Had my truck repaired by this place paid 2000$ for the fix to get my truck back all scratched to hell they clam they put nothing on my truck to scratch it but left behind the white cleaner all over but wont admit they did the scratches. They buffed my head lights on top but thats normal ware. So save yourself the extra scratches and dont trust this place with your cars. I will never bring a car here to be fixed again.

Took my truck in cause it was hit in the parking lot at work. Since it was there I had them do a few other things. They were great and worked around my travel schedule so I did not need to get a rental. Sent me regular updates and as soon as I got back it was ready just as planned. Looked great, and placed 3rd in a car show that it didnt even get an honorable mention in 2 years ago. I would highly recommend them.

This was the best body shop I have worked with! The communication was great and they took care of everything with the insurance so I didnt have to worry. The work they did was flawless. I was nervous about them using after-market parts because of my car being a mercedes but they bought everything from OEM to ensure it was perfect! When I arrived, there was a tiny scratch left on the hood and when I pointed it out, they apologized and buffed it out immediately. I appreciated that Laura didnt try to act like it was no big deal because it was a small scratch left. My door also had to be painted and it looks flawless! Definitely use this body shop!

I am SUPER PLEASED with the repairs to our Mercedes GL450 as well as appreciate the guidance as to how to maintain the car for the next 90 days. As well as how clean, detailed and organized you they left it.They also, kept me updated with the status if all repairs and gave me an estimate on an additional repair. I believe the estimate to be fair and will return to get additional items repaired by their shop.One final thing was that they actually went to pick me up from Enterprise Rental to keep me from waiting for one of Enterprise drivers.They have a very nice and clean location with professional and knowledgeable staff.

Took in my 2016 BMW 340i and was not happy with the work done on it. Paint and body was fine but didnt put my cooling components back together correctly. Had a coolant leak the day after I got the car, and on top of that they curbed one one my rear wheels.They also didnt bother to clean my engine bay after leaving it uncovered for three weeks. I will not be taking my car back ever again .

The crew in Brighton really cares about the outcome. I picked up my car pretty much at closing time (sorry guys) and noticed an issue with the dome light not turning off. They immediately got in the car to fix it. And even three of the workers who were heading home for the night walked by and then stopped to help figure out what was going on. Mahnke came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. They fixed my daughters car and were sensitive about self pay cost but didn’t compromise quality. Then because they did such a great job on her car they did PDR on my 2019 vehicle and again, did not only do an awesome job but they reduced the cost of the repair by 1/2 of the original quote. Took my Toyota Tundra in with some damage to the rear drivers side door. The Mahnke Auto Body team in Brighton were nothing but professional and came up with a fair quote. After taking my truck I was updated every few days and when they had to do a little extra body work on my truck that would raise the price a little, they called me immediately and made sure I was okay with it. I took my car in for hail damage. The repairs took almost a month and then I got my car - my BRAND NEW CAR - back with burn holes in both front seats, holes in the back seat, and oil/dirt smudged all over my visors. My fiancé talked to them to get the car repaired, but apparently the seats needed to come in from Korea and were taking a while. They did manage to get the seats in and returned my car in better condition then when I gave it.

Great shop. Got me in quick and they were very easy to work with. Their PDR guy took care of a hood full of dents from previous hail damage and he did awesome. Then they also fixed a pretty good sized dent that Was from getting backed into. Ted the general manager walked me through the whole process. Ted plus the other two office people I talked to were very professional when it came to picking the vehicle up. First shop Ive been to in a long time that can actually blend paint and do it right. This is the second second vehicle I have taken to a Mahnke auto body and my vehicles will keep going back they do awesome work.

Customer service is the best here!! Our insurance company recommended Mahnke and I was nervous because I had never heard of them. But WOW the work they did on my car, their communication throughout the process and the customer service was absolutely amazing! If you need a place for auto repair RUN to Mahnke, they are the best!!

They did amazing work on 17 WRX, they had to fix the entire passenger side suspension as well as a new fender and wheel lining, the car was done properly and it feels amazing on the road again, everything was done in a very reasonable time and paint match for the fender was beautiful you cant tell the difference between the rest of the paint, I will be taking the car back to them again if I have any other problems that may occur especially with all the friendly people that are there and how great of work they had done. I do really appreciate the work they had done, and everything they had done for me.

Best Auto Body shop Ive ever been to. Not only did they go above and beyond on the work my car needed, they had it done fast. Having to deal with insurance companies is always stressful but a company that eases your stress is amazing. Communication is important to Mahnke and it shows. I got updated on everything done to my vehicle at each point in process. Everyone you come in contact with at Mahnke greets you with a smile and is there to help. Usually when you have a wonderful shop the staff up front is unpleasant but NOT here. I left with a smile from the staffs caring words, smiles and wonderful work on my car. Will always come back to Mahnke as I trust them which is rare in their line of business.

If I could give no stars, I would. The worst service I have ever experienced. Zero communication, took weeks to repair, as well as ordering and using the wrong parts. Got so angry I had to turn everything over to my husband to handle as I couldnt even speak to them. Cannot believe my insurance recommends this place as a preferred dealer. BTW, months later, my car still isnt right and has pieces hanging off, but I refuse to go back to them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

I can’t even begin to say how disappointed I am in this shop. Please be warned that while they offer a lifetime warranty on their work do you really want to take it in every month when you find something else wrong? My 2015 WRX got damaged in the May hail storm 2017, two years later I still find things wrong with the car. I have taken it back a total of four times for a total of three months I was without a car. They replaced broken parts not with factory parts but the cheapest aftermarket they could find, everything from the clips to the windshield washer nozzles were the cheapest they could find- after being so fed up I spent the extra money order the proper parts myself and replaced what was already broken or missing!! The paint job is horrible and has already been repainted once and still has the orange peel look. Today come to find out the AC no longer works . . . Wonder what they forgot to hook up of it they just didn’t recharge the system. Rattled and shakes everywhere, parts not put back together properly. There is no pride in the work here, so sad. We will discourage anyone we can not to take their vehicles here.

Very pleased with the turnout of my vehicle

I had my pickup damaged by a landscape material dealer and my Jeep damaged by hail. I took both to Mahnke in Brighton. The work was excellent and the staff couldnt have been more professional and pleasant.

I have had some bad luck lately so I bring my car here and Jessa is awesome. She called me with updates so I wasnt wondering about my car. Every one is so nice. I plan to use them again

The whole crew did an awesome job from the first call to the detail job. And the detailing on the car was amazing.

This company is who insurance reccomended to repair our vehicle after an accident. My jeep has been in three times and finally it came down to the last visit. Well this visit they had to take my jeep to car toys for a new radio. Now they have reached out to us saying the repair is done but our vehicle doesnt run. Funny how I got it there( and dont have another vehicle to drive), and this issue was not annotated the two visits prior. Now I have to have it towed and it needs to be gone today.

Nothing negative to write about this location in Brighton. They were helpful and got the repairs done. When I walked in to drop off my car after a bad day and in not too great of a mood, the staff was exceptional in dealing with my being snitty. Cudos to them for making my experience with them so positive and shame on me for being so moody.

Update:I would like to take a moment to update my review. I did bring my vehicle back in and Sean, the General Manager/CEO, walked my vehicle with me and took note of the areas that needed addressed and fixed. He did hold true to his word and helped me out with a rental car. During the time that my vehicle was there, Sean was consistent with his communication to me and very thorough and detailed in explaining to me the processes that were taking place and the steps that still needed to be done. In my opinion Sean went above and beyond, going as far as to drive to the dealership I bought my Expedition from, test driving similar models and comparing components of the trim and sunroof, to ensure my vehicle was restored back to the brand new vehicle I had just purchased! Sam the owner, even came out and met with Sean to go over my vehicle and brainstorm how they could get everything back to perfect. Sean and Megara; the Marketing Manager; personally delivered my vehicle to Parker and went over the exterior that they had buffed and polished out any scratches, to the interior, while addressing in detail all the areas that they had fixed and how they fixed it. They really took the time to be sure everything was right and I was satisfied. It is unfortunate I was put into this situation and was truly unhappy, BUT... I appreciate them stepping up and making things right. I am 100% a believer that this is an amazing business and appreciate Sean and his staff! I am glad, I gave them the chance to fix things, they far exceeded my expectations! Thank you!!!Brought my brand new 2018 Ford Expedition Limited with less than 1000 miles in for a cracked Panorama Sunroof repair on 6/5 and just was able to pick it up today...2 weeks later. When I got there, I looked over the exterior and found several scratches on the before flawless black paint. After reviewing there pre drop off pictures, they determined that it was damaged at their shop. I waited with my two small children for an hour for them to buff out the scratches. On my way home, the wind noise was so loud my 6 year old daughter was complaining. When I finally got home to re-detail the poorly detailed interior by them, I discovered several trim pieces that were warped and pulling away from the roof lining, pieces that were not tucked back properly to the roof lining, grouches in pieces they had removed and the window/door rubber lining pulling away from the body. In tears and in shock, I called their office. I waited on hold for over 8 minutes to never have anyone get back on the line. I called back and spoke with Shawn who asked that pictures be emailed to them of the damage. I awaited a call back which never happened. So I called back again. I was instructed to bring in back to their shop tomorrow and they would look over my vehicle and determine what needs to be done. They have offered to give me a rental incase there are parts they need to order. I will be bringing it back tomorrow, but hesitant on wanting to leave it with them again. Will it take another 2 weeks? Will it be even more damaged? This shop was recommended as they are a Ford certified shop. I currently have a BRAND new vehicle that is in worse shape than it was when I brought it in for repair! I highly recommend you find another shop and don’t use them for your vehicle repair!

Recomend never ever ever bring your car here all talk and no show .they tell you what you want to hear and make promises that they cant KEEP brought my new 2015 altima well new back then.its been about 3 or 4 months since it was done and i tell you what I wish I had have never taking it there they didnt finish painting it inside the gas tank was not even painted.they told me I would get a new bumber and they never did that they scratched the car where they were repairing it .still never called me back for the weather guard that they split with a razor on the drivers side when I picked up the car they didnt go over it right thats where the not painted gas tank cames in and had me wait there for an hour with my three kids just POOR BUSINESS ALL THE WAY AROUND .THEY DO WORK FOR ALL STATE WELL POOR WORK FOR ALL STATE GIVING THEM A BAD NAME AS WELL.I TALKED TO THE MANAGER AKA OWNER SHE DROPPED THE BALL AS WELL NEVER NEVER NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED TRUST ME ........

Terrible! DO NOT USE WASTE OF TIME! These people are a joke!I got in a accident and had the vehicle in to them 2 days after the accident for a estimate, everything was great. They said they would call me back in a week once parts are in since they already sent everything into the insurance company and it was approved. Two weeks latter I called them left a message, and noone called me back I called 3 more times no return call i talked to the manager still nothing. So i called my insurance company and they said they never recieved anything from them. So im now over a month since the accident and i still do not have a vehicle.

Didnt honor their own estimate(nearly a 50% increase in price) and had to go back 3 times to fix the same small issues.

My car sat in their shop for days before anyone even looked at it. I’m now stuck with $150 bill from the rental car company. They didn’t even finish the body work. There is a panel that is still bent and gapping.
