Great service. They were very friendly and got my cracked phone screen fixed in about 2 hours. The guy who help me was very honest about a couple of questions I had. One about getting my tablet repaired there and another about what type of screen protector is best for my phone which I really appreciate because not a lot of people will be honest when it comes to making a sell. I will definitely go back if need be and will recommend people to this store.

There was also a nice 20% discount for ordering online, loved that! Got notification battery was ready to pick up in less than 30 minutes. Went to store and battery was ready to go. Employee removed my old battery and installed new one. Taking the time to clean corrosion off of cables and adding spray liquid to help prevent corrosion in the future. Simple, hassle free experience!

Overall, I highly recommend Batteries Plus Bulbs. My friend, whos a mechanic, first recommended this place to me for a car battery many years ago, and I was very impressed with the quality; it lasted well over 6 years. My previous employer also used them (different location) to rebuild DeWalt 18v batteries for the shop, and we were always really happy with their work and the price. Today, I ordered a new car battery online for in-store pickup and free installation, which was great - no core charge and having to return with the old battery! It was ready almost immediately, the guy at the store was super nice (installed it in the cold rain while I waited in the store!), and it took maybe 10 minutes tops, even though the battery was in a difficult place under the hood. Price was super competitive with other auto parts stores. I will concur with other reviewers that yes, there is usually only one attendant at the store, so I could see having to wait around a while if the store suddenly became busy, which could be inconvenient for some. I would also highly suggest checking their website for coupon codes, it saved me quite a bit on the battery. Apart from that, they offer bulb and battery recycling, which is super convenient, and they carry many hard-to-find batteries as well. Ill definitely be back!

They are always so helpful here. I like to use them when I have an out of the ordinary need, because they can always make sure you get it right. They also stand behind their products, as long as you keep your receipt. It makes it easier to make a larger purchase knowing that you are going to get a quality product.

Their warranty isnt worth the paper its printed on. Bought a battery 6/15/19 for a pwc that came with a 3 year warranty. Battery actually imploded after being stored for winter. Battery was 10 months old and local store just force charged it and expected me to continue to use it in a pwc my kids ride even though the battery was clearly physically defective. Is this what we should expect when trying to do business with a local vendor rather than buy from a reputable online dealer/retailer that will stand behind their warranty/product? Very unfortunate.

I had a cracked iPhone 7 screen and after a lot of research on the best place to trust for fixing my phone I decided to take it to Batteries Plus Bulbs. The price was VERY REASONABLE and my experience was so amazing! They took a short time in trying to fix my phones screen and in the end by an accidental mistake they broke my home button, they were so great at fixing this problem for me! They replaced the whole phone with a new one and it was no hassle. It took a short amount of time and in the end I was so pleased with the service and experience! The guys were so nice and the shop feels very clean!! I will definitely come back here if I ever have another broken screen or any phone problems!

Superb customer service. Only went in for a battery replacement. But he couldnt do anything because the type of watch it was.But great customer service. I just felt really bad for the guy that work there that night because, it is way too hot up in there.I really hope they get that issue fixed cuz its way too hot outside to be way too hot in there.

Great place to get batteries and to drop off your dead batteries since you cant put them in the trash. So when you buy the batteries you need you can take your old ones and they will take care of them for you.

Staff is extremely helpful. Worked with me on my Mac even when it was not a sales item. Lots of good advice. Product is solid and worth the price, plus the warranties.

I will spare you the need to research, these guys are the cheapest phone repair in town. They were super helpful and did a fantastic job on my phone. I highly recommend them for any kind of repairs and will be visiting them in the future if my phone ever breaks again!

These guys are not unskilled workers like a lot of retail employees are. The 2 guys working Thursday evening were very helpful. I talked to the guy with the glasses who might have been the manager, he was very honest with me about what I should buy instead of just trying to sell the more expensive battery. Both of the guys working seemed to know their stuff and were able to do it all from phone repairs to fixing tool battery packs. I hope their pay reflects their knowledge and skill level. The stores prices are also very good on everything I was interested in and had multiple choices but not overwhelming. I had expected higher prices since its a specialty store but some of their products are better priced than Walmart. This will be my go-to battery place from here on out.
