Paul deff got the job done! Took my Subaru to rays carstar up the st ( they are garbage BTW) they had my car in and out for months...took to Subaru dealership thinking they wld figure out the cause of the shaking in my car,( which they didnt figure out n charged me for a tune up that did nothing!) I spoke to paul on the phone n he knew right away what is was THRU the PHONE! He checked my car out, explained with detail what was causing the shakiness...Subaru n Rays missed a spark plug that was cracked in three diff areas! He will deff treat u like a person n not brush u off ! He even sent pics to show me!

Paul has been my parents go-to mechanic for years. I took there recommendation when my Jeep needed exhaust work. He had my exhaust patched, O2 sensor replaced, and welded my track bar back on in an afternoon. Extremely reasonable pricing as well. Will come back again.

Ive used BSB multiple times for various tows and Ive always referred them to other locals in the area. Every time I call, and get the service its always a good experience. Needless to say, when I called this morning it was another gentleman on the phone I never spoke with and got an immediate attitude with an instant flat rate of $50 bucks. This was off for two reasons, they have never quoted me without google mapping the exact mileage from the tow location to destination, and Ive paid the same price for an alternative tow with greater mileage. I expressed my concern mentioning the two reasons then I literally get screamed at through the phone $50 is $50 dollars!!! Then hangs up the phone after I told him I’m not being rude to you; you can lower your voice. Ill never use them for a tow, or service again and Ill be sure to pass the word.

Very upset asked to have a car diagnosed (2nd time this happened) and instead of seeing what was wrong with the car and what it would cost to fix it, I get a call the car is fixed you owe XXXXXX come get it. This is wrong, I wanted to know what was wrong and how much to see if I could afford to get the vehicle fixed being it was my sons car... when we brought the car in we asked how much a Diagnosis would be Paul told us it depends, my husband told him we wanted to see what exactly was wrong with it and what it would cost to fix it. Yet we did not get a call saying what was wrong with it or how much to fix, but we got a call it was done and come get it. This is unacceptable especially since this is not the first time this place has done this to us. I need to now bring my car in for repairs and decided to take it elsewhere. And we will no longer bring our vehicles here.
