Andrew was very helpful - definitely exceeded expectations. I met him yesterday, but after shopping around for a better deal, we returned to work with him. At a time when customer service has generally gone the way of the dinosaur, Andrew (and his co-worker Mario) restored my faith in putting customers first. Andrew helped my daughter with the accessories she needed for her new iPhone, and was extremely patient and helpful. He answered questions and explained everything to us. I went in yesterday to switch over from another carrier and get a new phone. Mario was super helpful, knowledgeable and so nice! I believe shortly after I came in, it was his time to leave. He took his time to finish up with me. I did not feel like he rushed through any of it. The store became busier after I had come in. He mentioned that he was going to stay later to help the other customers and not leave his co-workers short handed. That is a great employee and a great co-worker to have!
This was a great experience. It was a very busy store and Both representatives still managed to help everyone and be courteous and respectful of our time. They were extremely friendly but most of all clearly knew what they were doing. I was given great suggestions to make my service better and got everything I needed done that day taken care of. I will continue to go out of my way to visit this store in the future for all of my needs.

I went in there this evening with my Boyfriend to get info on the First Net plan for first responders. Joel helped us majority of our time there. He was awesome. Super patient and explained the entire plan to us in depth. He also set up the plan for us. His coworker Mario was also very helpful. They work great together. Usually, I dread going to cell phone provider stores, but that experience was quite pleasant. Definitely will be referring my colleagues to that first net plan and that location.
I was offered help as soon as I enter the building, I did not have to wait, he was very friendly, pleasant and very helpful !

My husband and I went to AT&T store in Brockton to transfer from Verizon. Despite Verizon making this very difficult Andrew P. worked tirelessly to guarantee a smooth transfer and he showed amazing patience and kindness. He also ended up saving me a lot of money on my monthly bill. The entire team pitched in with additional information and helpful tips while we were there. Overall a great experience.

I had such a great experience at this location. As soon as I walked in with my daughters I was greeted by all of the employees not just one. Three people acknowledged us as we walked in, mind you everyone was working with a customer. It was nearing closing time but I would have not known it. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured. Mario was patient and understanding, I probably asked the same questions 2-3 times. I ended up leaving Verizon and switching to ATT! Thanks again everyone, it was such experience!!!

I have been a customer with AT&T for several years and although their customer service; as in politeness and courteously attempt to solve your issues ... I have been dealing with issues for months with communication as far as making me understand any concerns I have with my bill or changes to my account.It wasn’t until today, when I met with the representative Andrew, that I finally understood he explained each concern I have and even gave options to make changes to save money. I left there thinking now I won’t have to call every month!! 😁😁😁

I went into the store with my husband and with the intention of purchasing more storage because I used all of mine within about 3yrs of having my s8 note. Andrew was there to assist us. It was great timing because there just happened to be a promotion of getting one of the newest samsungs for free. Qualifying for an upgrade, phone in perfect condition & just paying literally a few bucks for the latest, newest samsung rather than free because we liked the newest samsung 21 Ultra.The phone is dope and so worth the upgrade we couldnt had done any better. I went in for myself and my husband and I left happy with our purchase. Thanks to Andrew. He knows his stuff. Great customer service. Very smart. Has answers to all your questions! I brought my last 3 iPhones from the AT&T Store on Pleasant Street in Brockton never had a problem before so I went back and bought the iPhone 11 promax I was told they were giving me 150 for my last iPhone 8 plus and that I would get $300 which would kick in after three monthsThis was in August I went back to the store yesterday looking to use some of the $300 on charging cords and pay up some of my bill when I was told I wouldn’t be getting a $300 promotion code they out and out lied to me three different times

My husband and I went into AT&T with our 18 month old son. We went to switch from our previous carrier. Andrew helped us at the pleasant street Brockton MA location. He was knowledgeable, thorough patient and kind (my son was running around the store like crazy). I have already told several family members and friends to take their business to ATT with this store and associate in mind.

I had a problem with my replacement phone and was in the area, so I stopped in to see if someone could help me. There was a gentleman being waited on when I got there. While Amara was waiting for his updates to complete, she helped me. Amara was wonderful. She kept her cool, as by the time she started helping me and the gentleman there before me, 4 more people had come. She was by herself as they are very short staffed. She called Asurion for me and I was able to get another replacement. She greeted each person as they came in. Shes a superstar!
Amara was our sales associate and she was stellar! I brought my son in to trade in our phone and the process was smooth from start to finish. She was a pleasure to be with during the process. She even fixed my phone, which I thought had a broken screen but turned out to be a cracked protector (duh!), changed my plan to one that would save me money and basically just gave the best customer service. Shes a wonderful representative of the Brockton location!

Employees are alright. Decent people chained to the confines of any evil retail corporation. Be warned if you try to swap your mobile provider to AT&T and trade in your phone though. If you get home and realize that your neighborhood gets data speeds equivalent to AOL in 1998 then go back to cancel your plan they are NOT able to return your phone that you traded in.If you know AT&T will work at your residence then go to this store. If youre not sure, befriend someone who has AT&T and invite them over for nachos and speed testing because finding out after the papers have been signed is not worth the headache.
I was thinking of getting at&t with wireless. The woman that helped me was really nice (only reason giving two stars is she was so nice) but the phone selection was very poor (shockingly so). I could not believe the extremely limited variety of phones. The price was crazy for two lines compared to what I am paying at Verizon and what all my friends are paying that are transferring to T-Mobile. I thought I paid a lot at Verizon but at least I will be happy with what I have now that I looked into at+t.

Recently, I activated a new phone and Bryan Vigil the District Manager assisted me with the activation process and answered all my questions. Only reason I am giving one star is because I cannot give 0. I’m in the military and do a lot of traveling and when the iPhone 11 came out I decided to purchase the phone while I was in the area. The phone worked fine for the first two week’s, then all of a sudden it stopped working. I called AT&T customer service for a resolution and was told that someone at the store coded my phone as being stolen. I called and spoke with the manager and was told he would call me back because he was on the phone with corporate (never received a call back). My phone continues to get deactivated because someone at that/this store said my phone was stolen (and they were training someone with my purchase).I can only hope this review assist in my resolution but I don’t have much confidence without having to drive 5 hrs back to this location. Very dissatisfied and will switch to another carrier if not resolved.
I have a problem with a phone that I bought there and they didnt resolve the problem ended up having to contact the manufacturer to which I wasnt satisfied with the resolution they offered me either ended up having it repaired at a phone repair place on the other hand Im very satisfied with the service for my cell phone and the rates are fairly good especially for pay as you go monthly payment phone plan with no contract I have no difficulty getting service in any of the places that Ive been so far

This is the 3rd worst experience i have had in this store. There are no customer service skills in that store they would rather lose a customer of 10+ years to make an extra dollar on the spot. Please do not go to that store you are better off calling 611 to do all your transactions before you go to that store. I will NEVER go there again. I have been a customer for 10+ years and on the verge of leving them all together.The worst store ever.............
Prime communications now owns 2000 ATT stores since April....customer service is horrible and store clerks lie to pad their sales numbers.
Salesman changed my plan insisting it was cheaper without actually doing the math. Was trying to really push me towards it, but when I did the math it would have been $20 more expensive every month. Seemed disappointed when I noticed.
