I was here for a wedding event and the venue was beautiful, you can tell they spared no expense on making the place absolutely gorgeous! Its also filled with historical statues, Id love to come here someday and experience the actual Linden Place museum! The inside from what I could see looked stunning!!
There history of the owners of Linden Place is interesting. Beautiful building and grounds. The town of Bristol is a fun take as well..
Nice concert last night: tenor Michael DiMucci is blessed with a great voice and a talented personality. A good kick-off to the 2021 season. But it should have been billed as an outdoor event. Although held in the Linden Place barn/auditorium, all the windows were open as well as the huge barn doors. So with a 58-degree outside temperature and 17-knot south gusts roaring through the south-facing barn doors, most of the audience politely shivered. We left early.
Beautifully maintained buildings and gardens. Great wedding venue! Staff and volunteers passionate about the propertys history.
I love Linden Place. A lot of history. Its beautifully decorated inside and out. The events being held, even with strict covid guidelines, are wonderful to attend. Worth a visit and dont forget to shop the bookstore.
A beautiful and incredibly important piece of history. A must visit if youre in the area!

I learned about the history of RI
Awesome local gem all the organizers live my daughter and vice versa
I was here as wedding photographer. Location is very nice. Beautiful for pictures. Two woman were on staff to see the event ran as planned, both ladies we pleasant and professional. Easy to find. Parked adjacent to location i believe it was a school parking lot. Overall excellant venue. I would recommend
Historic home. Provided selfguided information sheets enables one to visit at their own individual pace. Lots of original artifacts. Main hallway was immense with a breeze flowing through both doorways. Spiral staircase was beautiful to look up through. Happy we happened upon this nice museum.
The bowling alley has seen better days. The look isnt the best. However, the value of bowling multiple games is not that bad. If youre looking for a nice place for good fin with friends you should be ok.
Beautiful place!
I had my wedding at Linden Place on June 22 and it was absolutely perfect. I had been planning for a year and a half, and both Susan and Jim, the event coordinators, were extremely helpful. Throughout the year and a half, Susan patiently fielded my countless questions and provided information and guidance. Every time that I visited or called, I felt reassured that Susan and the staff at Linden Place knew exactly what they were doing when it came to wedding planning. They are wedding pros! The day itself was exactly as Id planned and ran smoothly. The grounds are gorgeous, the house is awesome and was available to guests to explore, and the staff was warm and personable. I would recommend Linden Place to anyone as a wedding venue. I loved our wedding day so much! The setting of Linden Place had a big role in making our day so special. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was with Linden Place!
Home closed for renovations. Gift shop open. Found some nice books about Rhode Island.
Very nicely done. Self guided tours with no time pressure.
Attended a wedding here and it was very beautiful. The home is very ornate and well kept.
Beautiful classic facilities. Parking is tough fend for yourself on the street, busy area. Otherwise nice pick
Why would you have your wedding at the home of a slave trader? White people never cease to amaze me in their ignorant bliss. Beautiful home in a beautiful town built by murdering and exploiting human beings.
Easy and accessible art museum. Donations suggested. Light and airy.
Very neat historic mansion which is now a museum.
Very interesting tour of the first and second floors, tour guide did a really good job of explaining the history of the mansion.
Love this historical building and its importance to the town of Bristol
This place, in downtown Bristol (my hometown), is beautiful. It has been restored, and is a must see for tourists.
A major part of the proceeds should go toward scholarships for people of color and to teach the truth about slavery in RI to schoolchildren.Perhaps they could also contribute toward funding for low income families needing clothing and school supplies. I am a DeWolf descendant and denounce these ancestors for the atrocities they committed against fellow human beings. All because of greed...Sickening!
Im here now as the head chef for a wedding its great plus lot of history here
What a beautiful place for my nieces wedding. Service a hospitality was fantastic
