Be careful going over there. Make sure you ask for the right receipt( the dealer where the parts were bought at) and ask for your old parts. I took my 2015 Subaru WRX for clutch disc replacement I was charged 850 for the parts and another 850 for labor. I end up calling the dealer I found ou that the parts cost 370 plus tax. Don’t go over there find better garage.

As a single parent struggling with school, little source of income and low credit score, I thought I had to struggle in purchasing a car at places like J.D.Buyrider. I went to may car deals in Brockton to only be told that I could only afford a car over 10yrs old with over 170 thousand miles with a purchase price of over $10,000. Me and 2 others have bought cars from Charlie and all 3 cars have either engine or transmission issues. The cars need a bunch of repairs. Charlie is a typical sales guy trying to put money in his pocket not really caring what he sells you. Some lines on engine have electrical tape covering holes.one of the other vehicles is held together by zip ties. I wouldnt recommended buying from his dealership unless you want a pos.1782 main Street Brockton Mass just clarify which pos sold us our cars.

This is the best dealership and people I dealt with throughout my vehicle search!! Frank and Charlie were honest, hard working gentlemen who did not pressure me into buying nor haggled me into buying something I did not want. I contacted them, they answered my questions and said I could come in and look at the vehicle I wanted to look at whenever I wanted. I told them I would be in at a specific time. They had the car running and warmed up and ready for me to drive. Frank handed me the keys and said go take it for a ride! I did and I loved it but told Frank I wanted to sleep on it and call him in the morning. He said OK!!! No scare tactics of it being sold overnight or showing me cars I didnt have interest in! Overall, exceptional experience. Frank and Charlie take care of their customers above-and-beyond whats expected of a used car dealership, and their BBB rating affirms that. They worked after-hours to complete paper work on my purchased vehicle, performed the negotiation in a mutually beneficial manner, and offered a 60 day total-coverage warranty in case theres issues discovered post-test drive. I had an issue with a rattling steering wheel, and they balanced my tires and replaced the problematic tire free of charge. Id recommend anyone with used car needs to consider Millennium, very satisfied.

I sent my wife to this dealer to look at a minivan. I spoke to Charlie TWICE to explain the situation on how my wife was looking for them to buy out her lease and then we would pay cash for the minivan. My wife drove an hour to get there and waited over 45 minutes with our 2 and a half year old. Charlie was with another client which is fine. He finally was ready to speak to my wife and his first words to her were How much of a loss are you willing to take for your lease? Remind you she has been sitting there for 45 minutes with a 2 year old and thats how he approached her. He could have had a 2013 Rogue with 17,000 miles on it for 16,000 and got rid of a minivan that has been sitting on his lot for 300 days with a cash payment. Ignorance at its best. It took my wife 2 hours to get home to drive through Boston again. I was told TWICE they would work something out but being an ignorant jerk upset my wife and he is lucky I wasnt there. Hopefully they will learn from this but who knows. If you cant handle more than one customer maybe hire some help.

My car (BMW) was taken here for an oil change and I will not be returning. First off, they charge $80.00 for a synthetic oil change. Searching prices in the area finds this to be on the higher end. But alright, I knew what the price was going to be and accepted it, so I can not complain about this. When changing my oil the drain plug somehow broke. They told me they do not think they broke it and it is common for the drain plugs to randomly break. They say it may have been broken prior to them even doing any work on it. If the head to the drain plug was broken prior to the service, why was the customer not made aware prior to any work being done?I get the bill and notice that the total for the oil change was $100. Looking closer I see that I was charged $14.00 for the drain plug. I did not agree that I should have been charged for the drain plug because it was not broken when the car was taken to the shop. When asked why I was charged for the drain plug the staff became defensive and rude. Saying that they lost out on 20 inspections because of my car and I am lucky they even changed my oil on a Saturday. Needless to say, I will not be a repeat customer.Now I do not know how they are with other aspects of their business or maintenance on other makes of vehicles. But I would caution you to bring your foreign car to these guys.

So, I bought a minivan in mint condition, after my kids were grown and out on their own. Charlie from Millennium Motors listened to all of my needs and took care of the transportation of my old car to my daughter in Providence, RI using his dealer plates. He gave me excellent service when I had a minor problem and took care of it right away. I now have a campervan and am exploring the bays, mountains, rivers and lakes.... without kids. Whoever said you had to be a soccer mom to own a minivan? Thanks Charlie for helping through the empty nest syndrome with flying colors!

Went there for them to check out a metal on metal noise I was hearing coming from my car, they claim my fender lining is hanging so they had to put it up with a few screws. CHARGED ME $64 just to do a 10 minute job... NEVER WILL I EVER COME BACK HERE & THEY NEVER RESOLVED THE PROBLEM.

Not a good SUV. Transmission went 7 months after i bought it. SUV was in the shop every other day for many problems head lights, oil leaks, tire rot and the salesman said oh there brand new, brakes where bad was told we had to pay more money to have them fixed even though we didnt even take the car of the lot. Was a piece of junk 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. Will never refer anyone here. They do not stand behind there vehicles. They say what they want you to here but not the truth. They will do anything to get you to buy a SUV, i mean anything. If you want a disloyal company go there. If you want a reliable vehicle dont go the cheap way you will end up with junk like i did. Especially woman watch out. They see a woman and they see sucka on our forward but we are not. Dont ever let any take advantage of you because they will at Millennium Motors.

Worst service ever. I came all the way from Boston to pickup a car, even call in the morning before I went to make sure the car is ready to go, but after I travel 2h with public transportation was told the title is not ready yet. I left home at 10:30 and came back homw at 6pm empty-handed... The worst customer service ever!! Avoid at all costs!!!!

Very long and 4-1/2 hours of boredom

For many years we have gone to millenium motors for repairs on our vehicles. They are always very efficient and the price is right. Eli in the garage is very friendly and very fair. One day we saw Mercedes ML350 on their lot and just had to have it. They bent over backwards to make sure that we had a very fair deal and an easy transaction and they made sure that it fell within our budget. I would highly recommend that if you are looking for a car that you go to Millenium, they do not use high pressure sales tactics on you at all. You can look through their lot without being bothered by a pushy salesmen and when you are ready to talk they will be there for you. I love my car that I bought from them and when we need another vehicle Millenium will be the place that we go to again and again.
