I usually work with Steve and he does a great job explaining technology to me (and I am a non-technologically savvy person! Thank you James for taking such good care of our copies and printers!

Field Technician Brian Glisczinski is always extremely helpful and patient. He makes sure I have all my questions answered before he leaves. My service calls, whether minor or big, are never an issue for him. Plus my service calls are always taken care of very promptly.

Starting our eighth year of working with James Imaging. We are very satisfied with the hardware and service they have provided. Service calls are generally resolved quickly, and supplies are shipped in a timely manner.
