Rude!!! Not rude while I was Selecting and purchasing items. But you’re very rude when wanting to change type of payment. Will never rent from them again. I can’t wait till my contract is over. Never again

If I could rate 0 I would. I bought A frige for $1000 had it replaced twice, and still not working, after they told me the frige was brand new. Called customer service and the lady was giving me attitude only because I told her they said a frige that wasn’t working. I’ll keep on calling until I get a working frige or my money back. Don’t buy from this store or rent a center period.

People that run this place are crooks. Praying on poor people that dont have credit to go anywhere else

This is the worst place to get furniture from, the staff lies about when your furniture is coming and I’m still waiting for my furniture and it’s been 7 months they are terrible, but they can sure call your phone down to get a payment, please do not come here go to Bobs or somewhere else, they will lie and say they got your stuff and swing you around in circle for delivery bunch of dummies

Manager is rude, who disrespects and gives customers attitudes also making it harder for customers to return items. Especially if they do not drive.

Nothing in dmstire employees must of walk in from the street that day I was there. I dont know if they knew they were working
