We went in on Labor Day weekend when most places would be closed, and the entire staff couldn’t have been more friendly, informative, and competent. They provided excellent customer service and finished the job quickly. Highly recommend.

Stopped here to get my oil changed and although Enterprise took a long time to approve my repair they still tried their best to get it done quickly.

I was on my way home from a solo roadtrip that I took out West, only 6 hours away from making it back. I was driving along I-94 East, in the fast lane, when my car shut off on me and wouldnt turn back on. Luckily, I was able to pull to the side of the road, safely and 2 hours later a tow truck came and got me. I went to this a Firestone less than a mile away and I was told that they wouldnt be able to look at my car until the following Monday (8/24) because all the mechanics were gone for the weekend. I had to be at work on Monday, so I was a little stressed, but totally understood. Brian, the kind man that helped me, said that he wanted to look at one thing real quick with the battery, but said it was highly unlikely that that would be the problem.Both him and another man ended up looking at my car that moment and were able to start it right away, after a quick jump. Apparently, the cable on the positive terminal of my battery was loose. So they fixed it, and proceeded to fill up my wiper fluid and my tires, clean the bugs off my headlights and then sent me on my way, free of charge.I cannot express how incredibly grateful I am for the kindness that was shown to me by these nice men. They went above and beyond.Best customer service I have ever received and in such a quick and easy fashion.Please give Brian a raise!!!

Stopped up here this week, and just now getting around to writing this, my apologies. But this was a terrific experience! Very nice guy helped me diagnose the problem and correct it, I didnt have an appointment and he was able to still help me, everybody was very safe and was wearing masks, would highly recommend this location to friends.

I booked an online appointment for the following day at 7am, i received a phone call to confirm and the service here was just perfect.I tried to go first to the Wauwatosa branch but their customer service was awfull, you can feel and see the difference and i recommend going to this branch even if this isnt your neighborhood one.

This location was great. I arrived with no appointment and told them I needed tires mounted urgently and they had me in and out in under 10 minutes. They were very honest up front and were still very kind despite me showing up while they were serving appointments at the same time.

I usually dont post negative reviews; i just simply dont return back. However, on the day of my appointment i felt flustered. I pre-purchased a set of 4 tires online and set an appointment date. I recognize that i inputted the area code for my contact phone incorrectly. However, given the limited area codes, i feel like this wasnt hard to resolve, especially when Firestone had my email. I arrived to my appointment and was told they only had 3 of the tires I requested and they had called multiple times to inform me. They only called my phone once and confirmed my appointment via email, even though they didnt have the set in stock. I was helped by the manager and was told they didnt know when they would get more of the tire that I requested, since that is made by Firestone... they said they couldnt help me and it could be weeks, before they got my requested tire. I asked if they had any other set of 4 tires that would fit my car, money not being an issue. They said, if I wanted, they could send someone to get another brand of tire from another firestone and have it installed by the time they closed at the earliest, provided I left my car there for installation. I scheduled the appointment ahead of time and, at minimum, I wouldve thought they would have gotten any set of 4 tires, if they knew my requested tire was not in stock, to complete the order. It was frustrating that they let me go ahead with putting in the order request and set a location appointment, without having the requested tire in stock, through the website. Felt like there was a minor disregard of my time. Was told I could try to get discounted tires with their veterans day sale but only could get a deal by exclusively talking to the manager and that it would end up costing me an approximate additional $100, by settling with the next best thing. By the time I was told this, I had checked out mentally and wanted to cancel.

Amazing! The best auto shop I have visited- by far. My family and I were driving from Chicago to Wisconsin Dells, and on the way we noticed the tire pressure started to drop. We went off to the side and googled the nearest auto repair shop open on a Sunday. They were able to take us right away and we were in and out in 30 min! Bryan was so friendly with the kids and even gave them lollipops. Such a great experience! Highly recommend!

Great service, but I cannot justify paying $103 for an oil change. I usually do it myself, the oil costs $45 with the additional quart my Jetta needs. I was charged $73 plus $19.99 for oil alone, then add in the filter and recycling the oil charges. This was after a $15 coupon. Nice people, good service, and hopefully they put gold in my engine because holy cow.. I can go to Woodmans and get this done for literally half the price.

I have gotten several things done to both my vehicles at the Firestone location at Brookfield Square. They have been fair, friendly, and on a couple of occasions when there was nothing much to do (remove a rattling heat shield that was no longer shielding anything, remove a nail from a tire that hasnt actually punctured the tire) there was no charge. In neither case did they try to get me to pay them even though I had cost them some rack time.Cheapest place available? No.Get it done right, first time, ASAP, without surprises? Yes.

Best place you can have to maintain your car period! Very trustworthy which is a rare thing in this industry. Highly recommended!!

I was on the road 10/15/19 for work and was in need of washer fluid for the company vehicle I was in. I stopped in at this location, seeing as I was right across the street. I walked in and was greeted by a very friendly team that was willing to help me. After the normal asking what I needed and running through the questions, I was given two gallons without even a blink of an eye. I asked several times that they were not going to charge me for this, and the answered remained no. I even told them I was going to turn this in as an expense item to my company. They continued to say no and not to worry about it. When I am in the Milwaukee area I will drive to this location for help if they are able to help me. Well worth the stop and I will be telling everyone I know about it. Thanks for the help and making my day!

I had a slow leak on a tire just before a trip out of town. They were able to squeeze me into the schedule. Staff was friendly and helpful. They got me back on the road quickly. I would use them again.

Been taking my vehicles here for years. They never try to oversell me anything I may not need. This store has honest employees and managers that treat you fairly and want you to be driving a vehicle that is operable and reliable for years to come.

I absolutely dread having to go to any repair shop due to past crummy experiences but Firestone was fantastic. They were able to fit me in same day because of a nail in my tire. Although they could not patch it they gave me options on solutions. I ended up buying my tire online and they were willing to put my spare on for me and my eventual new tire when it arrived. They were awesome, friendly and fantastic customer service. Hgihly recommend!

Ive been here about four times now for some routine car maintenance. They do things efficiently and correctly. I have never had a problem with them and they are more than helpful. They also do a fantastic job doing checkups on other parts of the car and are able to fix it right then and there.

Excellent service and outstanding customer service.Came in with a windshield wiper that would over extend over to the point where it would get stuck on the side of the car. They were able to diagnose it and fix it in record time. Definitely recommend this place

Quick and efficient service

I’ve been going to firestone in Brookfield for over a year now and have nothing but great things to say. They’ve been amazing with helping me out on any car problems, getting new tires and even just getting a simple oil change. They’re pretty quick with getting it all done so you’re not waiting all day. There’s a convenient shopping mall next door if you don’t feel like waiting in the lobby. The shop is also very easy to get to. Very impressed, 5 stars all the way!

Good mechanics

They suggested I take off my stock oil filter housing and put on this one. They didnt put the filter holder back in the center. This is how it looked when it came out. Piss poor if you ask me. Ended up buying a new one with the center support in it at a quick lube place that knew what they were doing...

This experience started out to be 0 stars, but in the end it was a 5. I went in for a simple alignment and was basically lied to about my car and it was a huge mess. I went in today for a full refund and talked to Bryan. Bryan is the best. He felt awful about what happened and I could tell he was being serious. He took me very serious with my concerns and what I had to say, he handled the whole situation professionally. If you ever need anything from this store, ask for Bryan.

For about 10 years, they did most of my work as my office was right next door. I changed jobs but was later hired back by the company, which had moved a couple buildings north, still within a few steps of this location. Pricing is always competitive, turnaround fast and communication good. I think I came back to this role in part so I could start bringing my vehicles here again. Highly recommended.

This would be a zero (to match the service) if that was possible. Be VERY careful using this operation. Waited a week for an alignment. Confirmed the appointment 2 times to be sure they would be done before I needed to use my vehicle for a trip. They did not even start the work when I arrived for the ‘absolutely done by this time sir’ quote I received. No attempt to even start my vehicle late. Don’t use these guys, there are plenty of operations that hold to their word.

When I came to Firestone with a spur of the moment car trouble, I was treated with prompt and efficient service by a man named Brian as well as the entire staff. He took me to where he was working on the car and physically showed me the problems that my car was experiencing. Their service is always quick, accurate, and professional. I will not be taking my car now and in the future to anywhere but Firestone Brookfield!

I just needed a wheel/tire balancing but they refused insisting the tires were too worn. I knew 2 were pretty worn, but the two that were the likely ones needing a balance have plenty of tread. Then they tried to sell me new tires.

Always good service. I always go here for oil change ($30 cheaper than Fast Track). They give me the oil that I ask for and not what they think I should have.

Great, took care of my dead alternator and battery after emergency tow in night before. Friendly people who are able to give honest advice. Only negative is wasnt free...but they arent running a charity!

Service here was great with multiple options and information, and they dont push their product on you. They give you the option to make your own decision which I very much so appreciate.

Your need to fix the location of the store on Google maps

Found a sheet metal screw protruding from one of my tires. Being on the shoulder of the tire it was a spot that couldnt be plugged (legitimate concern) as plugs here can be exposed to more lateral torgue than other spots. Tire was replaced and others rotated at fair price with reasonably fast service (particularly on a Sunday).

Whenever I need new tires, tires mounted, wheels balanced or alignments done, this is the place to go. The best customer service I have ever had at any auto shop. They always help me find exactly what I need. If you need help make sure you talk to Patrick Graves, hes the man!

Ive been going here since I got my first car. Love the people and the service! They are always so helpful and will do whats in the customers best interest.

They give you a price and say it includes everything, but it doesnt. The expression for this kind of activity is called Niicking. The attitude of the Counter Guys Ive spoke to is weak at best. Prices are pretty good, but the nicking is not fun and either is the attitude. Im feeling like Id rather pay a little more and not deal with the bull.

Always very professional and helpful but never pushy. Very knowledgeable and will take time to explain the problems and issues. I have sent many others customers in their direction.

Fast service

Great for oil changes (quick and everyone there is very friendly) but I am questioning whether or not the tire alignment I received was legit or not. Went back three times for inspection, and I am still feeling a pull on top left tire. The third time they said nothing was wrong, but I wish there would have been more attention to my concern. Again, excellent customer service, but am questioning the actual repairs that took place, as I feel like I am driving an unsafe vehicle at the present time. I basically gave up on the tire inspection, and will be taking my business elsewhere for another tire inspection and some additional repairs. Would definitely return for an oil change though.

I went there a few times for alignment and everything was fine. The last time, they called me out in 20 minutes and said they couldnt loosen the bolts, so they couldnt align it. No option was given to remedy the situation, even when I asked what they could do. So I drove home, sprayed penetrating oil on the bolts for a few days, and had the bolts loose with nothing more than hand tools. I went to another Firestone to have the alignment done, and they got a good laugh out of my story. I have the lifetime alignment, and I have felt some of the shops do a shoddy job on these since no extra money is coming in.

Contrary to the other reviews, Pat and his team are total professionals. They make recommendations if there is only a foreseeable problem. Theyve made recommendations to me and my wife, and a year or two later, they were right. It cost a bit more money to fix the problem. And they even go out of their way to find less expensive parts.I totally recommend this Firestone, and an added bonus, you can wait in their lobby, or head across to the Malls foodcourt.

I had gotten a pricey oil change, 1 week later my engine was making a loud rattling noise which made me believe something was seriously wrong, I brought it to the Mini dealership spending $174 for them to tell me the oil was dangerously low. I will never be taking any of my cars to get serviced at Firestone again.

Exception service as always. Didnt think they would look at my car until the morning because i was so late for my appointment. But they were nothing but nice about it and called me on my way home in my Uber ride to let me know it was done already. I will always recommend any firestone because they are always so so friendly and the service is always the best around.

Brought my wifes relatively new Sienna in for some new tires and an oil change - tha car only had 16K miles. They proceeded to take the brakes apart and insist that she needed to replace a ton of stuff. We declined and almost immediately the brakes went crazy. We had them repaired then and thought they did a good job.Several months later, I needed new tires for my vehicle, plus an oil change. Same situation happened with my car, which, other than tires going a little bald, was running excellently. They stressed I pour in an extra $2-3K to fix the brakes since they had taken them apart and found issues. Since I was not having even the slightest problem with them and the car was running great, I said no thanks. The day I left the lot, my brakes started grinding and throwing brake fluid onto my back drivers side tire. What a crock - they are very nice people in the office, but Im coming to the conclusion that they either dont know what theyre doing, or they are crooked as Hell. All this after spending a good chunk of change on 2 full sets of tires over the last year. Ill never go there again!!!!

Poor alignment and tire balancing. My tires were going bald but my alignment was fine. They had a sale, so I bought 4 new tires from them and had them do an alignment too. I had to go back THREE TIMES to have the alignment/balancing redone. My car STILL drifts to the left and shakes when I go about 65mph. I gave up and will not go back.

Terrible service. Every time my fiance has brought our car in they NEVER fix it. We had our car in not long ago and had them check to see if the transmission fluid was leaking and they said no. Took our car to RK Motors out in Riverwest after our car wouldnt accelerate and they found a leak in the transmission fluid.Another time we had the headlights fixed on our car and the right one burned out only a week after we had it fixed. They said that the wiring was corroded which they didnt catch the first time apparently even though they had to take the whole headlight apart to replace the bulb in the first place.Bunch of typical crooks.Thank god we found RK motors.

Amazing service. We were on a road trip from Canada and got caught in the rain when our wipers broke. He took us in first thing in the morning and saved our trip!

Came here to get my work Truck oil changed, they were super nice! The wait for my truck while they were doing the oil change was a little long.

Would give this place negative stars if I could.. Sat there for THREE HOURS. they basically did nothing.. told me my car was fine and issue was fixed. Took my car into the dealership afterwards and they found multiple EASY stuff that firestone couldve found. Im convinced I sat there for three hours and they didnt do anything with my car. Firestone Brookfield WI anyone wanting to go there STOP turnaround and find a repeatable place instead. I took my vehicle for an oil change and someone didnt put the plug back in properly so fell out along with oil oil ruining the engine. They offered to fix it if I paid them but I decided to have them contact their insurance agent instead of paying the $700. Of course their agent wont return my phone calls so now Im out of a car... Thanks Firestone for destroying my vehicle leaving me without a way to get to work...
