Shopping experience is a negative. Good sale price brings this to a 3 star. I understand difficult staffing, not an experience I enjoyed.

I love Best Buy! When I was a kid, my father take me over there all the time. I really like the way they have electronic and stuff at that place. Best Buy is one of my favorite store to go to!
The customer service was amazing! I brought my laptop in because it was not charging. I hoped I just needed a charger but wanted to make sure it wasnt a problem with the computer. An associate selected a cord only and tried it with my charger and computer and discovered that was all that was needed. I am so glad they went the extra mile so I didnt have to buy a charger I didnt need.
Dont fall for The geek squad warranty I purchased a phone for $2,080 the phone failed after a few months took it in to Best Buy geek squad for repair they couldnt repair it or replace it so the refunded me the purchase price supposedly $2080 on an in-store gift card and then I purchased an open box phone the same day for 1270 well what they did was the store manager did a in-store exchange instead of a direct refund and letting me purchase the phone separately and stole $850 and refuses to give it back. The day this happened I was on the phone in store to Best Buy corporate and they told the store manager that he could not do a direct exchange that he had to refund me the full amount and allow me to purchase the phone separately which is exactly what he said to corporate and me that he was doing and then lied and only give me the 1270 on the gift card which was the exact amount that it cost to purchase the open box phone and pocketed the rest of the money. I have six phone calls and over 12 hours on hold. They basically keep telling me checks in the mail
Helpful staff, clean well organized store. Doesnt take long to find an a salesperson to get a product or answer a question. Online pick up is easy as well just give about an hour in advance to pull the order.
Purchased an entire house of electronics and appliances just for them to continously become dysfunctional within 6 months. Customer service has not been helpful and we had to purchase appliances elsewhere just for our family to have the necessities. No compensation just excuses. After spending several thousands of dollars we are beyond displeased with our interactions at Best Buy.

Very, very, very helpful employees. Probably the best service I’ve received at a store since pre-covid. I believe his name was Jason.. he helped me find what I needed and even jumped on a register to check me out instead of sending me to the end of the check out line at the other counter. Top notch service at this Best Buy store.
I want to recognize Chris for his Amazing customer service during my visit today at your location! I came to your store on a mission for two Square POS Stands and two compatible iPads. Chris was doing an INCREDIBLE job multi-tasking the Customer Service desk and greeting customers while adhering to all of the added COVID protocols when checking customers in. He made me feel extremely important when he offered to help me himself on the sales floor including grabbing stock from the back, looking various products up and then checking me out once I had everything I needed. I am beyond happy and grateful for my store experience with Chris today-Thank you so much for your kindness and candor!!!

Dont bother coming here for any repair services. I went there (because Best Buy has taken away the ability for stores to get phone calls, even from other stores) and was rejected. The $11/monthly warranty for my phone to have instore repairs is worthless. They will just mail it back to Samsung and I will be without one for a while. They also offered to let me buy another phone lol. Since they couldnt call another store for me to find out I had to go to Chesterfield. After that I had to drive to South County. Best Buy is totally broken and their leadership should be replaced. They used to be a great company. I cant imagine them being successful with the current systemically broken business model.

Very busy, but the staff is quite efficient. Went to return an item for my sister and expected a long drawn out process. Was in and out in about 10 minutes. No hassle or fuss. I only wishy the had a location closer in to the city.

Wife needed to return an item that she purchased online. Nothing wrong with the product, just wasnt what she was looking for in this poticulor item. Just want to say it was nice to see the cashier cleaning and disinfecting the counter after waiting on each customer. Also on how easy it was to make the return. Good service.

Best Buy has really gone downhill. We approached the computer Department to just browse computers. From about 20 feet away a sales representative started hollering at us and waving their hand and telling us to come to them at the table because it was a tax-free holiday event. It was not crowded and the department was not roped off. I kept looking around and the representative kept looking at me that was at the table I finally told them Im fine and Im just looking around. They seemed frustrated because I wouldnt go to the table to hear about all their special offers. Eventually, as I continue to look through the department, a representative actually spoke with me and asked if I was looking for anything particular because I was looking around for a while. I decided to talk to him and tell him what Im specifically I was looking for. After a quick discussion with him he pulled out his phone to show me what laptops they had online due to their limited inventory in the store. I am not going to hold this against the store due to lots of changes that have occurred because of pandemic and availability of electronics. However, what I will hold against the sales representative is he didnt try to understand what I was going to use my device for or any qualifying questions that I was traditionally trained at when I worked at Best Buy. He then showed me a laptop that was available on their website and says it might be in store. I asked him then if it was available to view. They were and showed me a couple other laptops. The representative made a comment about how its better to have a laptop plugged into an ethernet cable rather than having Wireless. I told him I respectfully disagreed as long as you have a good wireless router. I recommend it if he was having issues at his house to use Ubiquiti UniFi. They then started to ask me what internet provider I had and I explained it I had Charter but I do not use their DNS server I use cloudflare. The representative just kind of looked at me I think because they did not understand what I was talking about. From the odd stare I told the sales representative I would think about it. I asked the representative for their name they paused again as if I asked them a completely crazy question. They were not wearing a name badge . They were hesitant but then they gave me their name and I said okay (name of sales reps) Im going to think about it and if I decide to purchase it I will come and ask for you. They walked away without confirming anything as if I wasted their time. I used to work at Best Buy for many years the exact store that I went to. I never treated a customer the way I was treated today. It was all about service and finding an end-to-end solution for the customer. Today I felt like they could care less if I was there and they would be happier if I wasnt. As a result I did not purchase from them I went online and purchase from another competitor.
I ordered a phone for in-store pickup and I called asking if I needed to make a appointment and I had to wait 10 minutes both times and they hung up 3 seconds after picking up the phone.
Store is no longer organized. Staffing is lacking. Merchandising is a little scarce.Had tried calling instead of going but can no longer talk with anyone at a store.Very disappointing. Service not there for the customer.
I purchased a 70 TV. Polite check out, fast and curtious delivery. Id give 5 stars but the check out line was way too long!

I went in today (2/1/21, during COVID) looking for a wireless gaming mouse for my husband. The store clearly had it marked that masks were to be worn and that was great to see right off the bat! They also had a dozen or so curbside pick up spots marked in the parking lot! Once inside, there was a signed section for carts that had been sanitized. The store was extremely clean and organized! There was also a table with a couple associates who were letting people know that they were free to browse, but if they wanted help from an associate there was a sign up process. I chose to browse on my own, but I thought the organization was a good idea! The cashiers were both friendly! Overall, a great experience! The ONE downside I would speak about is the signage in general. It would be nice to see a bit bigger/more clearly marked sections within aisles!

I came to the store to buy a cellphone and for the first time a best buy employee did not rush me. He took out the time to check to see if my go phone could be ordered which was a very cheap phone. He explained to me the difference from the expense phone to the not so expensive phone. His name is Jordan and after he explained everything to me I got a better phone because he told me the difference. He never frowned while helping me or pushed me to someone else. After he was threw helping me. I went to restroom and I saw that he was given another customer a man the same good customer service he gave me in the car stereo section. So if you are over 50 and want good customer service please ask for Jordan he will give you good customer service too !
Chris is a total rockstar. Almost every time we visit hes there to help us find what we need.The store is fairly stocked but there are some places where stock is dwindling.
I cant rate their work but so far... I called made appt for the estimator to come out. July 1st. they came and I have not heard anything since. Ive called twice could not get through to a human. so it was a sign for me to call another company 🤔 as far as their actual work I cant rate that.
These big box stores have gone down hill. Looking for a car stereo and they had a few but they were pricey. Pretty much nothing when it comes to installation kits or accessories. Tons of employees standing around yet not a soul bothered to help. Just order online.
I dont go in here often, but I have twice in the past month and the cashiering definitely needs work. I understood the first time before Xmas, it was busy with online orders, but the cashier was extremely rude. Today I was in a backed up line and 3 of the 4 cashiers just walked off and disappeared. People behind me were looking around like what is going on. Hopefully itll get better after the holiday season but yikes, this location definitely needs some training.

I called to make sure that I could handle actual smart watches In the store to help with my buying decision and they verified that I could. Went to the store and it is not possible. Salesman new next to nothing about smart watches. A wasted trip. you can buy a smartwatch there as long as you know what you want and dont have any questions. You can buy a smartwatch anywhere under those conditions.

Dont go to Best Buy if your want expert advice. On multiple occasions Ive received false information from staff there.For example, I inquired about getting an Android Auto head unit installed on my 2002 Honda Odyssey, and was told it would be impossible to put in a working USB connection to the back of the unit; that I could only look at models with a USB port built in to the front of the head unit. This is false. I went to Crutchfield and bought a unit that had USB ports in the back, and installed it myself, along with a working pair of USB ports I wired to a connector in the front.Bottom line is Best Buy is a place where you should do all your own research before coming in.

I like shopping at best buy especially for cell phone products and service. But I didnt like that geek squad told me they could change my computer battery and had me schedule an appointment and come into the store just to tell me to send it off and have it repaired.

Good service. Very misleading on product. Display says one price associate said it was the price of display. Go to pay for it and it was $100 more. When he was asked he said he didnt say that. Go get a different item. So everything below the displays are wrong. This item was a row over on a floor display. Not right!

This store is great. Clean in and out as well as the restroom. They had a good selection but was low or out of several items usually always in stock. As always I found the associates friendly and one I asked for additional information on an item (that I purchased there) was patient and knew the product I purchased. The parking lot is ok.
The young man who helped us was wonderful. He told us exactly how to work the antenna for the smart tv. Also let us know we had 14 days to return it if we couldnt get it to work for us....

They need to have a better system for their curbside pickup. I received a notification that my order was ready. I pulled up and checked in. Waited for about 20 minutes. Several people checked in after me and received their items before I did. We finally asked an employee why others were receiving their order before ours, when we clearly checked in before them. Employee response was there was no order to the check ins, they just pull stuff randomly. She offered to check the status of my order. She returned 5 minutes later and said the merchandise still had to be pulled from stock. Why send me an email telling me my order was ready, when it clearly wasnt? There was another lady there who had been waiting 2.5 hours. Completely unorganized and unprofessional.
