They did a fantastic job repairing my laptop and it was done in a timely manner.. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

I fried my MacBook by spilling water on it. The guys at the Genius Bar assessed it, and I asked them to remove the hard drive, hoping at least that was salvageable. Even though the hard drive had some damage, Brookfield Computers was able to retrieve my data. I highly recommend them. I’d use them again, although I’m going to try really hard not to have to! 💦

I explained what I needed and expected to the woman at the desk. She acted like she had a hard time understanding me and told me that the guy would give me a call later. Bad communication skills and no phone call, but Ill be generous by giving them 1-star, so that they know what needs to be improved.

Brookfield Computers was able to replace my Macbooks battery after every place I went to told me it wasnt possible. After replacing my battery the speaker on the left side wasnt working. I called them and told them the problem and they were able to look at it the next day and fix it promptly while I waited. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

They were great. SOMEONE (not saying who) spilled soup on their keyboard and although dried it out successfully burnt up some keys with a hairdryer. They gave me two options since two of the obscure keys never used were non functioning. They could have just told me the more expensive option to replace the whole keyboard but they also gave me the option of just replacing the keys someone fried. Gotta love honest businesses

Simply put I receive five star service for the repair of my laptop computer. Brookfield Computers reviewed the damage, was able to locate replacement parts I needed and repaired my laptop (not knowing any better, their business was my third attempt at finding one that could help me). Once the parts were received the repair happened very quickly---within an afternoon! I highly recommend them.

Very nice and helpful, didnt play games finding out what was up with my 2 in 1. They didnt even charge me their time to find out what was wrong.

My laptop wouldn’t even turn on and they fixed my pc! I’m just a kid but thank you so much! My dad came in with me btw. And I can play games on it now and you saved me from a detention cause I had a written report due a few days later. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!

Cho and his company are wonderful. Reasonable price for services and very knowledgeable.

They are friendly. I fix computers for friends and family sometimes. I want parts same day when I am rushed. I am glad they stock some parts, cables, and accessories so I dont have to wait for trying to get things like that shipped.

They have fixed several problems for me and in one case saved me hundreds of dollars by searching for alternatives to expensive Apple components. My wife is bringing hers in tomorrow because of the excellent service.

Spent $300 on a laptop. Worked well but had terrible battery. Nine months later, it wouldnt boot up. Turns out that it had a bad hard drive that they wanted another $300 to fix. Never again.
