Great people and fast / helpful service. Really helped as I needed to drive my Mom to get an x-ray and they added air into my spare to get me to the appointment. when I was done I stopped by and was back on the road with good tires in only a few minutes.

Needed to have a garden tractor tire mounted on a rim. Their machine couldnt handle the small tire, but the tech did suggest a business a few miles up the road that was able to mount the tore.

I had a low tire pressure light on my car and was about to travel quite a distance so I needed to have a quick check and air put in the tires if needed. I am not a customer of Tire MD, but I pulled in and was taken care of immediately, very kindly and no questions asked. I will absolutely return as a paying customer.

They are so awesome here I blew a tire out and they got me one last minute and fixed me up super quick. Also not super pricy. Definitely will return if any more work is needed

Brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to have an exhaust manifold replaced.everybody was friendly and they did an awesome job on my Jeep. And the price was reasonable. I will be using them from now on.

Awesome mechanics, very clean waiting area that doesnt smell or look like its part of a garage. As a woman I am usually very reluctant to go into a garage, but I felt extremely comfortable and welcome there. Good prices and my car was ready on time and fixed right.

Efficient diagnosis, prompt service, professional courtesy, and relatively inexpensive. Zero complaints.

So helpful, I will go back if I need to. Honest and fast service.

Update: I went back to Tire MD for an oil change, and the nice gentleman at the counter apologized to me for my experience. He had seen my Google review, and apologized to me in private. Ive changed my review to 4 stars, because the actions of one employee dont reflect the business or the caliber of their employees in general. Theyre great people who do excellent work.I had a strange experience with these guys yesterday. My original review had them at 5 stars, but I changed my mind.Dropping my car off was fine. The employees were nice. It was quick and easy. I had problems when I came to pick the car up. Then problem is just one of the employees.I came into the shop to pick up my car. The employee (bald with tattoos on his arms) was talking on his personal phone. I stood at the counter waiting to pay for my car for around ten minutes. The employee was dropping f-bombs, calling things pieces of sh**, and generally being disrespectful to me as a customer by not getting off of his personal phone call.Another employee came out and took care of me after around ten minutes. This guy was great.The work done on my car is great, but this one employee was extremely disrespectful. I dont know if Ill go to Tire MD again after this experience. Im not offended by swearing, but the guy refused to serve me while I stood at the counter, just because he wanted to take a personal call. Its inexcusable to take a personal call when a customer needs your help, and even worse when youre cursing on that call.Absolutely ridiculous.

I haven’t even gone to this place yet and already I’m impressed I have a appointment coming up but they were absolutely wonderful on the phone they listened to me explain about my car and then my fiancé’s car they offered to drive around with us to see what was going on with the car . Very professional and helpful ! I moved to Bristol recently and needed to find someone to trust my car with . So far so good !!! 🙂
