Awesome customer service experience! Seamless process from start to finish. Taylor worked with my insurance company and made sure my truck looked better than it did before the accident! They even had at rental car waiting for me at there facility when I showed up to drop my truck off. Hands down best experience I have ever had with a Body Shop.

They are working on my door which was backed into. Havent gotten it back yet but everyone seems extra professional. They answer all my questions and concerns ASAP.

Modern has always done a top job repairing our cars. They earned our trust many years ago.

Two weeks ago, I was driving through Brockton when the check engine light came on my pickup truck. I knew I had to get it checked out as I was going to travel several highway miles over the next two days and did not want to break down in 20 degree weather in the middle of nowhere. I happened to be driving by Modern Auto Body and saw their sign for mechanical services. How fortunate for me! The kind ladies at the front desk called one of their mechanics, Derek, to assist me. My oil was down and the oil pressure was low, activating the dash light. After adding some oil, he reset the computer and the problem was solved. He checked to make sure there was no oil leak and recommended an additive for my high mileage truck so it might not burn so much oil.Polite, professional and so gracious to this traveler in my time of need. If I lived in the area, I would definitely have my vehicle serviced there. Thank you Derek, for your prompt attention and kindness!

Thank you again for helping me with my car. I had my 2018 Hyundai Elantra fixed from a very minor accident from another shop in Hanson (where I live). The guy literally tried buffing out the scratches and put pure white touch up paint on the little pits in the paint. He did an awful job to say the least.I brought my car to Modern Auto after a suggestion from a coworker to have it fixed right. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel so much better about the situation! Ray was extremely helpful and made sure my car was fixed the way it should have been done. You guys did a great job and it looks as good as new! Cant even tell anything happened (which is exactly what the goal is!) I am very pleased with the work and customer service! I will be sending all of my customers from Johnson Insurance Agency to Modern!

After taking apart the inside of my car, the sun visor falls off. The driver’s side went back on and locked in place however, the passenger side keeps falling off. For such a high rating, I expected slightly better service but it seemed like they were super last minute with the job.

I had been to a couple of other shops over the years and was not impressed with the quality of the work. One in particular that touted itself as a high end establishment for a major car conglomerate did work that was exceptionally poor, but claimed it was done to accepted industry standards and therefore, I was unreasonable for not agreeing with them. I cannot accept that one side of the car doesnt look like the other side and that there were mismatches of 1/4 between adjacent panels that were supposed to fit perfectly flush. Considering they were paid handsomely by my insurance company with 2 additional supplements it should have looked a lot better.On the other hand, Fran Fistori was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He explained everything thoroughly and understood what my concerns were. Mike Hardy was also very professional and both of them kept me apprised on the progress of the work being done. I truly feel that they went the extra mile for me to be sure that I would be satisfied with my repair. I actually had them do over the work that was done at the other shop and I dont think it could be more perfect. I really like this car and the fit, the workmanship, as well as paint finish are absolutely amazing.I admit, I have a discerning eye, but I also know what a body shop that is truly skilled at their craft is capable of. At Modern Auto Body they dont make excuses--they only make satisfied, happy customers.

I am absolutely impressed with this place! They were kind and professional they dealt directly with my insurance showed me exactly what they would be repairing, when I picked up my car it looked amazing it looked better than when I bought it from the dealer!!! They detailed the inside and out and even buffed out scratches as a courtesy. I pass by their shop all the time and always see it packed with cars and I know why. Thanks guys!!

I recently took my 2012 Mercedes Benz which got rear ended, Modern auto Body did an amazing job by fixing my rear bumper and painted to mach the color of the cor, looked perfectly and I was so happy the way my car look... if I could I would’ve give them a 10 ⭐️ rating for the amazing job.

I was overwhelmed by my experience at Modern Autobody from the moment I walked through the door. I had phoned ahead and told them my auto had been vandalized. A part was missing. They reassured me they could fix it. Order a new part, color match the paint. Id have it fixed in a week or less. I got a phone call in less than a week. The owner popped the part on and I was good to go. Their prices are very reasonable. I wouldnt go anywhere else. 5☆s!

I couldnt be happier with this body shop, their complete team is very professional and friendly. They will go out of their way to take care of you and your vehicle, they will handle all of your paperwork and deal with insurance directly, get you a renal car ready waiting for you in front of their office. Beside all of that, the most important part is that their body work quality is on a whole another level, when you get your car back you will be surprised like WOW, you can;t even tell that something has happen to your car EVERYTHING WILL LOOK PERFECT everything done right in absolute details, like if the car just came from the factory. Upon finishing their work they will go an extra mile and wash your car inside and out, they have literally washed my car in details, even my brake calipers that create so much brake dust were spot clean, in order to do that you have to remove each one of the wheels then wash the calipers and put the wheels back- As I previously said they will go an extra mile to take care of you. They also changed my oil and filter for free of charge. I could go on and on. People if you need to have any kind of body work done on your car chose this shop and let them handle everything you dont worry about anything. My first experience...Ive heard good things about them, never been though. My friend said the avalon is at modern auto body? Thats top shelf quality. I read reviews. A couple complainers, nothing unusual. They even fixed a dent on my door. I thought i was going to wear that dent forever. MIND BLOWN!!!! I got my car back within 10 days. 2 or 3 weeks laters im still in awe. Ive found my new favorite body shop. Ill recommend them to anyone for future reference. I was treated with care and my car was too. Thanks again. You guys are the best.

They were so accommodating and friendly throughout the whole process of having to get my car fixed. They would personally text me with any changes and even gave me more info than my own insurance company. They even went the extra mile to clean my whole car after fixing it. I deff recamend them!

I had my car repaired at Modern Auto in Brockton about a year ago. Rear end accident. When I received my car it was nice and shiny and I thought this was as a great place. Beware!!. Almost a year later I took my car in for inspection and it failed. Modern auto used the same punctured muffler and exhaust, how would I have known. They even cut and welded my exhaust to the point it would cost over a thousand out of pocket to replace. I totally advise you after any repairs to get your car/truck inspected by another repair shop asap. This place is a total rip off (charged my insurance and reused busted parts). You will thank me later If you listen to this warning. Go somewhere else. I would rate this lower but I cant. Im currently paying out my @ss to replace the hack job this place has done to my car : new muffler, exhaust pipes, muffler tips all ruined.
