This wonderful store has gorgeous, high-quality handbags in excellent, like-new condition! I have received two lovely purses as gifts that I cherish, and subsequently purchased a beautiful, unique purse for a girlfriends birthday gift. I absolutely LOVE how they provide photographs of the inside of their purses - SO important to see what compartments are included inside!!! I will definitely be buying more handbags as special gifts for more of my girlfriends, and am anticipating perusing the rest of their inventory of clothes and accessories!!! These store owners provide excellent customer service as well! I highly recommend shopping this store for treating yourself and your friends to high-class, specialty items at reasonable prices. Well worth your time!

I was treated rather rudely the last two times I visited this location. I brought in clothing to sell and basically wasted two trips because they didn’t accept any of my clothing or jewelry. I will not be returning ever because of the condescending way I was treated here.

I heard about this place from a neighbor, so I went to check it out. RED FLAGS. As soon as I walked in. Way to much stuff, (meaning its to pricey. ) So I decided maybe they pay out good, so I took 5 bins in. Well an hour later they were done looking at my clean, perfect and updated and brand name items! Coach, Gap, Harley -Davison, Banana Republic, Loft, Vera Bradley etc. They kept 10 items!!! She said you have beautiful things but they are older No they are not!!! I have seen on your shelf and racks the same item as mine!! I will never ever step foot in there again! Rude people working there. And guess what I have sold many of my items for top dollar on another site!! Please beware of this place

I dont like to share everywhere I shop lol jk but I cant help but to share this place with people. To me its an upscale goodwill. I have never walked out without anything...I always end up with something, something good to. The ladies are friendly & helpful and they also leave you alone(sometimes I dont need help) and they understand no additional pressure. See you all soon

This store is so classy with great prices on high end quality merch! From Perfumes to fine jewelry to sweet running shoes, I stop here each time I am in the area. The employees make it such a fun experience and get excited to talk about your finds! My favorite store, hands down!

I have sold to this location a few times... Today I brought in over a dozen sweaters. They did tell me they were being very selective but I have to say, what I brought in was in very good condition(Im sure Everyone says this) and 3 or 4 pieces were Kohls brands. So, they purchased 2 pieces and told me they are being selective about Kohls items... Seriously most of the items were purchased last season, worn only once or not at all and they were not from Kohls. I had pieces from the loft never worn, NY and company, Inc, and other designer sweaters.She then told me they were pilled, I guarantee you, they were not. Some were slightly wrinkled from being stored... I will be donating these soft beautiful pieces to a homeless shelter. I think they need more experienced buyers.I totally understand how it works but to tell me my pieces are from Kohls and damaged, thats just not right...Seriously, more than half of these items have been in a drawer since last winter, how about just saying the styles did not interest you.I wont be selling here again. They did ask if I wanted them to donate the pieces but honestly, I did not feel comfortable after that.

Besides being greeted when I first walked in, I was never approached by anyone except to get out of their way. I also thought the prices were unreasonable.

YIKES seller beware! I have sold once before at this store and came back a second time to sell. The first time was a good experience and I was happy but the second time sucked. I brought in Kate Spade, Vera Bradley, Coach and 1 Lilly Pulitzer items to sell and they ended up only taking a few Vera Bradley items for $20!! It honestly was a slap in the face that they offered a number so low, I was at least expecting $50 from the items. I did accept the money but when I got to my car and looked at my receipt it said they bought 3 Lilly Pulitzer items from me which they did not because in the basket with what they were taking it was all Vera Bradley items and they gave me back the one Lilly Pulitzer item! Very shady business, you cannot even be present when they look at your stuff! If you really do want to sell here ask of a price breakdown before you accept any money. I am done selling here and will donate my items to a local thrift shop, they are more grateful to have them instead of this business.

Dont bother trying to sell here. The girls are snooty and wont be fair. Too much attitude for a store that really doesnt have that great a selection.

My mom and I used to LOVE this store. It was a go-to meeting spot where we would browse the racks and chat. This time was different. My mom found a great coat priced at $16. When the salesgirl heard it was $16 she said 16? We would NEVER price it that low and proceeded to tell my mom she would have to find the actual tag for the item. I stepped in and said, well the tag that’s attached to it says 16 dollars plain as day, how can you just change it? To which she responded well I can ask the owner. The owner said no and the girl and her coworker proceeded to dig through a portfolio full of tags.My mom asked the owner if they could talk about it and all she could say was I can’t sell you the coat and continued to talk about this mystical real tag that was supposed to be something like SIXTY dollars instead of the marked $16. There was no way to know if the real tag even existed and they couldn’t find it anyway! It was like they were accusing my mom of switching the tag or something! And if the owner really wanted to put a new tag on it she could just make one instead of insisting there was an original one in the first place. She refused to even make a new tag to sell it to us at the insane $60 instead of $16 (it isn’t even parka season anymore — the high tomorrow is SEVENTY). And not only that, every single time I tried to reason with her she talked over me. She clearly didn’t care at all what I had to say, and she obviously didn’t care that other customers were beginning to watch her talk down to us. She then offered to take down a phone number and call us when they found the tag. No sweetie, but you can call us when there is a new owner as we will not be back until there is. I work in customer service and I would NEVER treat a customer the way this woman treated my mom and I.

Great place find new used clothes! They have a big selection including shoes, work out clothes, coats, blazers, tops and so on. The prices are good too! I have gotten name brands like Athleta, Gap and Loft. They also buy your lightly used items daily!

Not much better quality than Goodwill. Same items over and over. Very used. I was a buyer not a seller you guessed wrong! Summer t shirts need to be removed for fall/winter items, racks are packed too full to look at 1 item 5 more fall to the floor! Elite Repeat is much better!!!! And Goodwill is not and has never been my go to store for anything!!!!

Pretty unique place for women clothing! You can find some good deals here! Better then your typical theft store. Clothes are in really good shape 👌 and the ladies here are very helpful. My fav place now.

I had my first visit to the store and I was very impressed on the quality and top brands they sell at this store. The prices are fantastic, I spent $126.00 and wanted to continue to look for more. Great service by all the gals working both times I stopped in a couple weeks in btwn each other. I did let them know that it might behoove the owner to give positive feedback to his customers that leave positive reviews as opposed to only responding (mostly negatively or defensively when ppl leave not so great ones). Sorry but that is only my honest opinion. I will keep coming back as the girls who work there are always super friendly & accommodating. Great selection at great prices.

I wish I would’ve know about this hidden gem sooner!! I was in this store over the weekend and was blown away by the amount of great items they had. So many designer purses, a beautiful black Louis Vuitton purse, and a “premium” athletic section for lulu lemon and other high end brands. The sales associates were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about what items they had in the store. The prices were very affordable for any budget and they have all season out year round. I can’t wait to bring my friends here!

Great service and customer service

I brought three large bins of clothes to consign, many of which were name brand and in excellent condition. I only donated because I had lost a lot of weight. Needless to say, they did not accept one single item from my clothes. I have a hard time believing they even looked through the clothes. I would NOT recommend consigning with them. I too, like to be stylish and fresh in my clothes, and their treatment of me was rude and dismissing.

I just bought THE most incredible leather moto jacket! This store has such hidden treasures, Im obsessed. They are choosy if youre selling your clothing but thats because theyre very familiar with their market and know what sells! The staff is so pleasant and helpful! Ill definitely be back perusing through the racks!

Better as a buyer than a seller. Ive found some pretty good itens to purchase but dissapponted every time I try to sell. Theyll likely take one of your items and offer a dollar. Ive repeatedly brought them the types of items and they ask for and theyre never able to take anything or if they do, they literally offer you a dollar per item.

This place is great for clothing, shoes, purses and more! Pkys size clothing from Torrid, Maurices and others. Fair prices, which is most important as plus size clothing is pricey. And very unattractive at 99% of stores.

You can bring in gently name brand clothes they will purchase them for cash if they think there worth anything.there is a waiting time tho. They also sell named brand clothes for cheaper reasonable prices.

My experience was a 0/1000. To start, the environment was disgusting. You could tell all of the clothes were more than gently used and quite outdated. Additionally, the staff was incredibly rude. Every time I tried to speak with one of the girls she seemed put off that I would have a question. To make the experience even worse, I came with the intent of selling my clothes and was told there would be a 20 minute wait time. I patiently waited for those 20 minutes...then 30.....then 40...by 55 minutes I was slightly irritated and asked one of the workers for a rough estimate of how much more time it would take for her to price out my clothing. She had entirely forgotten about me and was not apologetic whatsoever. I had wasted all of that time for nothing as my clothes had been priced and were finished about 15-20 minutes (as she initially stated they would be) after I first arrived in the store. As I sat in the store, workers asked me to move out of their way various times and leave certain areas if I didnt have the intent to buy anything, even though that wasnt my intent at all. It still baffles me how they can be rude and irritated with my presence in the store and yet, still forget about my bucket of clothes. I would recommend this store to NO ONE and will never be returning. I am embarrassed for the staff, owner, and store itself.

Prices are really good if youre a buyer. Selling is pretty typical on terms of money paid, but just make sure your items address in great shape.

As far as selling, I would say service was fine. I was greeted and I feel that I got a fair price on what I sold (obviously nowhere near what I originally paid, but that was expected). I was quoted 15 minutes till theyd be ready, and I feel like it was closer to 7 minutes so that was nice. While they were looking at my items I decided to browse and honestly I guess I would describe the items as drab? A lot of the items were visibly worn/washed multiple times. I believe that if you have time to thoroughly browse or come to the store often, that you may find some treasures, but I didnt find anything that stood out to me today that was in my size (they did have a sale so Im sure items were quite picked through already). They turned down 2 of my items due to their condition, which I believe was better than some items in the store, but I also think that my items were maybe not the style they were looking for (even though their website says they purchase this brand). No offense taken, I did take these items somewhere else and they were purchased.

I spent almost 100$ on getting my daughter some name brand stuff. No kids clothes but my 9 year old fits n 5 womens shoes and XS shirts and shorts. Great quality here. Even shoes!! Stuff still has tags on a lot of stuff. Prices are fair. Go to shop for affordable name brand used stuff. P.S. We didnt buy the heels lol she barely lasted 30 seconds lol

Apparently they have a few managers since every time I called them a “different” manager answered the phone. Angela was absolutely mean, lied about everything, on top of this she hung up on me!!! When I called back she was even meaner because her assistant said “it’s her calling again”. I am a customer and if needed I’m gonna call a thousand times and you HAVE TO provide a good customer service!I dropped off the bag with clothes and a half hour later they told me over the phone that the items were accepted. When I arrived there they “made a mistake “ because they are busy ( it was only 3 customers there btw) and actually couldn’t accept anything. I was willing to donate stuff in that case but after lying to me about this situation I have NO desire to even talk to these employees. Then they asked me why I’m upset. Hello? Maybe because you made me drive back and forth for no reason? Who’s gonna pay for my time because you made a mistake and didn’t even want to accept this fact?

First and foremost, the majority of my interactions took place with the store’s owner and I am highly disappointed in her customer service. I immediately told her this was my first visit. When I brought my items in in bags, she scolded me stating they do not accept items in bags. Embarrassed, I apologized and offered to take my items out for her and place them in bins. She declined. She then also scolded me for not having the boots I brought in in a bag or bin. She briefly went over their procedures and I went to look through the store while she went through my items. After 20ish minutes, I decided to leave and have them contact me when they were done. They told me they would contact me via text. The owner informed me at that time she had just started going through my things. Again, I stupidly apologized for bringing my items in in bags. She looked at me, gave me a rude sympathy smile and went back to going through my things. I left embarrassed and feeling as though I was considered a “cheap dirty person”.After 5 hours of not receiving a text, I called the store. My things were ready and they “weren’t sure” why I hadn’t received a text.All in all, they only took 3-4 things out of my large quanity of items, stating the owner was “extremely specific”. I was a bit surprised as a lot of my items were the brand names listed on their website, but I didn’t cause a fuss.I do feel that the owner should make a better effort at being friendly to those who visit, especially those who are coming for the first time. No one should feel embarrassed like I did. Very, very disappointed.

I recently found out about this second hand store and was super excited to visit. I visited the store on a Sunday afternoon and wasnt greeted as I entered, which I thought was a bit rude and being that Id never been to the store it would have been appreciated. As I shopped around the staff not welcoming and very stand offish. The clothing was well organized, however there was a foul oder that filled the air all throughout the store. (Smelled like stinky gym shoes) I am a working professional in my mid 30s and I felt as if the clothing selection was outdated for my age. I was expecting to find more trendy styles, as the website stated. Overall I was not impressed with the the clothing, staff and overall store experience.

Sellers BEWARE! I found the communication poor, leading to a lack of trust. This was only confirmed when clothes were picked up (10 items returned because they only accept specific things - apparently NOT Michael Kors, Jones New York, Diane von Furstenberg). Even early afternoon mid-week, an unreasonable wait time - so they go through the items without you present. The 2 items accepted, were sold for only $5 each. Much more success selling online.

My wife was able to find a very nice dress, shoes and earrings for an upcoming wedding for under $50! Really though it is a nice outfit and at a great place,I was extremely happy about it.

Walked in & wasn’t greeted by any of the workers there. 10 minutes go by as I’m browsing around the place and another customer walks in, all of them greeted her. They weren’t busy when I walked in and they weren’t busy when this other customer walked in either. I was looking at the jewelry case for a while and had to ask the girl who was on her cell phone clear as day to see if I could look in the case. She asked what I would like to look at so I told her, looked at the items I wanted to see and said thank you for letting me look at them but I’ll pass on them today, she then rudely suggested that I go look somewhere else where they sell fake Alex and ani bracelets. I’m sorry but I work in customer service and I would never suggest my customers to go look for a fake product, and I greet every guest that walks into my workplace! Will not be returning here, worst experience I’ve ever had here and I use to be a regularly here.

Do not waste your time trying to sell here. Ive brought in my beautiful, only worn once, designer name brand outfits to them twice now and theyve told me it didnt fit what they needed. Told me the brands were teenager brands to which I wanted to ask since when Ann Taylor and Loft were teenager brands. I took my stuff to platos closet, they took a few things and told me the rest I should take to Clothes Mentor because they are in beautiful condition and should be just what they would want. Too bad she wasnt the one working at Clothes Mentor. Waste of time. An hour waiting for them to go through my bag when they didnt pick anything.

After reading these reviews I dont even want to check this store out as a first time goer. My advice to Rick the owner ( which obviously is never there) get rid of the lady running the place. After all the rude reviews I read... why would anyone want to shop there? If your in the business of customer service I suggest your staff acts the part.

I was disappointed by my experience. I went earlier in the week, only to return because the sweater I purchased had a hole in it. I tried to sell a bag of clothes, in which they denied every piece because they were more than two years old. Funny thing is...one of the sweaters (Limited brand) that I was trying to sell, was hanging on their rack in a different size, and another of the sweaters I had them look at, was one I purchased from Clothes Mentor about 6 months ago. Besides a negative selling experience, I found a Packer tshirt on their rack that had an original price tag from Walmart with an original price of $19.99 (marked down to $7.00) and Clothes Mentor was selling for $16.00. I dont think I will be back.

I was expecting to see more designer brands. There was Old Navy, Forever 21, Kohls. I brought in a brand new, with tags RL polo and they did not buy it. I did purchase a Fossil purse but probably will not shop there again.

As an experienced thrifter, I am very unimpressed. Ive given it multiple tries, and I was only greeted in a friendly, positive manner once. The merchandise is average in style and tends to be overpriced, with pricing seeming to focus almost solely on the brand name and very little on the overall condition or relevance to current fashion trends. I brought a few garments in to sell, and the associate scoffed at my items to my face as well as questioning how long ago I purchased some things. As someone who buys primarily from thrift/resale shops, I know not to bring in anything that seems questionable; and while I never take offense to items that arent taken by a shop, I think its extremely poor customer service to act in this manner. I will give my business (both purchasing and selling) to resale and consignment shops that understand good customer service and that price things to sell rather than go just by the designers name. I normally only put my energy into positive reviews for deserving businesses, but I decided to add this one in hopes that the owner/manager reads these and has a good discussion with the employees there.

I took name brand clothing. The clerk told me the clothes were outdated🤔 the things I had was from Banana Republic, GAP and New York and company. Hopefully the clerk realizes she work in a cosignment store, everything in here is outdated, also I had sandals nine West and Liz Claiborne. I will never come back to this cosignment. Once I was told the manager only wanted Capri with pockets.🤔 Seller beware.

$160 uggs never worn brand new and they wanted to give us $30. sell your stuff online staff sucks also very rude and the prices to sell your clothes were whack.

All I can say is buyer beware. I sold my faux Louis Vuitton backpack to them on a Sunday, for about $10, and 3 days later they posted a video on their FB page of 3 LV items for sale, including a backpack for $600. And based on the comments, the backpack sold fast. I commented on FB, and they removed the entire post and video within 12 hours. I had asked the associate if they take fakes; she said they dont for sale in the store, but sometimes employees want them. She said she wanted mine for herself, and they rarely see backpacks. The whole thing makes me uneasy. I hope for the buyers sake its purely coincidence. Im not a resale buyer, but I wont return there to sell.

Quick and easy experience to sell my unwanted clothes. Didnt shop around much, but the store appeared clean and in order. You do need your Drivers License to sell your items. Parking lot is small, but Ive always found a spot.

I brought in 3 items to sell and definitely did not expect to not get anything even remotely close to what I had purchased them for. The sales associate said that two of my items smelled like smoke and could pose a potential health hazard to some customers as well as some of the dirt spots. Thats an interesting statement regarding the smoke smell considering I dont smoke and nobody in my household does. However, my jacket smelled like smoke because I was in a smoky environment the day before. I thought that was a rude accusation. In addition, it is very difficult to clean colored leather bags without removing the color. I could barely even see the dirt spots she was pointing out!Lo and behold, 1 out of 3 of my items were purchased and I will take the other 2 to another resale shop in hopes of selling them.
