Great guys run this place. Mike is fair, friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service is good, but I must say, if you dont speak up you can find yourself standing there for a while before getting acknowledged. As am introvert, I find myself in that predicament often here! But once you have Mikes attention, hes good at giving you the details of whats going on. Took my car to manufacturer and they quoted me an insurmountable bill to fix a number if things. Mike did it for a fraction of the cost. I appreciate it bc Im not rich, to put it bluntly, and hes done a great job of keeping me on the road in my high mileage car. id highly recommend them!

First things first: the hospitality is second to none. The espresso is outstanding and I was able to get my alternator serviced extremely quickly. The wait is minimal, the service exceptional. Mike and the guys work hard, and treat their customers with the utmost respect

They graciously let me bring my Subaru in with less than an hours notice and had me on my way (with new brake pads) two hours later. Mike showed me the pads on the lift and explained how many miles I had left on the front/rear based on the wear. Pricing was great and I was treated honestly. Great place to go.

I LOVE Central Brake! They were recommended by a friend and Ive been going there for years now. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Mike runs an Old-Style garage where its not fancy, but the mechanics are experienced and know what theyre doing. Again, nothing fancy, but thats not why youre there is it? OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Mike and his mechanics are the best around. Theyre truthful about what you need done to your car, theyre reasonable with their pricing, and they get it done in a reasonable amount of time. The trip to Bridgeport is always worth it if you want a great mechanic.

Mike is the man. This shop is honest and knowledgeable. I drive 35 miles to these guys while bypassing 4 shops in my area.

My son went here to get the alternator changed on our Chevy Truck. Normally the cost for the alternator for the truck is around $110.00 and it is a 15-30 minute job. They charged him $460.00 and put a re- manufactured alternator in. The job should have only cost $150.00 -$200.00 at the most. The alternator went bad the next week and my at 12:00 midnight we had to get the truck towed for $80.00. Called thecompany and they would not cover anything. Told us that the alternatoris under warranty. We dropped the alternator off and it has been 2 months and we have never even received they alternator back to date. We replace it with anew one by ourselves and the truck has been running fine eversince. So a $150.00 repair coast us $560.00 > I will never go back to thisgarage again.

This is the worse shop ever ver unprofessional and they price based on customer i had my father call and ask price to change rear brake pads and was told 75 on phone and when igor there hey saw me and said that was a mistake it will cost 110 and then didnt have the reight tools to change the pads on my bmw big mistake think twice the shop looks like a junk yard tools are all over never again

I had to have some wheel studs replaced because the threading on the lugnuts was messed up. They had to order studs while I was there but even with that I was in and out in a lil over an hr, everyone there was extremely nice and friendly and VERY good price. Would definitely recommend and will definitely go back if I need more work done in the future.
