A really good experience here. I cant say anything bad about it. I think that the review before me mightve had a bad experience there or mightve been having a bad day themselves. Sounds more like if you cant say nothing nice dont say nothing at all kind a review. I had nothing but sweet and kind staff that asked me what I wanted and how they could help. So I dont know who is out of the bad thing a couple months ago but you sure are a long review. Just bash somebody. So Im only using my time to get some great reviews. So this place was good!
I have never been to an Orange Leaf. Going to the one at the Corners was a first for me all around. I walked in, there were two people working behind the counter and no one else in the place. Neither said hello, or how are you or have you been to an orange leaf before, or how can I help you today? Nothing. In fact, the entire experience was filled with me asking question after question, and receiving one word answers.I ended up getting a shake and didnt know I was supposed to put the toppings on myself. I had to ask. I always think its so interesting when people view things from their own narrow lens - that of course I should know to put the toppings on myself! How would I know that? There wasnt a sign, there wasnt anything indicating I should do it myself, yet the two employees (thats in quotation marks intentionally) must have expected me to have some Orange Leaf super power in order to figure it out.I handed the cup of ice cream and toppings to the girl to mix it, and she passed it to the other employee, who proceeded to pour it into a blender. After running it through the blender, the contents filled the cup a little over half full. That means I had a lot of empty space in the cup. The cup that I paid over $6 for. I would have said something, but Im sure that would have been above the paygrade for the two employees. For having two employees working there, and few customers, the place should have been spotless. It was not. And I saw mold in one of the containers of toppings.I wont ever go to this Orange Leaf again. I hope the employees are given some lessons on how to give good customer service and how to consider that not everyone has been to Orange Leaf and knows how it works. And also how to clean the place.
Good frozen yogurt. Great meeting place for friends or for dessert after a date
This place has the best frozen yogurt around. They have more then 10 different flavors of frozen custard and endless toppings. It is self serve as well, so I always put extra butterfinger toppings on my frozen vanilla yogurt, YUMMMMMMMY. You have to go and tell everyone that B@L Welding Services LLC sent you!!!
Customer beware. I know there has been a lot of things going on with COVID and staffing, but as small as this place is and the fact that there isnt a ton of room for people to sit I would expect a cleaner environment. The time I went no one was sitting inside but the floor, furniture, and station to grab your cups was a little sketchy. No one was adhering to wearing gloves as per the instructions before picking up their cup and getting their Frozen Yogurt and Toppings and when I asked questions the employees seemed annoyed. Giving two stars because the treats I brought back for my Husband were very good. Id be willing to give this location another chance if they would just clean up and adhere to guests wearing gloves as per their signage.
Great variety of flavors and toppings. I just hate how expensive a cup is. Yummy though.
I would go back. The variety was small but very good. Employee was busy on a personal call which was not very professional at all. That said after she was off she seemed to be friendly with people who came in. Seating was low. But employees did not rush me and my friend or give us mean looks for staying long!
Decided to stop here since YoMama was closed. There was a post it on the door saying “be back in 20min”. Maybe they meant hours. We left after waiting 25 min. Thanks SO much for wasting my time.
I came in here with my kids. Two frozen yogurts and an Oreo shake. It was clean and they had a good selection of toppings. Service was fast too. I wish they recycled their spoons...
Products delicious, price a little bit much. Had about 12 flavors to choose from, did offer samples. The girl working had to be asked for lids, a bag. She didnt ask if you wanted toppings.
Very unenthusiastic help. Because the name of the business means nothing to anyone in regard to what it is. I’ve been at the mall lots of times wondering what Kind of a store it is. Surprised they had yogurt.🤨. The yogurt was tasty but kind of expensive. Should have some music inside to make it a happy/fun experience. Hard to get good help. 😞
The frozen yogurt here is delicious, and I love how you can serve yourself like at a soda machine. It makes it fun and you can try different things. Its newly built and its clean, sleek, and modern. The staff was also helpful and nice.
This my favorite fro yo place - its very cost effective, i like that its not by weight and each size is a fixed price. They also give great coupons!
My tip - put toppings in the bottom of your cup before you add the frozen yogurt. So when you eat all the toppings off, stir up the yogurt and suddenly - more toppings!! Go!
Very expensive, three servings of their dairy and some non-dairy frozen treats like $16.00 and some change. Their smoothie machine was broken purportedly. You pay by the cup size and its self-serve. If you have dispensing skills and can pile high youre at an advantage.
Dairy free options for kids who have dairy allergies. Good frozen yogurt. Nice store
I agree with Chris. This store was very uncomfortable to walk into. Usually getting your own samples is apart of the fun experience at a yogurt shop. And the kids look forward to doing things themselves. What a shame, no one likes a hovering employee better yet owner 🤷🏻♀️
This is a nice place. The only problem is that the bathroom wasnt clean and there was a bunch of teenagers just lounging and making more of a mess. Staff didnt seem like they cared about the service of customers.
Ice cream was delicious, plenty of options, and there were soany toppings! Definitely going there again.
Went here because my husband and I got a groupon. For starters, we did not see the big sign that stated the prices, so that was our fault, but I do feel a bit thrown off since this has been the only fro-yo place that I have been to that does not charge you per ounce, and so I had already loaded the large container half-way, and had to pay for it. Not too happy about that, but that will teach me to not just assume. The staff, however, were what really made me rate this only 3 stars. Some girl was just sitting in the corner, no food, nothing. Seemed a bit unprofessional once the employee started chatting up a storm with her. Another girl came out, and cleaned the tables, did the trash, and cleaned off the trays under the yogurt dispensers. The other girl just chatted or was in back.To me, after working in the food industry, I have a bit of customer service knowledge, and the service that I saw and the lack of professionalism does not make this place as desirable to go to.Glad I only went here because of a groupon.
Good yogurt and good service. Very simple and easy to pay and eat on the go.
Went to orenge leaf with three kids for the experience. Very disappointed. No warm fuzzies here. The owner gives you your sample.Never experienced that at a yogurt shop.Never going back didnt feel welcomed
Poor customer service. Distracted workers. Unwelcoming vibe. Rushed service. Let me explain...So I came in with my husband on a Saturday night and we werent greeted by anyone because noone was at the counter. A guy came out from the back, said hello, but quickly ran away and went back to what he was doing (he left so fast its almost like he was avoiding helping us haha-kinda seriously though..) so then we were calling for help because we couldnt find any sample cups and noone came out. My husband had to knock on the counter top after yelling excuse me a few times for anyone to come help us. After this, a woman (we think the owner) came out to help us. We asked for a fee sample cups and she says sure, what would you like to try and proceeded to keep the cups in her hands. Well, I didnt really know which one I was trying, and just wanted some sample cups to browse around before buying. So I told her I didnt really know and she stood there staring at us while I decided what to try--talk about no pressure! So she gave me my sample and scurried away (just as fast as the other guy did) and when I was in need of another sample, I was left begging for attention again! If they are going to have a policy to not let you run your own sampling, the least they could do is wait there with sample cups instead of giving you the one and running away. That kinda makes me think they dont really want people to sample too much and then leave. Also it wasnt clear how she was charging and we couldnt really ask because she was actually making a phone call while ringing us up! I was eavesdropping and it seems she had needed some ones code to work the register which is fine, but you should never EVER just start talking on the phone while helping customers. Im pretty sure she would be even more rude to someone at McDonalds if they just took out their phone and started making phone calls at the register. If you are having issues with the register, simple courtesy says you communicate that to the customer, go find help or if you need to call for assistance, you STEP AWAY, make the call, come back, apologize for the delay and proceed with check out. This is day one of customer service. After ringing us up, she asked if we were for here or to go (we assumed this question was for her to determine if we needed lids or a bag or something). She just said ok have a good night and turned away to start opening random boxes. So we had to get her attention yet again to ask for lids. Gave them two stars because I liked the treat I got from there, but will NEVER EVER go to this location again. I heard there is one downtown Milwaukee and its kind of far from me but I will make the drive to avoid this one. Seriously.
Great frozen yogurt with numerous topping selections. Glad they got away from charging by weight!
Horrible terrible service took the radio over my shake no instructions horrible taste way to sweet and liquified horrible place
