I went in today for the first time as my cousin, Roslyn, who works there and recommended I checked out the store. I was visiting out of state while on a road trip to see her after work. I noticed one of the girls was giving her mean looks and saying rude things about her. As an indigenous woman, I’m appalled by the way the girl made fun of her and no one seemed to notice that she was getting upset. I wouldn’t recommend this place for how it treats its workers.

I would definitely recommend this place i went in and the Lady named Rainey Gilbert helped me and she was very nice and professional they other ladys were very welcoming to, also they have very nice and trendy clothes I would say if u ever go in there and need help to ask for Rainey Gilbert she will help u and go above and beyond for you she even went as far as watching my 9 year old little boy while I was trying on a shirt

I have always loved this place.However, yesterday I went and this lady was really hostile. I understand you’re stressed or whatever you’re going through but there is no need to be hostile. This lady had long black hair, and was just rude. Seemed like she didn’t even want to be there. On the other hand, this young lady with curly hair was super helpful and sweet! She made my experience better.

Me and my Mom go to Bear Lee New a lot, and I’ve bought quite a few exercise clothes from here. Tracy is always nice, friendly, and helpful. I really like how they keep trendy clothes at affordable prices. 5 stars from me any day! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Theyre so rude its actually kinda humorous! Lol!I have seen a couple of staff members that were sweet and helpful, but they didnt last long.As long as youre not expecting to be treated kindly or feel welcomed you should check it out. They do have alot of cute stuff. Especially for kids!

The attitude of the people who work here is disgusting. Very snooty. I gave this place a few tries, but not again. I prefer to do business at Uptown Resale where they are friendly.

Went to donate about 35-40 tops and 40-45 bottoms. All very nice. Most never worn with tags on them still and the lady behind the counter put her nose up and said ill take the clothes but not the hangers. I asked her to please just throw them away and she rolled her eyes.

I would give this place 5 stars for the amount of clothes, including kids they have. Great selection of clothing items for sure and of course jewelry and shoes. However, I have been coming here for years and so has my mom and Im not sure if its the owner or manager but this lady is always disrespectful and just comes off as rude. All the other workers are sweet but definitely makes you not want to go there whenever she is manager and doesnt give good customer service to her customers.

Bought a pair of jeans for $43.00! It is overall a waste, they only have 3 dressing rooms, and no return/exchanges. The jeans are women’s, but were in the men’s section. They need more dressing rooms. This is not worth it! They have such expensive prices for a second hand clothing store, there is one less customer!

The staff is very snooty and rude, they make it feel as though your existence is an inconvenience to them. Ive also overheard them talking badly about customers that are still in the store. Some of the clothing selection is good but its all crammed in so tight that its difficult to sort through everything. A lot of the items are overpriced for being used.Ill be honest, Im seeing all these 4 star reviews and Im doubting the authenticity. Mostly because I cant imagine so many people having a good experience here. But also because Ive never seen so many 4 star reviews for a business. Usually when people like a place, they just leave 5 stars. Given my experience, its the only conclusion I can come to.

Went in there today to resell my kids clothing. After they were done looking at my clothing. I overheard the manager talking extremely rude to her workers so unprofessional and not okay. I never been there before and won’t be returning.

Will not be coming back here!!! Staff was very snotty and rude! Bought a mask for my 5 year old and he tried it on immediately after we bought it and didnt like the way it fit and they would not let us exchange it. He had it on for not even 5 seconds!! And he is 5!!! I would not give this business my money again!!!

I love this store! The selection of items for men, women, and children is great. Their inventory changes frequently and they offer lots of different styles. The quality is good and most items look new. I especially appreciate their selection of reasonably priced childrens clothing and shoes. Bearlee New has definitely saved my family a lot of money over the years!

The store was cute. Some prices were a little uncalled for but its a consignment store I guess?. Not the friendliest staff. Im in customer service and expect a smaller, boutique style store to go above and beyond. Id go again, but I wont expect a warm welcome. 🤷

They price a little high for being a used clothing shop. Tags or not it isnt retail, its resale. That drops the value but their prices dont display that mentality. Makes it hard for myself to drop even a dime in there bc I cant stretch it far enough..and thats the idea behind a consignment/used goods shop. I dont expect literally a dime to stretch but seriously if I cant buy 2 items with a $20 bill????? Is it worth it?

Never sold, only purchased.Every time my wife goes here she always comes back with clothes for either herself or our daughter. She has purchased used name brand clothing that is in excellent condition and for a great price. She is frequently complimented on her purchases from here and so is our daughter. For example, she bought our daughter 3 dresses and a denim jacket all from either Gap or Old Navy for a total of $20. Only downside is I personally havent seen anything in the mens section that I cant live without.

I took clothes there for the first time to put on consignment. I wasn’t acknowledged when I walked in and when I finally was, they were super rude. They only took a few items from all the clothes I brought in, even though tons of items in the store were way worse/uglier than the clothes I brought in. I won’t ever be going back to Bearlee New. Don’t waste your time on this place.

Bearlee New has great products at even better prices! I have been a longtime consignor and highly recommend this resale shop for selling or buying!

I came here with my husband and we both ended up leaving with some new things! I love that this shop is organized by size because it makes things way easier. I knew this place had to be good because we got there a little before they opened and there were already people waiting in the parking lot.

I think the store has great clothes and awesome prices. I also think the customer service there is above and beyond. However the manager, Tracey, is an absolute terrible person. The amount of dirty looks that my friends and family gets from her is terrible. Not to mention the way she treats her workers. The store can only be as good as the the management.

I have been going to Bear Lee New for years both as a consignor and a customer. Always find great kids clothes at great prices and the customer service during the quarantine was top notch!

I am 50/50 with how I feel. Like I really almost gave 2 STARS and if it werent for the quality of clothing they sell, they would have a two star review from me for sure!I grew up in Broken Arrow and use to really enjoy coming here to shop. The past 4 or 5 times I have come here have been a last resort while looking for specific items elsewhere and not finding them. The reason this has become a once or twice a year place for me to come to (and only if I have to) is because the staff is extremely rude, closed off, and almost never speak unless it is to tell you your total. Which was true again today.While I was shopping today I was reminded of why I avoid it if I can. Its sad to say, when I use to shop here at least twice a month. There are a few items that seem over priced but overall, great deals on great quality clothing, shoes, and accessories.The simple fact that customer service is LACKING to the point that there are a ton of other reviews about it and nothing has been done means that they just dont care.noEdited to add: Echo Shop in Tulsa is worth the drive if you want amazing quality, like Bearlee New. However the customer service at Echo Shop is Above and Beyond that of Bearlee New.

I called and asked if they were accepting summer clothes for women and children. I was told that is all we are currently taking. I brought in several summer dresses, blouses, and childrens tops and sleepers. After they went through my items they told me there are not enough items to start a new account. I asked what was wrong with the majority of the items. She said, we just put our dresses on clearance so were not taking them and kids clothes have to be sold in a set. They should have told me that over the phone when I specifically asked if they were taking women and kids summer clothes. Yes, were taking summer clothes but please no dresses and make sure the kids clothes are in sets. I wouldnt have wasted your time or mine.

I recently purchased a necklace & matching earrings for a graduation gift. I did not keep the receipt because it was a gift. I didnt notice until I got home that the earrings were 2 different earrings. Similar but different shapes. I went in yesterday to exchange them to get a set that matched because there should have been another mismatched set. The girls working there were clueless as what to do & called the manager who in turn called the owner. The end result was they refused to let me exchange the earrings for another set without a receipt. I have shopped there since they first opened. They lost a long time customer over $10. I understand needing a receipt for a refund but I only wanted 2 earrings that matched. And one of the staff members there is the one that showed me which earrings matched the necklace. Will never go back.

Worst consignment store I’ve ever been to! Highly unprofessional and unorganized when it comes to selling items. You basically can’t get an account even started to sell items because you have to have 20 plus items before starting. Horrible experience!! Wouldn’t have came here if other consignment stores were open but this must be why they are open because they are desperate for consigners.

Nice clothing. A little high on some prices for a 2nd hand store. And they clip the price tags, so theres no way to compare tags to receipts.

I’ve never given anyone a bad review but I’m so mad right now that I could just spit.We brought in plenty of barely worn kids Justice and Gap summer clothes and they couldn’t find “20 items” to resell. I knew they were snooty from a different time that I had been in there.You literally have a business selling people’s old clothes. It’s a fancy garage sale. Such a bad business choice, deciding what others may want to buy. Not everyone wants leopard print grandma clothes. WE WILL NEVER SHOP THERE.

Used to love this store but last time my mom and I turned in our clothes to trade out we had a mix of brand new clothes and really old clothes, we told them they could donate the old ones if they couldnt use them but wed like store credit for the rest of them. They donated ALL OF THEM. Even our brand new clothes, very very very upset. Ill never return. Go to uptown instead, way better clothes there anyways

Nothing really impressed me about this store. The ladies are less than friendly. Today, I brought clothes in for the 2nd time in a couple weeks to consign. Unfortunately, I accidentally mixed in the clothes that I was told could be consigned the first time, so I just brought everything back in along with about 20 more items. Both experiences consigning were bad. My clothes were wadded up and thrown back into my bags and laundry basket without any consideration. A little more respect for patrons things would go a long way! Out of the laundry basket and 2 bags of clothing, they were going to take 12 items (10 items the first time). I ended up taking all my items over to goodwill around the corner. In the past, I have consigned at Uptown Consignment down the street. When I consign again, that is where I will go!!

High end, beautiful clothing and shoes WAY underpriced!!! And I received awesome customer service from the two ladies attending the shop. Definitely coming back!

This place advertises sales all the time and things will appear to be marked down but when you get to the counter they charge you more. They have a lot of cool stuff but over priced in my opinion. I prefer other consignment shops in town.

Just moved here from Phoenix. Needed some winter clothes. Beautiful shop, great d3als! My new favorite go to barely used shop.

Store is so packed it is uncomfortable to look at things. Found a few things and went to pay. The lady checking me out never said a word to me until she gave me my total. I paid with a credit card and she asked for my id (which they arent even supposed to ask for if you card is signed). She never thanked me or anything. I wont be going back.Ok, so I went back. Found a top on the floor that was covered with holes. I took it to the cashier and told her I found it on the floor and though they might want to pull it. She immediately told me they couldnt mark it down. I told her I didnt want it, just didnt think they would want it on the floor. She was so hateful and rude. Even though they have rearranged the floor it was so packed I couldnt find anything. They are rude and really full of themselves. I can take my money elsewhere. And reading all of the bad reviews I dont think they care about what their customers think.

Wont be shopping here in the future after my last encounter with the staff. Ive been to the store a few times and they have never been friendly, but this time they were just rude for no reason. Its so cluttered that you cant find things easily. They dont help you either. They are insulting and pushy. The girl was to busy talking to her friends to help me or my friend out and treated us poorly when we tried to get help. I also found stains on a lot of the clothes there that they are trying to get top dollar for. It was a mess! Go and see for yourself if you have the time to waste on them. I wont be wasting my money or time on these posers again.

My three year old niece was there today and tore a tag off of a pair of shoes she wanted to wear out of the store. She handed the tag to the cashier and the cashier would not sell her the shoes. She said she tore the tag off so she cant sell them. My niece was crying. My sister in law offered to pay more for the price on the tag just to make things better but she still would not let her have them. Seems like they have a ego problem and dont care at all about customers.

Its ok. Clothing was more expensive here than uptown resell down the road. They had very cute jewelry tho.

I will not return after my encounter in the dressing room. While trying on clothes in the dressing room, my door was unlocked and opened without a knock or warning by one of the workers! With my luck, the worker who opened the door saw my behind! I was so embarrassed!! She stood there with door open looking at me, while the other customers and my children saw me. All I heard was laughter in the background. She then shut the door without an apology. What makes me even more upset was my son who was waiting on the couch watched the lady look underneath the door and then still open the door. I immediately grabbed the clothes I needed and stood in line to pay. (I probably should have left the clothes and ran out of the store). While paying for my clothes they both glared at me and didn’t say a word. It could of been a mistake but at least apologize. Also, if you see feet under the door, knock! Don’t open the door!

Go to Platos Closet or really any other place instead! First off the place had a stench to it, it can only imagine what the clothes would smell like if I had purchased any. Whats with the corny christian music? I guess Im supposed to believe this is some sort of christian environment, but find it funny when I see the fat ugly owner rude to customers that she felt wasnt good enough for her. Seriously I see her being nice to people that dressed and looked wealthy, but rude to people that didnt all the while the other owner I think the owners husband I see flirting and hitting on teenage girls, and either the wife is ok with it, or she is as dumb as she looks. Anyway while the christian music is playing I see this going on....but I guess Im to think these are good ol christian people since they play the music! Oh and Ive seen the other reviews that are 5 stars and its painfully obvious they either had their friends make reviews for them or they themselves make up reviews. While the other low grade reviews seem to hit the same note!
