They get right to your assistance and are there when you need them. I had to go to a meeting in the middle of a call with them. I was looking for a book for my complicated reader, Emily. I really needed one that she would love and be interested in, but i had to go to a meeting. But they said, Dont worry we will be right with you when you get back! Just ask to speak with me, Lynn. Oh what nice customer service! Congrats Barnes and noble! Keep it up!

The bookstore is an absolute joke. The service is terrible and the younger employees do not give each customer full respect. They see student customers as disposable and nothing more and dont care how you are treated. Upon asking to simply return a few rented textbooks, I was pointed in 10 different directions. After a long back and forth conversation with three different employees, I was told they cant help me get any of my money back from my texts books, arent buying any of my textbooks back, wont accept one of them because of water damage, meanwhile none of the textbooks were used once throughout the semester. Water damage? More like another poor excuse to shove me out the door. As I left, I had both useless textbooks in hand, and was $250 poorer. Do not rent from these people. If necessary, make sure you understand the hidden CONTRACT you sign upon swiping your card to pay for or deposit for the rented books.

I called to ensure I didnt make a trip there for nothing but I did. The women on the bookstore phone, Michelle, sounded like she was in a rush and couldnt take the time to be thorough so I didnt waste my time. When I finally arrived there to pick up my book, Lynn spent more time talking instead of listening. She was quick to blame me and make excuses rather than try to solve the issue. It is occurances like these that help online shopping succeed and businesses like Barnes and Noble close. Be warned if you use them to get your books!

I ordered books from here for this past semester and one of my books wasnt available until the first day of class and I had an assignment due. They also post which books you need for classes fairly late in the summer, making it more difficult to get them from other sources. I gave it two stars because they sometimes have better prices than other sources, but not always.

A typical college bookstore with a good selection of Roger Williams University branded items, and othe school supplies. Particularly like the materials available for architectural modeling.

They got books, rwu merch, and some essentials for living at school. Not much more to ask for...

Pretty expensive but it can be convenient for architecture students for the basics or just for general school supplies

School store for all your RWU needs. Though calling it a Barnes and Noble is wierd as they only cary ordered books. More of a partnership if you will. Very overpriced as well.

Over Priced. Wireless mouse was $30. Wish they had other schools besides Law School on tshirts/sweaters/mugs/etc. Also no Masters apparel/miscellaneous things.

This bookstore is terrible; the lack of customer service is not something that one would expect from a school of this magnitude. They treat students from their Providence campus like second-class citizens. Every time I have gone there to purchase a textbook it seems as if I are bothering them. I wish I was able to order the books from a different source but I am unable too because I use the VA and it forces me to use the brick and mortar store.

Unorganized, unprofessional, and do not try to call to contact the bookstore because no one will pick up no matter what time you choose to call. Makes big mistakes for such a small bookstore. :) I recommend buying text books from another college bookstore or online to save a lot of trouble & time. :)

The mirror my aunt bought me is a counterfeit. Its really a University of New Jersey mirror as I discovered when the cheap glue let go. I called them to see what they could do and they essentially said take a hike.
