Before T mobile mergered with sprint my bf was having issues with his google pixle 4 the staff were amazing in helping us this happened back in July we were there for 1/2 or more lol after all the phone calls to sprint etc. they gave me the information to get a new cell for my bf again the staff there are very helpful ๐Ÿ˜€โคโคโค๐Ÿ˜Ž I have to give a shout out to Rasheed hes our cell guy always greats his customers with a smile and if u have cell issues he will keep trying to solve ur problem

Oliver Pierre was so kind and helpful. He helped us through the whole transition and made sure we were satisfied with everything. We kept changing what type of phone and honestly we were being pretty annoying but he still helped us and was so nice and understanding. Thank you so much Oliver for being so patient with us.

I was a Verizon customer for more than 25 years. Always aware that they were of apprised but felt that it was worth it. Met with a young man name Otis at the Brockton mall he took his time and explained a lot of things to me and even brought his manager in to the conversation to help. Both gentlemen weโ€™re more pleasant to me than the Verizon store I had visited the day before. Most people would think I got the service because I was a new customer coming over and they were trying to just get my business. In this case itโ€™s not true Iโ€™ve had a few questions and concerns since switching over and spoke with Otis and a couple of Other customer service representatives at this store since and this group a gentleman our professional and efficient. Extremely poor business. I have been a Verizon customer for many years, i went over to this beach to ask a few questions about switching over and get some details. The store closed at 7 p.m and i called ahead of time to confirm this. So after a long day of work i rushes over there and when i got to the store at 6:20 p.m they were closing the gates and would not allow customers in. This is bad business and i will not be making the change to sprint.

I had 5 lines with them for 2 years, every month they were making me pay more than what they told me at first time, the worst customer service ever had, they cannot answer your questions, very uneducated people. I just switched to T-Mobile, I hope theyโ€™re not like this.

Over charged for phones and accessories. Slick talking swindlers that lied about prices and offered free items that where not free. Dont go to Sprint in the Westgate mall, theyre terrible. And there service is horrible.

Worst costumer service EVER!! I was called last night: I was on a call list so when they get what Iโ€™m looking for instock they will call me .. well they called I went to pick them up, and was told they was sold to someone they thought was me I have had nothing but bad experiences with this store !! Not Company itโ€™s this particular store these employees Donโ€™t give a damn !!! Come on sprint corporate!!! please get them under control ! disrespectful employees ..๐Ÿฅบ

Horrible horrible experience. Stay away from this store. Very poorly managed store. Welcome to the hood. Reps need training and clearly no adults in the room. One representative walks around with his pants to his knees. Another goes on break with customers in line leaving one person to deal with customers. I waited over an hour to get the worst sprint/customer service of any business. Stay away.

Good service but its usually busy and buying a new phone can take a couple of hours if you need them to transfer your stuff from the old phone to the new one

Got a new screen protector and case. The first attempt at putting on the screen protector (by employee) ended up being a fail so I was told I would get the back up one for free. The back up wasnt the same exact one as the first (first one was the last in stock). Ended up having to get it as an exchange (not for free) and the back up screen protector was put on and not smoothly. Still has some bubbles and lines on it....

I went to the store to pay for my phone & the lady with lack of professionalism was on the phone with someone made a payment into someoneโ€™s name even having my ID with her. They solved my problem telling me to wait till next Monday to restore my payment( a whole week with my phone, I already missed a few job interviews...)

I signed up with sprint about 2 months ago and have had nothing but issues since we signed up with this store! definitely recommend going to a different sprint!

Stay away from this Sprint store, all they care about is selling their own products, and get extra money in their pay check for doing so, they dont care about their customers. STAY AWAY.
