Placed an order on poshmark for some used Micheal kors earrings from this store, received them and they were more tarnished then normal wear and tear on the back. The lighting of the camera can throw a picture off and when received I put in a request to pay for return shipping but wanted to return the earrings as they weren’t as what was expected….this store had the audacity and basically stated I swapped the earrings they sent me with different USED earrings smh!!! Y’all don’t know me but I honestly wouldn’t go through the trouble 🤦🏾‍♀️ to add insult to injury they then stated they won’t accept them because they aren’t RESALABLE NOW! When they weren’t sellable in the first place! I’m not saying they don’t have better used items but if you aren’t able to shop in store and visually inspect the goods I would stray away from purchasing with them online. Poshmark is going to assist with doing a refund so I’m not fighting this out of anger but when this happens I expect quality customer service not the blame game…..and nooooo the customer is not always right but in this situation they are wrong period.

Always friendly staff.. always new things to see. Most importantly is its a very clean store.

I found found 5 tops, a goth petticoat and 2 necklaces all for under $75 at this place! Which is unheard of for me because of my size and pear shape. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I think I have finally found my favorite thrift clothing store close to Tulsa!

Very disappointed in my visit to this store with my sister. My sister used to love this store but we will never go back. The owner’s daughter, who works there, has treated my sister poorly each time she goes there. Treats her as if she is stealing. She has never stolen from the store, has a nice job, and no need to not pay for her items. This has happened three times to my sister, once with her daughter, once with me and once with her best friend. It is really sad.

It is my general understanding that consignment is supposed to be cheaper than retail. Here, this is not the case. If its a name brand product like Nike, Adidas, Under Armour etc. Just go to Ross and buy brand new and save money. One of many examples, mens used under armour pants 24.99 here, 14.99 at Ross brand new. Toms shoes, didnt see any under 20 bucks here...theyre 22 at Ross BRAND NEW. Been a customer here for almost a decade..but good deals are few and far between nowadays.

Uptown is my favorite place to shop!! I can find clothes for my husband, son, daughter, grandkids, & me of course, plus jewelry & decorative items!! I go often!! I discovered this place 26 years ago when they were at a different location. It is the best consignment shop around & I have been to many!!

Nice store with so many options! Store is very well stocked with basically every department from kids, baby, men, women, plus size. Prices are decent and affordable.

I have been coming to Uptown Resale for about 5 years now. I absolutely love shopping here. Its truly my favorite place to spend my Saturdays when I have free time! I can always find something and I just love all the different selections and styles I can come across while looking there. I find it relaxing and fun to find great items for such an affordable price that you just cant find anywhere else. I also love to sell here and have always gotten wonderful customer service. Most of my belongings have come from this store and my closet is basically only clothing sold from Uptown Resale because its the same stuff you buy at the mall but for way better prices. I highly recommend this place to everyone I know!

Great people, good quality used clothing, disappointed that they only take consignment on 2 years or less clothing, but I bought a few things at a Very Nice Price, so I am happy.Wayne was very polite when he told me nothing I brought out of 10+ sweaters, jeans jacket with matching jeans, Liz Claiborne blouses, etc could be taken on consignment (20+ items leaving with me to see if someone else will take them).Still recommend shopping here, just dont get your hopes up on consignment.

Fabulously cheap, with high quality relevant name brand clothing. Great place for quick stop n grab, or school clothes shopping, or even just to browse. The only downside I have found, is from the consumer side if attempting to sell clothes there. Either they more often then not wont buy even the newest of clothes & when they do its extremely ridiculously low cash offer. Other then that, one of my favorite go tos for cheap, quality brand clothing.

One of my favorite places to shop! The store is very clean. The people who work there, always have a smile on their face and very friendly. Incredibly well priced. I go at least once a week. I love how they get new items in daily. Every week they have something new.

My husband died 3 months ago and I took his clothes to consign. He was a clothes horse and had very nice things. They would take nothing because they were too old, no matter how good they were. I took them to the Claremore VS hospital instead. They were very grateful to get them. I will not try to consign anything again.

Love consigning & shopping here! The clothes are gently used and weve never had an issue with quality. The staff & owner are very nice and pleasant to talk to. Everything is priced just right and I love that when I go in- I always have a credit from my items selling!

Ive been coming here for years. Also have sold some clothes to them a few times. I came in the other day with some womens clothes and baby clothes. Mind you the baby clothes were less than 6 months old. The girl going through my stuff just started going through them really fast and told me 5 minutes later that they werent interested. Then turn to the other girl and made a snotty face.Wasnt given a reason or anything. It was very rude. And slightly insulting. Staff is totally different since last time I was in. Definitely would NOT recommend this place anymore.

I really liked this store. Lots of selection and pretty good prices. I got 3 pairs of jeans and a necklace for $25. They even offer 15% off for liking their Facebook page!The lady who helped us was nice but some of their employees werent as helpful as they could have been.

Too picky on items. Dont think they take their time going through items I bring in.

This place is wonderful. I am not sure why people get mad when they do not take your clothes. Its a consignment store. There is not ONE consignment store out there that takes every single thing you bring in. They have to consider what is in style, what will sell, the season, and what they already have in stock. Ive shopped here for a few years now and love the prices. I just wish theyd move to a bigger location because sometimes I find it stuffy when its busy. However, I think its worth the shopping experience and prices! The staff has also been really kind to me. I usually just donate what they wont take. Some of you are way to uptight and getting offended way too easily about them not accepting all of your stuff.

One of the best resale shops around. They have so much merchandise! And its usually in excellent condition. Ive bought lots and lots of clothes for my grandchildren here.

They are so picky about the clothes they buy so they mostly reject the clothes people bring in. Its simply a matter of the person inspecting them and if they like it or not.Usually they dont. Im not thrilled with the staff at all. However there are some nice clothes in there, mostly if you are a younger person. Lots of great shoes too. The prices are okay too.

Love love love love love this store! Great selection of gently used or new clothing for the whole family at very affordable prices. I cant imagine how much money Ive saved by shopping here!! They also have maternity clothes, toys, purses, shoes, and some household items.

Very disappointing. I love consignment shops as a thrifty mom of 4 children. However Im not 100% in love with this store. Staff isnt always the friendliest but prices are very reasonable. Im very concerned about the consignor side here. I am aware that many of my items have sold but for some reason my account is 0. I was told to wait a few days and check back to see if funds have been added. Its been a few weeks and still nothing. Something isnt quite right. I will speak with manager about this soon.

A consignment/thrift store selling mostly used clothing. There are small sections with other items like kids toys and media (books, DVDs, etc.). They also buy used clothes and pay cash in exchange. Well organized and the clothing seems to be all of good quality.

They work quickly. Big selection of kids items. Staff isnt very friendly. Prices arent great for used items. I easily get 4x more when I sell at Platos.

Everytime I go in the staff has been rude and looks at the customers with the meanest look. I have tried selling clothes the last three times going in and they literally browse through it and say there is nothing we can do for you and I am selling very well taken care of True Religion jeans, Miss Me clothes, MK Shoes, all name brand things and its like they dont even want to look through it.

I visited the store today with my 78 year old mom who visited us from California. My mom speaks broken English, but is understandable.She clearly asked for the price of an item and the lady at the counter responded so rudely!Made my mom feel so bad. We complained to management and their response was that they could not do anything about it. Are you serious? Nothing about it? Wow.We had shopped at Uptown Resale for years, but this is the very last time we do. You disrespect our mother, you disrespect the entire family and friends!!

This place is great. So what if you have to wait on someone, they are very busy. Jane was super nice and friendly. It took a minute but they have alot going on. I will definitely be back, and next time Im dragging my hubby with me. Lol

Shopping experience is OK. Its better to shop at Nordstrom Rack. Not good for consignment. I brought in clothing for nothing, and I asked employee via phone what items are hot before bringing them. Consigners obtain far less than what will be sold on the floor. Like men casting lots for Jesus clothing, so was the conversation I overheard on a dress I submitted among two employees. It was quickly taken to the back for person to try on. I regretted leaving it there. I used to love this business back in the day.

Went in today with 2 large black trash bags and one large bag from “at home”...all 3 completely full of winter clothes, 90% was name brands, and they only took a few things and offered me $8! This place was recommended to me from a lot of people so decided to give it a try and drove from Tahlequah. Very disappointed. While waiting for my things to get looked at, did some shopping and noticed a lot of outdated/stained clothes. Regret purchasing from them now and wasting a trip up there.

Over priced, most items are the same price you can buy new. They resale value compared to pricing they give you is ridiculous. They were very rude and asking questions to the associates seemed as if they were bothered. Example asking where to drop off I had to asl 2 people about 4 times before someone acknowledged me. When asking where a certain items were was given a short response and acted if I was dumb for not seeing the location. They didnt buy much and they wanted to give me $8 for brand new in season and style items. The items that they did not want they responded that it was two years old. When almost everything in their store is very out of style and and dingy looking as it was. I was very offended. I will not return. but hey, go off your own experince.

Went into store today with current trend items in a large rubber maid, brands such as H and M, Loft, Charolette Russe, and Gap. Clothes were not ripped torn or stained. Several pairs of shoes were sent as well.. I was offered $18 for about 12 items. When looking inside the store while waiting I saw numerous articles for sale that were ripped, faded, and had bleach stains, or scuffed and worn soles shoes. Not sure if I hit a bad day for employees or what but it was not worth my time. The employees were off doing other things after telling me its best to wait in store and I had to approach them, I got a response ya your items are done

Wouldnt recommend this store to my worst enemy. Dont waste your time. Went there today and the service was EXTREMELY RUDE. Decided that i would buy dvds since the sign said they were buy one get one. Got to the counter and they denied the sale that their sign had advertised. Also brought in alot of nice up to date clothes, they were ran through very quickly and not a single item was purchased. The do have a large selection though. Probably because their prices are the same as buying the items brand new... and again the service was terrible and they were extremely rude.

The mens prices are great. You can actually find the right size or just come across something random.I usually do not leave without cash in ✋ .It also depends what they do or dont have more than enough of ....
