So this has been going on for a while now in the 7/11 in 193 Calebs Path, Central Islip NY 11722, so im not sure the employes status but hes been rejecting the 7/11 rewards program for more then a year. He doesnt say it with words, he literally skip the screen when you want to redeem your reward and when you mention it, He says oh its to late, and the thing is me and another guy put it to the test and every time, we put the number, and he purposely skips our redemption for a reward. and of course the famous same answer. Just like Facebook, it sounds like its profit over people. You can try it yourself right now, and theyll do the same. I already let corporation know, it really isnt fair for your customers that receive points from the products they purchase in your stores, this has been bothering me. #WhistleBlower

Theres a hot and iced latte machine here so big points for that and it makes a decent latte with foam. Lose points for the food - do not eat the hot n old food - I cant stress that enough. If it aint prewrapped, skip it. The food on the rollers are high mileage with toll receipts. As long as you follow this advice, youll be fine

Just like every other 7-Eleven

After working inside this store doing construction for multiple days I was actually refused by management to be able to use the microwave to heat my lunch up. I laughed as I almost could not believe it. The people who own this store are scumbags. And in the future I will not be doing quality work here 🖕🏼

I mean if you seen one youve seen em all but this one has a gas station which is a perk and McDonalds next door too.

Employees are really friendly. Especially, Haroon. I couldn’t find my favorite chips, sour cream and onion and he walked with me to show me where it was. He didn’t have to do that, he could have just given me directions. But, he went out of his way. I will be coming to this store a lot more. Just because of how friendly the staff is, it makes a big different. This 7-11 is better than most 7-11

Manager Is rude and doesn’t offer any kind of help in store I assume because I was interrupting his phone call, and worst of all foods like fruits,salads,sandwiches and god knows what else we’re expired I brought it to the managers attention and instead he was rude and PROCEEDED TO SELL THEM. DISGUSTING! Don’t get anything here I’m sure you’ll get sick plus mistreated all while spending your money here

Its not safe. Beggars are crazy here. I almost got shot because someone was aggressively begging me. I lost $21 just to avoid taking a bullet. I was pretty much robbed at gunpoint.Not only was this person aggressively begging me for all of the money in my wallet, he was also begging to use my cell phone to make a call, and also begging me to give him a ride in my car, like seriously, dude? Why in the world would I let a complete and total stranger whos holding me at gunpoint inside of my car?While the employees are cool here, Im legitimately scared to come here at times because I feel like someone is going to attack me. I had to tell one of the employees that this lunatic was pretty much holding me hostage and he had to call the police (if this guy had seen me try to go for my phone, I probably wouldnt be here writing this review right now). Once the police arrived, this guy took off running and I had to explain to the police what had happened.The next morning, I was told that he had been confronted at his house by the store manager and was told that he had been banned from the store and was not allowed to set foot on their property.Im glad that the employees actually went out of their way to help, but who knows what other freaks are out there wanting to attack you.The fact that the employees here are cool is whats saving this review from being a 1-star, because in the end, its really not their fault and theyre doing the best that they can.

Nice new store

The food is always old and dried up. Certain items are higher priced than the other 711 stores. I purchased a small pack of Cracker Barrel cheese only to find the expiration date read July and it was late August. Finally I went in today and couldnt use my rewards or redeem my rewards.
