My Lincoln Nautilus mud flap came loose and I didn’t think I could make it to Lincoln. So I stopped by to see if they had something to secure my mud flap. I have physical limitations on my leg. Crystal was so helpful, she went and got what I needed and put in on the mud flap, now I don’t even need to go to Lincoln. She was so courteous and kind. Extremely helpful! I tried to pay her for putting it on and she stated she could not accept it. I know I would of paid someone else to put it on had I stopped somewhere else. I feel Crustal went above and beyond to help me. THANK YOU CRYSTAL!!

Very helpful & changed out my battery for me.

My emission light came on my 2007 Honda Fit. I brought it in for a diagnostic check and showed my injectors were misfiring. I was explained the possible problems and was told to try the easier and most cost efficient solution first before taking it to a shop. I out the injector cleaner in and the problem was resolved within 30 minutes of driving. Thank you!!

Anytime I have any warning lights come on in my dash or if something doesnt feel right I ask a technician if they would please hook up a scanner to my car and see if it shows an error code. They are very polite and extremely knowlegable and will do this free of charge. They print out a paper showing the exact part you need. This way I know Im not spending money on the wrong part. They also offer warranties and/or returns.

Best Autozone in Tulsa County. This store typically has a much larger inventory available compared to others in town. Customer service is also excellent.

Auto Zone is a Womans Best Parts Store for diagnosing small car 🚗 problems, such as, Lights, Indicator lights, Batteries...and showing you how to gain access to replace them.They have a lot of inventory on hand, as well.

Great store! Area hub for most of the area AutoZone stores, so go here first, most likely theyll have it!

Always polite, and always seem to have what I am looking for.Would be nice if they extended the return policy a little, with everything going on, but not going to ding them for that. They still have business practices to uphold.

Rob was quick to help as soon as I entered the store. He immediately came out to our car to check the strength of our battery, and he recommended a facility that he was sure could resolve, or at least determine, our problem. With his assistance, we got the entire matter resolved within 90 minutes.

Good place for the parts you need

Walked in & asked for help. These guys were amazing.! I said I needed help with my battery. They checked the battery, took out old battery, installed new one, made me laugh, & had it all done in like 15 minutes! Thank you very much, I appreciate you help so much ❤️

I needed a cap for my power steering fluid and Auto Zone on Elm was recommended to me.Zachary was so helpful. He ordered it for me.He gave me a lower price. Then installed it for me.Being an older lady who has no one helping her made it exceptionally kind. He went above and beyond his job decription. I would definitely recommend this Auto Zone to all you ladies who must depend on someone to do your mechanical jobs!

The service rep didnt have much interest in helping me find the part I needed. That really surprised me because that Autozone on Elm on Broken Arrow usually has a super helpful staff. Worst experience Ive had a an Autozone.

Was my late husbands favorite parts store! Without him, I had no idea what kind of windshield wipers to buy...nor put them on! Staff ALWAYS helps customers with all their needs and act like they truly enjoy doing it too!

Needed some Pentosin LV brake fluid. A competitor sold me an open bottle and ended up wasting over an hour and two trips when it turned out that was the only one they had. This Autozone is great and keeps a ton of stuff in stock.

Customer service is great and had everything I needed

Fantastic service. My son and I stopped by last night after 9pm to because his front headlight went out. The associate not only looked it up but came outside with us to pull out the bulb and make sure it matched. He even installed it for us. 5 Stars for going over and beyond.

I got wiper blades from here, they told me it has a year warranty. I went back yesterday to tell them that the wipers make a lot of noise and dont work properly, they looked into the computer and said : we dont have this brand listed on the computer!! Seriously!! I work a driving job and I get all my car stuff from AutoZone, but not anymore, Ill never buy anything from here anymore, advanced auto parts is much better..

The employees were very friendly. They came out to my car to get a reading on several codes my car was giving. He ran the report for me. He even took the time to explain everything to me. He offered some suggestions and gave me a few names of some hopefully honest mechanics. Very happy with the the store and the customer service. But my car, now that is a different story

Ive been shopping at this location for years. Very knowledgeable counter personnel. Some have been there more than 20 years. In particular, Duane, mustang guy that has answered lots of questions and offered lots of solutions regarding ford/mustang problems Ive encountered. I highly recommend this Autozone location.

Always friendly service with a smile. My cars idiot light came on, so I took it into Auto Zone and they ascertained the issue to be an O2 sensor. They gave me a price with a military discount and had me rung up and out the door in a few minutes. The issue is fixed and I continue to be a happy customer of Auto Zone.

Great prices for your needs

Went to have them check why my check engine light was on. They not only told me what was wrong, but they gave me a printed copy of the test and printed copies of the parts to fix my problem! Extremely satisfied!

Always great. Got a check engine light? Get the trouble code read and get your part here. Do the easy fixes yourself and save some cash. I could have taken my car to a mechanic, but that would have been a much pricier fix than the new gas cap that solved my problem.

They usually have what we need here. Its not always the best price & the people behind the counter dont usually know what they are talking about but with my husbands help they usually figure it out. Its convenient.

I needed windshield wipers and they had the ones I needed in stock, the clerks there are amazing and helpful. They even installed my windshield wipers for me free of charge! I definitely recommend this Auto Zone!

Son needed a battery and they did not have it in stock. Employee found the battery at another location. They replaced the wiper blades for his wifes car and they were more then helpful and friendly.

Customer Service Rep Daniel came out looked at my vehicle and even diagnosed the problem. Long story short, $36 for the part which was a throttle body sensor and he knew immediately. 5 hours of my labor and Im very slow, ended up saving me close to over a $1000. I would definitely recommend this AutoZone to family, friends and even my neighbors.
