My daughter bought a sectional from here and was very pleased. I needed a recliner so we went in looking around. I knew which one I wanted from the website. Tried it out and Im sitting in it now. Was greeted when we walked in the door. Nice helpful staff, Ill be back

Fairly nice spot with great NEW furniture and standard prices for NEW furniture; however, they used to be a great spot for USED...consignment furniture as well. Doesnt really seem like consignment. Seems more like a place where large retail spots dump off excess or overstock.If you are needing to pick up something used but good and at a cheaper consignment price, this is NOT your spot, so the name is misleading. Not what they used to be (even if the furniture they carry is nicer)

Excellent experience. My items were fairly priced. They followed their contract explicitly. I got a lot more than I ever could have at a garage sale. Would use them again if I ever need to.

Friendly service and plenty of choices. The sofa they had was too big for my room, but they do have a sofa that I will buy if I dont find what I want. Most sofas priced under 800

Overpriced. Not good quality. Guy stood way in the back, looked at me, neither greeted me nor acknowledged my presence. Didnt say goodbye, either. And I am LOOKING for a BUNCH of furniture for my nieces new house. 🤷I used to buy stuff from them all the time.

Drove an hour to get there. Google said they were open till 7. Get there and they were closed at 5. I realize there is a winter weather event coming, but not for 24 more hours, and thats for it to just start. No reason to close doors at 5 on a Friday, when we have been dealing with this weather for 4 days already. There were people inside when we got there, but did not let us in. Very disappointed......

The front staff was wonderful but the backroom staff was airheads.... They could not understand what the front staff was telling them... They carried out the wrong item first and told me that they would bring me some cardboard to put under my straps but never returned with any. I got tired of waiting so I strapped it down and left.

Worst customer service ever, the one in Broken Arrow.Maybe because we are not white and don’t look rich!They never really pay attention to us, but welcome other people so politely.We were about to buy a couch and away one move before giving cash. Then they were so rude. That’s when we just left. We need the couch but we won’t buy it from a place that treat us differently just because we look different.WORST EXPERIENCE in my whole life. 🤢

They arent really interested in selling anything - they dont answer phone when you call (called at least 6 times before someone answered on 2 separate days) we went in to look at and purchase furniture numerous times but couldnt get anyone to help us that really wanted to help - we purchased bedroom, living room and dining room furniture somewhere else. They lost a HUGE sale!

We found this place online and went in to view the selection the same evening. Ended up buying a great sectional, chair and small desk for and fabulous price. We are so happy with it. The furniture is used but clean, and in usable or like-new condition. It was a fabulous experience, right down to the employees. We had to have it delivered, which upped our price quite a bit, but it couldnt be avoided and their delivery people are also very nice and professional. One of the best experiences Ive had since weve moved to Oklahoma.

Love the used furniture section at this place. All furniture is in decent condition and the prices are excellent. The man who runs the place is very friendly and helpful. We have found a ton of great deals here, including my new matching leather recliner and couch which was in brand new condition for only $300 for the set. Very pleased.

They were very kind and helped my niece out who has nothing to her name. Helped on finding a cheap but good mattress and box spring. They even held it for her after she paid until we could pick it up. We are very happy. Always a pleasure going in there.

First of all, you (the seller) must transport and unload your furniture items once you arrive at the store. I took a very heavy buffet/hutch which was a difficult thing to do. They determine the selling price and then reduce the price if they choose without ever letting the seller know. And, once its sold, they keep 1/2 of the proceeds. So, for a piece of furniture that I could have sold for $250-300, I received $112.50. I will not make this mistake again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife went there to buy a nice couch set. She sent me pictures & was so excited. They apparently had two sets listed at different prices. One was on sale and one was not.My wife agreed to the purchase price they asked for. She left and came back an hr later to finalize everything and they told my wife they wanted $100 more. What a joke. Very unprofessional. They should’ve honored the price they quoted.

I went there to look at some Dining sets. I didnt have anything specific in mind. I spoke with Shawn and he was so helpful, he asked the right questions to assure that we were on the same page, there was no pressure to make a quick sale., he LISTENED to what I was looking for. I will definitely shop here again.

A nice consignment furniture store. The furniture on display is in good to excellent condition (mostly used but some new). The prices seem reasonable. And a neat surprise is the back room, which is bigger than the main showroom! The back room, although un-air conditioned, is a neat place to browse their excess supply of furniture. The quality is not as good as the main showroom, but you can get some good deals back there if price is your main priority.

This would have been alot better rating but when my son went to pick up my furniture they gave him the wrong chair. I bought a leather chair and they gave him a cloth recliner. I saw the man put the sold sticker on our chair and couch. Im aggravated and hope the situation is rectified.Part 2....After writing this review I was called by the nicest lady named Terry and she told me the problem would be fixed tomorrow (meaning today) and it was. I was not only surprised to hear from someone so fast but on a Sunday at 7pm was even more of a shock. A good one though. Thank you everyone who helped to make it a better experience. Yall are awesome.

Good place to find that one piece of furniture you have been looking for.

If you are in need of bargain furniture this is the place to go. It is kind of a hit and miss on selection and prices though. I have looked at their dining room chairs quite a few times and have found nothing that I liked, or even in the price range I was looking for. I went with a friend and she scored a great Ashley furniture dresser at an amazing price though.

Have nice pieces but way over priced. Offer financing through Acima and one other company I dont remember the name. Reccomend using Acima to finance through for 90 days for a light hit on your credit accepted or denied. Just very over priced in my opinion for consignment and some new cheap furniture.

I like to go here, just to see the consignment furniture. They also sell new furniture and beds, I have gotten good deals for the bunk beds and bedroom furniture for my grandkids. Theres also a back room, that has a lot of lower price items. If you buy a used mattress, they all have mean cleaned and have a tag saying if it was steam cleaned or some other way. you can find a lot of tchotchkes, lamps, some original art on the walls, and I like the dining room tables and chairs. I dont like spending a lot of money, as I would rather change out my furniture every couple of years, it makes me feel like I have a whole new house. And if its still in good shape, you can probably get them to sell it on consignment!

Not Happy at all! I bought two beds but when they were delivered it wasnt the same mattresses that we had picked out. Then they charged me two different prices for delivery! Definitely wont be buying anything else from here, and wouldnt recommend anyone else to buy here.

Went in to look at furniture, they have the exact same junk they had 3 years ago when we bought a brand new American branded sectional, the couch looked 50 years old after a years use and was pretty much useless after 3 years.

This location is poorly run. I went to the Broken Arrow location Saturday 11/24/18 in search for a desk. They had one there that I was interested in, but i noticed cosmetic damage on the front and near the drawers, some water damage on the top surface and the back right leg had been stripped from the screw holding it in place. This was a project I was willing to take, but not for the price of the desk. I left my name, number and the cost I would pay for it and if they would contact the owners about my offer. On November 26th two days later I remember I saw Consignment Furniture selling things through Facebook Marketplace and I messaged Terri and asked her if she was or knew how I can get a hold of the owners of Consignment Furniture. I told her about the desk that I saw the the amount I would pay for the desk and if she would ask her boss. She said she would and a couple hours later I get a phone call from Consignment Furniture and spoke to Shawn. He told me that they would take my offer and we agreed upon the amount of $75 plus tax. I told him that I lived in Tahlequah and if they can hold it until Thursday the 29th (3 days later) and Shawn said yes and he would put a note on the desk for me. Thursday comes and I am driving to pick up my desk that we agreed upon and that they would hold for me. I exit Elm in Broken Arrow and I decide to give them a call to let them know I am on my way. I speak to Jason and he takes down my information to search the room. I described the desk to him and he tells me that he sees the note at the front desk with my name and phone number on it, the price I was paying for the desk plus tax and the model number of the desk. He then tells me that they sold my desk that morning for $100! I could not believe it. And all Jason could say was I’m sorry and I wasn’t here this morning so there’s nothing I can do. What a poor way to manage and run a business and not only did they sell my desk, but there was an agreement made and I take that into high regards. To me that is your word, a deal made and for them to not give me the common courteously to call that morning or the days before to make sure I still wanted the desk is poor training. They didn’t just waste my time out of my day, but they wasted my money in gas, and they sold their integrity for $25 plus tax. Lack of organization derives from poor management.
