Got a flat tire on a road trip, & they were the only tire shop around 1.5 hour radius that carried the tire I needed! We got there close to closing & they were friendly & got the tire changed quickly! Would definitely recommend !

This Tire Choice location is TOPS. They are friendly, reliable, and very efficient. I called yesterday and was able to make an appointment. Today, I arrived at my scheduled time and my car went right in. (That never happens anywhere in this area despite making appts- usually it’s a good hour or two before anyone takes your car back) I had an alignment, rotation and balance. Took less than an hour. The price was great, the work was great, and now my car is driving smoother than it has in years. You have a customer for life. Thank you so much!

I highly recommend this repair shop based on our experience. I needed my whole rear braking system redone and they were able to get it done in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. Sean and his team is awesome. I went last week to have my ac/ checked.After checking it was determined the evaporator needed to be replaced .The front seats, the dash and steering wheel assembly had to come out to replace evaporator. Everything was perfect after everything went back in.Also for curiosity I check what the local dealer would charge for the same job, True Choice was half of what the dealer would charge. These guys are the best.

I am here from Hayes VA and had a travelers nightmare with one of the tires on the car.. I showed up this morning with no appointment, they immediately did everything needed to replace the broken stud, replace the valve stem, checked the remaining, balanced them and I was on my way for 1/4 of the price I expected it would be. Was quoted a price advised the clerk I didn’t have quite that much to work with and he was able to give me a new customer discount to reduce the price enough for me to afford a new set of 4 tires. They took such good care of me at the Bristol Tire Choice! The wait was not bad at all. Rick kept me informed of each step, and assisted me with every area I needed assisting. He was very kind, and the service fellows did a wonderful job on my vehicle. My third time here, and I plan to be back!

I highly recommend this place! I had an appointment and even though they were short staffed today they still got me in a out quicker than my past experiences with getting oil changes. Not to mention they were super nice which is a breath of fresh air from the past establishments I have tried. I received excellent customer service. The employee at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I had both my kids with me which can be difficult, I was carrying my youngest who is asleep and they even pulled up to the front door, which was a huge help. The mechanic i talked with was also very nice. I felt as if they went above and beyond for me. Price was great!! I give them 5 stars and definitely recommend them!

Most people share their own experience with a store, and I will admit I got great service and the people there treated me like I was the most important person there. However; what really impressed me is that I sat and witnessed and spoke with other customers that felt the same way I did. Came into the Bristol location around 4pm(when they close at 6pm), had some issues with my tires. The customer service I received was over and beyond very helpful and they took the time to walk me through process. They treated me with upmost respect and the end product was same day service with a set of four new tires replaced and out the door before closing time. Hurricane Dorian has posed a HUGE threat for me and my family being far east central Florida. We drove up to Bristol since I’m here once a month or so to visit family and I was a bit worried about my car making it back home. The trip was close to 700 miles each way! The guys here are great. They know what they’re doing and are very professional. They were able to take me as a walk-in and figure out what was wrong with my car within the hour. What was really awesome was they actually showed me what was wrong and I knew they weren’t saying something to just get a higher quote. I just so happen to be driving in the area on my way across the country, so they were a literal life saver. These guys are AWESOME!!!. I had to take my 04 Trailblazer in this morning. To have a new water pump put on. I had tried going to another repair shop earlier in the morning. But they werent able to get to my vehicle. So I drove in unannounced, explained what I believed was wrong. And asked if they would be able to help. This was ruffle 8:30 AM. They said no problem. They would run a pressure test to verify and work up a quote. I already new about how much to expect, because over the years I have had to replace water pumps on other vehicles. With that in mind I new about how long it would take as well about 3-4 hours every time if not a bit more at other repair shops I have used. By 9 AM. They had tested it and I agreed to the quote (they gave me tax savings discount as well) now Im watching TV in their lounge. Thinking Ill walk down the street to get some lunch at 11AM. At 10:45 the manager comes to me, I figured here it comes. Something else is wrong as well right. NO !!! He asks me if I would believe him if he said the mechanic was finished ? I laughed and said no. Still thinking something else is wrong. He said yeah, Im ready to roll !!! I couldnt believe it, I didnt even ask or mention anything about time !! When they started. Ive been driving around all day now everything is running great on my vehicle. These guys are AWESOME !!! Im very impressed and satisfied. I will be back. Thanks guys, you really came through.

Service was excellent. Andrew and Tim went the extra mile to help a gal in distress out. Luckily I had just pulled in for a last minute appointment they made for me when a hose popped as it was pulled into the garage for a fan change. They ordered the extra part and had it here within minutes and started working on the fan ordered for my scheduled visit. My original review was for 1 star for being charged for labor times that exceeded the amount of time that they had the vehicle. The district manager had the manager call me and they agreed to refund me for the over charged labor. They have always treated me with quick and excellent service so this whole experience was disappointing. But they made it right and I appreciate the effort and goodwill.

Andrew and the staff provide exceptional customer service. They have taken care of my vehicle issues flawlessly standing behind their parts and work. Also, they price match Wal-Mart and the service is so much better.

I would give it one star, but these guys have been really good to me in the past. I took my low profile rims up there to have them swap the tires onto a new set of rims. I had called ahead and made sure they could do it. I was going to just wait to have them done. After a few minutes the manager came out and told me that they needed to get more duck heads for the tire machine the next day. He said hed call me later the next day to arrange pickup. At 330 the next day, I called him, he gave me the impression that theyd been working on them all day and they would be done by the end of the day and he would call me back in 20 minutes to arrange pickup. An HOUR LATER, at 430, my wife called him. He told her that he couldnt get the tires off off my old rims. Were meeting him now to retrieve my tires and rims so I can take them to k&k tire . Terrible experience. ITS A TIRE STORE THAT CANT GET TIRES OFF OF A RIM!

If I had not been familiar with the area I would of never ended up there though my google search. I had to search the old stores website to get a number. I never had the new name come up till I typed in the exact name this morning. The review would of been 5 stars but marketing has failed this location!Thank you staff for the friendly service, new tread and alignment.

When the unexpected and inconvenient happened, they were there to help me immediately! I drove over something and within 15 minutes my tire was flat. The guys here were able to diagnose the problem and replace my tire in just 40 minutes!
