There’s a old guy who has the absolute worst customer service. I was just asking for 2 pairs of shoes and he was just mumbling under his breath. If he doesn’t want to work then retire. Had to ask a short dude with glasses to help me out instead. Didn’t have my size but he was helpful & nice unlike the old guy.

They went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed for my husbands birthday, on time and friendly. Thanks you!

I went to four different sneaker stores today, and the service at this store was by far the most outstanding. At first I was really disappointed that they didnt have a guest bathroom but the sales associate, Selena was so helpful I quickly forgot my disappointment. My son who was shopping for his birthday could not find a sneaker he likes and she was so patient, showing him shoe after shoe and discussing what size to choose in the various brand. I couldnt leave without buying something with the hope that she receives a commission. In the end I also decided to take my son back to shop for one of the new release in the coming weeks. Take you kids here and ask for Selena if you need help, seriously. Lovely lady!

My Eblens experience is always great. I always seem to find a bargain price on things I need. The staff is always accommodating and helpful.

Absolutely terrible.I waited for 15 min to see if anyone would help me out I walked to the front and had to ask for help while the employees were laughing having a good time . Note that there was no one else around needing to be helped

Drove an hour each direction to pick up a pair of Air Jordan 1s in my favorite colors. The store set them aside for me until I got there. Very satisfied.
