I bought my first new car about 5 months ago, it had less than 1,000 miles on it when my wife backed it out of our garage and tore off the front bumper. So we filed an at-fault claim with Progressive Auto, which they made very easy, and they helped me set things up with Caliber Collision.However, when I called Caliber only minimal information was sent over, which wasnt a big deal, I filled in the blanks fairly easily. One of the things I liked about going through insurance was that the work was guaranteed for the lifetime of the vehicle, the body work anyway. I dropped my car off at this location on a Monday morning, and it was done by that Friday evening.When I got the car back they had detailed it inside and out, it was cleaner than when I got it from the Dealership! I was very pleased with how easy the repairs were considering how not-easy it was to wrap my head around this kind of accident to my new car.

Involved in a car accident within walking distance to Caliber. Aaron was very helpful and walked back with me to make sure my car was drive-able, then drove it back to the shop and immediately started working on it, super nice. For the next month (extensive damage), Tyler (also super nice) called every Friday to update me, full transparency, a step above. They were also very easy to work with in conjunction with my insurance. I received my car in pristine condition and was given the relief that if anything sounded or felt off, to contact them no problem. If I need any other work done, this is the place to go.

Went in to get a quick estimate on some minimal damage to the back end of my car. They said they didn’t have anyone to do it. You are a collision company and you don’t have anyone in that can take 10 mins to look at the back of a car? Especially during the day on a Monday? I was told no one could help me until October. The interaction took maybe 15 seconds, and I was quickly told no and dismissed. Luckily, I already had an estimate from a local body shop in Thornton that had no issues taking minimal time to quote me.

I needed to come to caliber for my front end to be repaired after a metal object hit my car on the highway. Jackie was the most professional, kind person. She kept me up to date with what was happening. I did pay with this through insurance. I only had to pay them my deductible and there was no extra random things that came up. My car is beautiful and you would never know it had damage. They were amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Other places wanted 2weeks to get it into look at what it needed (passenger wheel completely destroyed and suspension torn up so not driveable). They got it in quickly and at least got parts ordered. They did an excellent job of repairing the suspension and the minor body work it needed. Thanks Tyler.

This Caliber location gets an 11/10!! Tyler especially is a gem. He was so communicative, and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of quickly and efficiently. The job done on my door (after a dent and paint chip) was perfect, and I got my car back in just two days. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

This place is excellent. I was able to return to my normal routine in a timely manner. The customer service was great and everyone was friendly. Would definitely recommend that others go here for body repair.

Location is amazing. They have a setup with the rental car company to pick you up and drop off. Jacki was super informative and kept in constant contact. When we dropped of the car she let us know the progress of the repair. Sure answered when we called and even called back one time we missed her. When she was out Cassidy kept up with us. The repair went amazing. The work shows. I couldnt be more pleased. Thank you very much. Eric polished it up and ensured it was clean and sparkly. There was a spot of poly from the window and they made 0 fuss about cleaning it up before we took the car. Eric talked to us and ensured everything was satisfactory before we drove away. Cassidy checked us out and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was polite and frank. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Sarah was INCREDIBLE at keeping me informed about the progress of my car and went above and beyond to get it back to me when I needed it. The quality or the work was also exceptional.

I was unhappy because my car was broken, and taking a vehicle in to get it repaired, is not a happy time. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find my car dealership and my insurance company suggesting the same company, and that company had a facility near my home. I was able to get an appointment at a time that worked for me. I expected a long wait to have the estimate and paperwork started, but they got to me quickly and developed an easy to read estimate for cost and an estimate for how long the repair would take. I expected the costs to climb once they got into the repairs and I expected to be without a car for one or two weeks. The repair had no extra costs and the repair was done quickly. I got it back within the same week. Sarah Hemphill was professional and answered my questions. The rest of the staff did an excellent job, including helping me get a rental. The entire team there did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations, and now my car is not broken! I had been concerned about how I would do several errands with the rental, but now I can do those errands using my car! While I wish I had not needed to use their services, I am very appreciative that they were there and did such a fine job of getting my car repaired.

My husband was rear ended in our 2017 Ram 2500. I went to caliber and was immediately put at ease. They explained exactly what needed to happen and said they were going to take care of us. They worked directly with our insurance and even helped switch to the other guys insurance when they finally admitted fault. Although in the end our truck ended up being totalled. Excellent experience!!! I took my van into the Brighton shop for some cosmetic work. The manager walked me thru all of my options for repair vs keeping money for next vehicle. I appreciated the extra step of pricing a rental vehicle to include in my decision. I will definitely be using them in the future and will send all my friends and family to this business.

First Sarah said it wouldnt take that long to get my car fixed, then she said it would probably take a week or two at the most. I received an email saying We are nearing completion. About an hour later Sarah called and said the back panel is giving them issues and my estimated completion date has to be pushed out. IF I get my car back on the new estimated date it would have taken them A MONTH to fix a damn panel. I have another car that needs to get fixed and I will be looking to take it elsewhere.

Previously this year I had some issues with an Abra location. The Manager for all of the Abra/ Caliber locations in our area stepped up and has been amazing to work with. No matter the size of the issue I was taken care of by Karen and her team of professionals. Lengthy review! I personally had a terrible experience here. I had to get my rear bumper repaired. Once they took it apart, they let me know that there was some deeper damages which would take longer. My car was in the shop for a whole month. (The repair itself looks fine from what I can tell, looks just like when I got it.) About 3 1/2 weeks longer than promised. Also I was told the car was ready to be picked up and when I arrived eager to drive home in my car, they realized they didn’t have the check from the insurance. So even though the repairs were complete and I had already payed them my portion (deposit)I left without a car that day and still had to wait a week after that to get my car back. When they realized they didnt have the check from the insurance they made it seem like it was my fault. I was never asked if the check had a lien holder or anything else about the check. I knew that they had been in contact with the insurance so I assumed they would ask them about payment. Also when I picked up the car, they let me know that it was completely out of gas, and had been (I quote) “running on fumes” for the past few days. She literally said that! I never let my car go under a quarter tank because I’ve always been told how bad it is for the car. They did apologize for the way things went for me because I was obviously very frustrated. Not how I thought my first repair ever would go.

My wife and I hit a raccoon on the interstate and had some body damage. The nice people at Caliber got our car in working order so we could fix it at home (Omaha, NE). No charge! I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you!!
