It is a great new facility. Kindness abounds from everyone there. The staff makes you feel welcome and valued. I wouldnt hesitate to o stay there in the future.
It was a great place! The wine tasting was wonderful and very inexpensive. The shrimp appetizers were excellent! I would highly recommend these for everyone to order. Come and see for yourself.
Rubbery prime rib ... somethingMade my wife ill.
Ate lunch at Cooper Hawks Winery and restaurant 😋 very good food and service
This place is beautiful and relaxing Wisconsin rocks.
Really expensive. Not necessary to spend that much money on shirts etc. Way over priced, non sense.
We had a lot of fun browsing through the stores in this Square
Way better than the South Face
Friendly and awesome customer service 👌
I didnt stay long but I had a fine time.
If youre bigger than a size large, dont bother going. No customer service and no bigger sizes for men or women and an overall disappointment in the products available. Ive spent thousands of dollars on North Face products for myself and my family but this trip left a bad taste in my mouth.
Extremly limited selection. Better off going anywhere else.
Great place as always
Great as always
Fun
Meh
Had a HORRIBLE experience. ZERO customer service. My wife was willing to let me spend $600 on a coat, but no one talked to us...no one even said hello as we entered the store. I was trying on coats for about half an hour. Were on our way to REI. Maybe theyll want our money.Update: I was at REI for about 5 minutes and a very friendly salesperson asked if I needed help. Spent my money at REI.
Decent in store selection. Clearly theres a ton more available online only, especially the footwear, which sucks because I had to guess a boot size and get it wrong and play the exchange game 4 times to get the correct size as a result. Knowledgeable and somewhat helpful staff.
The staff here was very friendly to me. Asked if I found everything ok, made sure I bought the right sizes, and even complimented my current outfit. Plus nobody was bugging me while I shopped which I appreciated very much. Ill be back, thanks north face!
Its Candy Land for outdoor gear! I brought my first NF jacket in 1990 and it is still going strong!!
Spent a lot of time here Friday trying to pick out a new coat. Everyone was super friendly and helpful checking in with me every so often to see if I needed help.
No ashtrays
Great service and great people. You receive the level of service that comes with purchasing a $300 jacket.
Rude staff and unreasonable with returns.
I joined their rewards program and specifically asked if their company sells my email address away to other companies. The junk mail is not worth joining a rewards program, in my opinion. I gave them a specific name that is not my own. I do that with every rewards program to test and see if they sell my information. The very next day, I received a plethora of junk emails with my name that I gave to North Face for their rewards program. Educate your sales floor that this company does, in fact, sell my email to other junk companies they may not be interested in. Even though the rewards program is free, there is a cost to the inconvenience of my phone buzzing repeatedly with emails I dont care to get. Just let me buy the things I want without being bothered or regretting it after.
Love the product but the prices are very high end...
Good selection, friendly staff (Brianne) and price matched the sale price @ Cabellas
I love the colors and I love the clothes but the money oh my
Awesome!
Do you want to spend money on a tiny selection of medium quality outerwear with three words on them? Then this is the place for you! Go to REI and buy real clothing.
Weather was horrible @ the time of arrival but worth the trip
Nice place.
Havent been here!
Too much expensive for us
Great sales

Cooperhawks is the best!!
