I’m leaving a positive review for this location of Monro only. We had reached out to the blue mound road location to help with patching a tire. They told us they could take us at 9AM the following day (when they opened). We got there at 845, and waited until 930. Nobody had opened that store, and myself a multiple other customers had formed a line to wait for someone to show up.Luckily, we called this location and they were able to help us immediately. We drove over, and Nate did a great job of helping us patch the tire in a quick and affordable way. Very thankful Nate was able to help us out, as we had a long day of driving ahead of us.If you’re going to use Monro, make sure you’re using this branch.

Bait and switch on tire purchase. Requested one brand of tires and they installed a different brand without telling me first. Also charged me for the tires I requested, which were more expensive than the tires they installed. After notifying manager of my over-payment, he caught an attitude so I had to call the corporate office to be issued $25+ refund. Further, they scratched ALL FOUR of my rims and push a gash in one of them as well. Then tried to tell me my rims were damaged when they were brought in. Once I told him I recorded video of my undamaged rims onsite prior to repair, he immediately changed his tune. Terrible service all around. Tech who worked on my car was honest and gave me all the details I needed to set the manager straight a few days later. Tech probably got in trouble for his honesty, but I appreciated his transparency. Complete opposite of lying manager.

I got a flat tire the other day and I called a couple places to see when I could get my car in to get the flat repaired. When I called Monro, Helene advised to bring my car in right away. I was a bit surprised because all of the other places advised they were booked solid and would not be able to get me in for a few days. I took my car to Monro and not only were able to fix my flat tire, but also not charge a thing. I was very grateful not to have to go a day longer with worrying when my car would be fixed. Best customer service and highly recommended!

I am not a local customer and was passing through the area Sunday afternoon, when I ran into a flat tire. The Manager accommodated me at very short notice towards closing time. Upon finding it to be a valve issue, not only did he promptly fix it, but also did not charge me for it. It was a great gesture on his part and I am truly thankful for it.

No work got done. I give the company 4stars for, customer service, noise control, n timely vehicle check.

Had a great experience at Monro! I was next door at REI when I realized I had an extremely low tire. Drove over to Monro and they filled it up for no charge. Shout out to the assistant manager Derek for being so friendly and helpful!

Very pleased with this location. Honest and knowledgeable down to earth people. Helene was personable runs an honest, clean shop. Derek changed my oil, then came to get me so he can show me everything wrong he found during inspection. I cant recall many other shops doing the same. He lifted the car and pointed out the troubled areas. That, along with his kind demeanor, really gave me a boost of confidence that I was not being played. They never tried to up sell me on anything or any unnecessary service. Only what was urgent, which again, he showed me right away. Thank you. Dont hesitate taking your car here.

For a basic oil change with coupon for $19.99, the car was not ready when they said it would be and we went a 1/2 an hour after they said it would be done. Then they charged us $29. We thought the extra $9 was pretty expensive for taxes, but they said the $9 includes additional fees.

The staff was extremely helpful and worked on my car even til after they were closed. Car rides quiet as a church mouse now!

Derrick the assistant manager was PHENOMENAL! He got our vehicle back on the road again quickly as promised! EXCELLENT work! The customer service was exceptional! I was in town visiting family and discovered early afternoon on a Sunday that I had a flat tire. I randomly called Monro to see if they could help me out and Derek could not have been more pleasant and accommodating to deal with. He told me to come on in right away and they would take care of my tire for me. Thank you Derek and team...you guys are awesome!

Relaized both headlights went out on a Sunday afternoon, Derek were great about working with me to find the best pricing on headlight bulb replacement. Went above and beyond and was to put some air in a tire that was a few pounds light on the pressure He ended up finding a nail causing the tire pressure change and then repaired the hole. Very timely and friendly staff. Definitely will come here again.

Stopped in and saw Heather and Chris H. They did an amazing job identifying that the prior location made a mistake when patching my tire. Although they were busy the took care of me and got me a great price on new tires. Great customer service and a quick repair when I was in a bind. They are awesome, check them out. Its best to call ahead for an appointment if possible because they are busy, and so worth it.

I never go anywhere else!They are fair, friendly, and knowledgeable. They will not screw you over and show you if something is wrong with the car. They are fair priced to fix things and knowledgeable about any and all cars. The ladies at the front are fantastic.Just to let you know they do not fo state inspections- but that helps keep them more open for your services.

Over the past two weeks, I’ve had both of my vehicle tires replaced here. In both instances, everyone at Monro has been fantastic.Derrick was a huge help in taking care of some other items during the installation I had concerns about and offered multiple options based on his experience.

I called in for a flat tire after work and they got my car in right away. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. Technicians were quick; the whole repair took less than an hour from the time I checked in til the time they pulled the car around for me. Great service!

I unfortunately had the experience of getting a nail in a tire. I discovered I had a mini spare and no car jack with it. I called around and found this location. They said to bring my car in. When I searched online for the info to reach them, I saw a coupon for free tire repair.I showed the coupon on my phone at the front desk and they honored it. (There was just a small tire mount fee, total of around $13).The place itself was very clean, the staff is friendly and when I asked how much the synthetic blend oil change is, their regular price is cheaper than where I go currently. They said there is a coupon for it online too.I normally dont post reviews but had to on this, they made a super first impression!This location is great, nicely located from my job, with evening hours until 7 p.m.They just told me to bring my car in when I called after work, I plan to go there further.

Heather and Bruce were awesome!! I had some repairs that needed to be done immediately and they went the extra mile, including going out to buy a special tool. I have been going to Monro since 2009 and have never been disappointed by the service. Unlike other places, they actually care about their customer’s well-being and are not just out to make a quick buck. I highly recommend this location.

Had exhaust done on my car and the workmanship by Terrance is top-notch which is much better than many technicians at the dealerships. Josh and staff are very knowledgeable. They show you up close the problem and detail the repair being done. Service is great and price is hard to beat.

This auto repair shop seems to do good work. Just watch out for the fees, fees and fees. They advertised one price for the oil change and of course, I ended up paying much higher. At least at some other places, I get a free car wash.

Called on a Sunday to get a flat tire fixed. They took me right away and explained thoroughly why I needed a new tire. Put the new tire on as I waited. Great service. Will go back.

I took my Audi in there a month back for a serpentine belt and it was excellent service! They had it done within a couple hours! This place is an excellent place to take your car! I took it here for a tune up and Helene explained everything in detail to me which made me feel more comfortable in knowing I wasn’t being sold parts I did not need! She was very knowledgeable, friendly & patient with me. I highly recommend you take your car there for any repairs needed they had me in and out in a reasonable time!

I would give them a ZERO star if I could. I dropped off my van at 8:30am and told them that I needed the work to be completed by 4pm. (Replace AC compressor and oil change) I was assured it would be completed in that time. I called Monro at 3pm and asked how it was going, I was told it would be ready for pick up at 4pm. I wasnt able to get to the shop until 4:45pm and they hadnt even started the oil change! I had to wait an additional 45 minutes for them to complete the oil change. Then the next day when I tried to use the AC, it was blowing HOT air! When I called Monro back to tell them, I was made to feel like I rushed their work and it was my fault that the AC wasnt working!?! I will NEVER go back to this shop.

Ive had my vehicle serviced here twice now and I will certainly be back again. I have an older car (>10 years old) so I try to put in the minimal amount of service to keep my car running smoothly. I love their free estimating. Take your car to an OEM branded dealer for a service quote and theyll charge you $100 just for walking in the door. Both times they were able to work on my car same day from quote to work completion and both times the woman at the front desk gave me multiple repair options (i.e. premium down to basic repairs) in order for me to make the right decision. Overall Id recommend them to anyone because I feel that they truly care about customers and arent out to rip people off. They also clearly care what people think because they asked for feedback from me both times I picked up my car.

This is a very nice direct to the point company very friendly up front honest people that will do there best to get your car back on the road adap. Helena tried the help with the cost by offering me there in house credit card. Heather was very helpful as well seeing I had a unexpected out of pocket cost lowered the price as much as possible to make it possible for me to pay for my car .Ill be with this company for the rest of the time I own my car..........very happy.

Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had since I stopped taking my f250 to the dealer. Josh and Heather greeted me right away when I stepped into their super clean showroom. Checked me in and had my truck on a lift within minutes. Showed me how the dealer messed my oil drain plug up and unfortunately had no choice but to replace it. Nevertheless, Josh got it handled and made sure I’d get back on the road with no issues. Definitely found a one stop shop.

Very easy to get in on same day, good customer service, got oil change and full inspection. And I liked how they in the end gave me a check sheet of everything they inspected and they level they are at.

Went to to have them check a tire pressure light. They reset the light and changed tire pressure on all tires. Didnt even change me. I will continue to frequent this place where people care. Great manager and mechanic.

As a woman I really appreciated the level of respect I received when I brought my car in. The location was clean and Tiffany the Assistant manager was so professional. It was comforting seeing a woman when I walked in. I worked with Nate on my vehicle and he went above and beyond to get my vehicle diagnosed and I will definitely be back especially when I found out about the $15.99 oil change.

I came in for the first time, requesting an oil change and a tire alignment because my last mechanic tried to fix an issue with the tire sound and thats what they did (it worked for a little while then got worse than ever). After a short time with my car, the mechanic determined it was a wheel hub issue, so I brought it back the next day to get that fixed. The original replacement didnt fit but the manager managed to find another brand that did. My car now sounds like when I first bought it, that is, there IS no sound. Its been YEARS since my car sounded this good.

Worst experience ever. I took my car in for 1 day routine maintenance. I didnt get it back for 10 days! They messed it up so bad it had to go to the dealership to get fixed. Then they didnt reimburse me for any of my trouble! Bad customer service, they stopped calling me and giving me updates on my care after day 4. Will never go here again, will never recommend to anyone!

Horrible work! Brought my car in for an oil change and was told I needed rear brake work and a fuel system cleaning. We figured they are a brake place and they should know, so we said okay. When they finished the job and were on our way, we knew something was wrong. The car made a horrible noise when we backed up and noises when we braked. We went back and they said we needed a new motor mount! How does this happen? The car was fine when we brought it in, but horrible when they were done working on it! They checked the car and could not figure out what was making the noise when braking. We paid almost $1000 for this work and the brakes still made noise when we braked. They couldnt find the problem! They also took one of my hubcaps! Since then, we brought our car to Jerrys Automotive. They found the noisy brake problem right away! How could Monro miss this? They worked on our brakes!! We will never go back to Monro! I would give them 0 stars!

I came here for a wheel bearing that was noisy. They replaced the hub and bearing and said the noise was gone, but it wasnt. I brought the car back, they replaced the bearing a second time, and said the noise was gone. Once again it wasn’t. The third time they replaced the whole knuckle, said the noise was gone, and the noise was even worse.At this point I decided to go to a competent mechanic to get a diagnosis. They said the “new” bearing was bad and was missing cotter pins and a bolt. I told Monro and they said that the mechanic that was working on my car this whole time was let go and their new one is better.Their new mechanic said they didnt have the right socket for my wheels and couldnt replace it until they got this socket. So now Im wondering how the previous mechanic replaced it without the socket? The next day he finally fixed the problem. After over 3 weeks of being lied to about the noise and not installing a bearing properly you would think I would be compensated? Nope.Trust me, take your repairs somewhere that actually has knowledge and experience. There’s plenty of other options in the same area.

I would have given this five stars, because weve been coming here for years for their $15 oil change and have had great service and great experience. Our last oil change though, I had coupons printed off and expected an oil change and new wipers for $50ish dollars. They said we couldnt use the coupons because were not credit card holders and then tried to charge my husband $60 for wipers and another $60 for an air filter (both of which we turned down). Total for oil change and tire balancing came to $62ish for what usually costs us $15. Feeling ripped off after being loyal customers for so many years. Im seriously considering taking our two cars elsewhere for oil changes, or just going back to doing it ourselves. Historically theyve been five-star, but not this time around.

Customer service over the phone happened to be extremely poor. Whoever I spoke with decided to laugh as I asked a serious question that was urgent for my truck, and then tells me oh we dont do that at the moment you can come in tomorrow, but that will be a little more of a charge. I would include what I would love to say, but Id rather keep the certain words to myself.

Their prices are ridiculously high. For example, in my case, I needed a simple alignment. They charge $89.99. Midas right down the street charges $69.99. Unfortunately, Midas had no availability, so I was stuck. I found a 20% off coupon on their website, so I used this to help offset these high costs. When I got the final bill, they decided to charge me $8.99 for shop supplies. For an alignment, they would have needed nothing more than a rag to wipe their hands; if that. Needless to say, skip this place and go to Midas down the street. Prices and service here were way better when they were CarX.

I went to Monroe for an oil change for the first time since I live near them on 131st and Capitol Dr. in Brookfield WI.I bought a new car in 2012 and had 2 years of free oil changes with the dealer. A little while after my oil change at Monroe I noticed oil leaking. I took it into the dealer since my vehicle was still under warranty. He told me that whoever did my last oil change cracked the cap by screwing it to hard.It ended up costing me almost $100.00 for their mistake. I immediately went to Monroe and showed them the cap and an employee copied the receipt for the work I had to pay for and told me they would contact me. That was more than 3 months ago and I never received an email or phone call from the company. The oil changes are a good price but look out it could end up costing you more in the long run. I will pay more for an oil change now at a place who guarantees their work. Very disappointed in Monroe.
