What can your say, great place for tools and your hobbies

Some things are very reasonably priced, some things are quite a bit higher than elsewhere. Overall, good selections and bargains.

New beautiful store in Bristol. Plenty of stock and helpful staff. Store is in the former staples and has plenty of parking. Easy in out to route 6.

COULD NOT BELIEVE....I purchased a paint sprayer.... changed my mind on the kind.. went to return 3 hrs later.. and the cashier was going to charge a $6 restock fee...(orig. Cost was only ?29)... When I originally bought it ..3 hrs earlier....I was trying to ask questions and there was no one who knew anything about this item in the store working. I got manager involvement and he waved the fee ...I could not believe this is what they do there . I will not be shopping there again

Decent prices for a lower quality but good for home edition diy projects...

The place is fairly new and clean with ample parking. Found what I wanted and was out of there. One thing I noticed that thier prices are going up on the little things now and the quality is not that great thats why they are pushing the higher end tools. I really go there for consumables knowing they dont last and they always ask if interested in an extended warranty when and if I buy a power tool.

Love the store and the prices my 2 star goes to the employees. I have worked at harbor freight tools and when I worked there if items showed 1-2-3-4 items left in stock and was not on the shelfs we would go and look for the items. Honestly the employees in bristol are extremely lazy!! I went once to get an item and there was nothing on the shelf I asked an employee to check to see if there was any in the back and I was told if its not on the shelf then were sold out I then went on to explain that I have worked at harbor freight tools before and I know how easy it is to just type in the SER 5 numbers to actually check. I gave the numbers to the employee and guess what there was 25 still in stock and all in the back -_- very lazy workers I went again today and guess what same thing items were in the back so dont listen to the employees when they say theyre sold out they really just dont care about looking for the items have them actually go check.

Have shopped this store a couple times. Bought some clamps inexpensively, but quality was poor, but for a few dollars more, I bought better ones. Like the old Sears stores, between Sears brand and Craftsman, quality depends on which tier you desire. Great prices on tarps. Having a local store keeps me from fighting the traffic in Waterbury. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Great prices on tools and incredibly friendly & helpful staff. Beautiful store. Be careful with buying some tools for heavy-duty applications, had issues with some adjustable pliers, but still deserving of 5 stars.

Good deals. Find what you need. I was a bit upset due to having spoken by phone to a woman rep who claimed she put the items I was coming in for aside for me to no one knowing anything in regards to that when I came in.

Great store, so much closer than Berlin. There were a lot of things tagged with special prices. I just wanted to check this place out since it is on the way home. Got 7 or 8 things which will be useful. The last trip to Berlin got about 6 things handy to keep in the car, one was a 12V air pump inflator to top off tires.

Awesome people. Great customer service. Super clean store. The best Harbor Freight I have ever visited. Ill be back

Not a huge home improvement or DIY person but I can definitely appreciate a friendly and professional staff who are knowledgeable about a wide range of subjects including summer/camping furniture and friendly conversations about summertime activities with these purchases.

I have to say of all the hardware stores ive visited, this one is the most organized, friendly & helpful staff, everypne is cheary and doesnt act like the customer is bothering them...like home depot this chick in hardware treated me like i was taking up her time ahe could bw using to do something else. She was unkind. Blonde older lady skinny and u cant miss her she does keys and has a bad attitude.

Ive always like this place. You can find not everything, but some hard to find stuff in here.. Anything for home, for some garden, and definitely mechanic inclined stuff...A lot of coupons available online and even free stuff... Some are not the greatest quality so pick and choose accordingly🤔. Its really for DIYers, for professionals not so much...

Nice place to shop for the weekend warrior, but stock of their special offers is not great. Not sure if it is because of it is a new store or because they are growing so fast. They would have hundreds more of my money with better stock.

Very cheap good quality tools

Very clean store and well lit. Its a bit smaller than other Harbor Freight stores bit I like how close it is and the selection is still good considering the size.

It all depends ds onWhich one you go to the one in Berlin ct wouldnt give you the time of day when I went in with a return. The one in Bristol Connecticut is outstanding they took my return and theyre all friendly and and kind very help ful
