Ive bought two cars from here and Ive always had a great experience. Attentive service, fair and fast. Theyre always willing to help and always willing to go the extra mile.

Last time coming here for any service. Over the last couple years their service has gone down the drain. I brought my jeep in for a basic oil change, tire rotation and filter change. The picture below shows how my car was left. Glove box on the ground, personal papers including pay stubs scattered on the seat and floor. This place is a complete joke. If you want terrible service, this is the place for you.

In and out fast. I had a free oil change and system check. Felt that they didnt give my car 100%,. Engine light was in and they ignored it. Just wanted to sell me the cabin filter.

I truly like coming to Crowley Nissan because I feel like theyre fairly priced for the work that I get done to my car. This wasnt the best experience on this day because I was told in order to come in for an oil change I had to have an appointment. I literally do what I can to get there when I can and Ive only scheduled one appointment at this particular place. They didnt meet the appointment time but they did take great care of me. Ever since then I come in without an appointment and I have been taking care of theyve treated me like very well. When I was told I could not come back without an appointment it did not sit very well with me. So I went to a different Nissan dealership where walk-ins were welcomed it was more expensive but I could only get there when I can get there.

This service area is the worst. My mother-in-law brought her car in to be serviced here religiously, she went in (for sercvice) with the check engine light on and they told her they couldnt do anything with it at the time and there would be a $130 fee. Its free and 5 minutes tops at any auto part store. Great job treating a loyal customer like garbage. Then she gets the head honcho on the phone and he basically tells her to go pound sand. These guys are crooks, steer clear.

Lowanda was great. No one pushed for a sale like some places do. I almost walked away but they gave a good price and I just came home with a new Rogue Sport . This is my 5th lease with a Nissan.

I took my car into Crowley yesterday for an oil change and asked the technician to please check the battery because I had been having trouble starting it. He assured me that this happens with the multi point inspection like they always do. I have the sticker on my windshield saying the battery is fine. Sure enough this morning I wake up to go to work, my car battery is dead as a door nail. Now Im questioning if they even changed my oil. I wont be coming back.

Just cant get better service. If you need a car this is the place to go. Excellent staff.
