James Imaging always provides quick and courteous service. The technicians are very knowledgeable and will patiently teach you how to use your machines and feature that will prevent future problems. I usually work with Steve and he does a great job explaining technology to me (and I am a non-technologically savvy person! Thank you James for taking such good care of our copies and printers!

Field Technician Brian Glisczinski is always extremely helpful and patient. He makes sure I have all my questions answered before he leaves. My service calls, whether minor or big, are never an issue for him. Plus my service calls are always taken care of very promptly.
Starting our eighth year of working with James Imaging. We are very satisfied with the hardware and service they have provided. Service calls are generally resolved quickly, and supplies are shipped in a timely manner. Our account rep is easy to contact, and we never feel like we have to struggle through procedure or hierarchy to figure out where to direct a question.

James Imaging is the best printer support out there. When called they are calling or at the facility in a timely manner. The techs always to a great job. The office staff like supply people and our Account Rep Krista always bend over backwards to help us out no matter what the issue is. Again I say they are the best printer support out there today.

James Imaging has been great to work with for our copy machine needs. We have copiers from them at both of our offices. They are quick to service any of our needs and our sales rep is great. He checks in periodically to make sure that everything is good.
