My car had extensive front end damage. I was almost about to sell my car as another mechanic had quoted 11k to repair the damage. These people quoted 7.5k . They took 4 weeks to repair and my car looks brand new. Job well done. I highly recommend this shop for any collision repairs.

It’s been a whole year since I bought a car from ideal collision till this day I have not had an issue with my vehicle. What I loved about doing business with them was how professional they were! they delivered they made me feel confident about the purchase that I was making and that if I was not happy come back we got you. I haven’t had a need to call them because The vehicle has exceeded my expectations. I got my vehicle during the pandemic so the sale was all done through the phone I did not even see my car prior to purchasing. I am so pleased that I choose Ideal Collision to repair my bumper from a rear end accident. Ideal Collision was communicative, they were supportive in ensuring all my transportation needs were met while my car was in the shop and super punctual. Had to get my bumper replaced. Everyone at the shop was friendly and helpful. They even stayed until I got out of work to drop my car off after hours. The work was phenomenal!! About 2 weeks and my car was done. They even assisted with helping me get a rental (this was my first time getting my car repaired and I was unprepared) I love the work they did how professional they were and how they kept me in the loop and did things on time even having my car done 2 days early WITH A HOLIDAY! I’m impressed and I think everyone should go there. Even the detailing was amazing. Would def recommend !!!

I had to repair my rear bumper and some adjacent panels, and a friend recommended ICC to me. They had recently renovated and the business looks great. Hank was a pleasure to work with from start to finish, and he provided great service. He was flexible and the quote was also spot on Needless to say, there were no surprises (unless you count good surprises - ended up saving $30 on a quoted part that didnt end up being necessary, but was quoted just in case as it is not visible without taking apart the bumper). I recommend Hank and ICC for sure.

I contacted Ideal Collision to see if they could replace a gas tank cover for me. The service was exemplary to say the least. They ordered my part right away, answered any questions I had, maintained communication throughout and ensured I had quality results. The paint match was spot on and the customer service when I went to get it installed was top notch. I will definitely be using them for further services and you should too!!

The customer service was great from start to finish. I was working to repair my vehicle from 2 separate accidents. Each accident had a different insurance company. Hank assured me things would be taken care of for each Insurance accident and they were. Jay was also very accommodating for me to pick up my car and drop off the rental. The team work there is number one! Communication between services is great too. If I left a message, it got to the person it needed to go to. Phone calls were well received. I had the best experience working with this team! I brought in my 2018 Mercedes to repair damage that was caused by a car hitting me while parked. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and trustworthy. I received consistent communication about my repair work and most importantly was able to see photos of the progress. My vehicle came back brand new. I highly recommend their services and will continue to use them for any bodywork needs.

Working with Admilson and Ideal Collision was so smooth and easy. Admilson took care of everything, talked to my insurance agency and coordinated with the adjuster. He was also so nice and kept me updated every step of the way. He connected me with an affordable place to get it washed and detailed, and after how good my car looked on the outside, it was only right to make the inside look just a nice. This is a shop that clearly values customers, quality and connection, and it’s those 3 things that will have me coming here and no where else time and time again.

It only took them 3 days to get my bumper painted. The manager Admilson handled everything, even when I needed a ride to pick up my car at the shop he took care of it, by dropping it off himself. The little things like that matter the most. He went of out his way to make sure I was satisfied. The paint job was a great.

I was in car accident/rear ended on 2/14 and I came across Ideal Collision Center in Brockton and I’m soooo glad that I did!!! The guys there are friendly, kind, professional and reassured me that I had nothing to worry about! From the very first day, they were helpful in assisting with finding me a car rental close by ( & drove me there). They maintained communication with me throughout the whole process as well! I tell you the service was AWESOME. My car was back to me in a few weeks and my bumper & trunk looks brand new. My car is driving like itself and I REALLY had NOTHING to worry about!
