful and courteous!!

Dropped my ring off to be soldered together and happily waited 2 weeks for it to be done. Went to pick it up and it was as soldered crooked. Management seemed less than happy to help the situation. The store manager came off like she could just brush it and off her shoulder, no big deal. It’s my WEDDING RING. Now I have to wait another 8 days to get my ring back. I will never return to this store and I recommend no one use Kay Jewlers. Save yourself the trouble.

Management are LIARS RETURN POLICY IS A JOKE. We purchased from an outlet store while on vacation within a week the bracket pin fell out. Brought to this location to be repaired and the manager was going to charge us to fix it. Ok no problem we will pay, but then I asked about return policy which states we can return within 30 days nope they wont return it because it was not brought here. Called customer service which states we can return it MANAGER refuses to speak to customer service representative and refused to answer the business phone when they were calling. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN. We have been shopping here for 10 plus years. Sad to lose a customer over a such a small replacement pin

After purchasing an expensive ring I was told to have my wife come in to have it sized for free as they didnt have her size in stock. She was then asked to pay $50. Since I didnt have anything written - just the Sales Reps word - they refused to honor it! Nice! My wife left in tears.

I will never step foot in this store ever again. The lady that attempted to help me was quite the B**ch, if were going to be straight forward. I went in to get my ring cleaned. She looked at it and then asked for my name to record it in the system. She said she couldnt find me. I watched her type my name in on her little ipad and 3 of me came up. One was my maiden name at my old address, and two of them was my current name at my current address. I even pointed out to her all three of them were me. Funny, but she tried telling me no and that she couldnt find me. Ummm ok... see my name. Then she asks for a phone number. I give it to her. She tells me no. She asks for other names. I give her my husbands. She tells me no. Other numbers, gave her my husbands, she tells me no. She does a search by my last name and going through every single person with my last name, a little hard to believe theres that many people with my last name. Its not very popular and my husband was a little puzzled by it too. So then I tell her earlier this year I had my ring checked at Mayfair. They went right in the system, found me, made record of it and done. No problems at all. Well she didnt like that very much and became even more unpleasant. We had a 5 year old and a 9 month old with us and we dealt with this for over 15 minutes. I told who my sales people were when I bought my ring, that its a Leo, the wedding band was custom made and then she asked me how old it was. Barely two years old lady...just clean the thing. Then she got even more unpleasant when I asked for my ring back. She would not give me my ring back. Finally she walked away all pissed off, maybe dipped it in cleaner, dried it off and gave it back, and then didnt say much to me. She DID NOT even clean my ring after all of that. The machine never rang and she didnt use any brushes on it. I went home, looked at my ring, there was gunk all underneath my ring and stuck in the diamonds. It did not shine, and it was not clean. I bought cleaner and did it myself and it shined and was clean. Want to know who to stay away from if you do go there. Dark long hair, not very thin, and maybe 55. But seriously...just stay away. Ill never go back. Worst customer service ever!

Do NOT waste your time or money by going to this store. The manager is a liar and a cheat. He says anything to make a sale. My fiance went in and picked out a beautiful ring. He was told the ring could be sized up to an 8.5! He purchased the ring and the manager said that he would put it on a rush order to get it to us in 3 days. Well, not only did we not get the ring we also had to call and ask where it was. It was at this time the manager informed him that the ring couldnt be sized to a 8.5 and that they would custom order one from Neil Lane with no extra charge. He promised us the ring in 10 days. We got the ring on the 12th day. He informed my boyfriend he would cover the cost of the insurance because of the awful customer service. We still havent received it or got a call. We took the ring to Kays in Delafield and they have been wonderful. We had them look at it and they said it had been resized not custom ordered. Michael Lee from Kay jewlers Brookfield is a thief! Please save your money and go elsewhere.

My fiancé bought me the most beautiful rose gold diamond ring from a Kay Jewelers down in North Carolina, where hes stationed. The customer sales team down there was very knowledgeable and friendly. They took their time and fully answered all of our questions. I came back home and took my ring to get resized at the Kay Jewelers in Brookfield Square. I can honestly say that it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I sent my ring in to get resized and the worker informed me that the promise date for return was two weeks following the date I turned in my ring. The promise date came, and no one called me. I called the store repeatedly and the woman, Michelle, said that the ring was not in store and that it was still at the shop. She told me that she would call me back to let me know what happened to it. No one called me back. I had to to call the store three times to get a response. Turns out, they dont make the ring in my size (Im a size 5.25). The salespeople couldnt figure out what to do. I asked for the number of their customer service department to get more information and she gave me the wrong number. Michelle then told me that they sent in the request to have my ring custom made in my size, but it would take FOUR MONTHS to get it back to me. Im getting married in a month. I demanded that they ship my ring back to the store for me to pick up, so at least I would have the ring to wear with a guard on it so it wont fall off. I dont want to be without a ring on my wedding day. They sent it back to the store. I went in to pick it up and there was a chip out of the rose gold and my diamonds were loose! I also said that the guard wasnt on tight enough and the man who was helping me, Rick, assured me it was fine, but it fell off after a day. The store didnt do anything about the chip. I asked about my custom order for the ring that Michelle previously claimed was being taken care of and it wasnt even entered in. I asked to speak to Michelle and Rick said she wasnt in. When I was leaving I heard him yell for Michelle (she was actually in the store, he had lied) and they said a rude comment about me. So unprofessional and disappointing. Ive worked in customer service in the past so I hate to bash on people in the customer service industry, but these people are idiots. Ive seen the way they act with new customers as opposed to how they acted towards me. They only care about getting commission. Once youre a customer, they treat you like dirt. If you fall in love with a ring from Kays, I would recommend that you go to a different store to buy it. If you decide to go with this particular store, dont work with Michelle or Rick is the only advice I have for you. I didnt have a bad experience at the Kays down in North Carolina, but this particular store in Brookfield Square is horrible. I love my ring, but these salespeople didnt treat it or me with any respect. An engagement ring like mine isnt a cheap investment. These workers need to learn how to be respectful and put a little more effort in, or they dont deserve to have those jobs. If I could give this store zero stars, I would.

Well, first of all! I just want to let you know that you lost a sale. You lost a sale because of your customer service. My soon to be husband bought my amazing engagement ring at your location which was not cheap. Its getting closer to the big day so we decided to go in and get our wedding bands. I personally looked and talked to someone I believe was named Melissa ? I could be mistaken bc now Im mad. She gave me a quote that I couldnt pass up. I go in on the weekend with my fiancé and the manager Michael said there was no way he could give me that price.......he said he didnt know why she would tell me that . After doing some talking he said he could give me the price the lady quoted me to begin with plus an extra ten dollars IF we were going to buy his ring too. Well we already knew we were going to buy his ring too so we said okay. He tried upselling us but we knew what we wanted. He then told us that my wedding band is discontinued and we should get both right away if we planned to get the same. He convinced my fiancé to say yes but we told him we would come back next week on their biggest sale day. I called to ask a question and was not greeted very friendly and when I was spoken too I was talked to in a rude tone and very angry service. I asked to speak with Michael and was informed he was with a client . I gave my number and name and till this day NEVER got a phone call back . Youve lost our sale and our future sales. We will be taking our business elsewhere. We were asked by Michael to fill out the survey and give a good customer service rate and a review which my fiancé already did to help Michael out. Well we obviously got scammed as well and now Im writing the real review. We wont be buying anything else and taking our business elsewhere. We just wanted good customer service thats all . Thank you
