My daughter was able to find some nice clothes for her next semester at school. Very pleased with the service, the salespersons were very helpful. Lots of deep discounts and found what we needed quickly. Very pleased

I placed a cursive pickup and I am having a terrible experience. 1. I was lead on to believe that I could pick up the item the same day I placed it, that is not the case I guess. 2. They do not answer the phone. I could not notify the store when I was there. 3. I was charged multiple separate transactions for a single pair of jeans. Over all I paid a total of $340 for a single pair of jeans & I couldn’t even pick them up.

I was surprized that they only had 5 bathing suits to choose from in June and not a very exciting selection, line was long and slow moving, I left without purchasing anything.

I wish I can give a 0 star review to this store. Really rude staff, they forgot to take the security tag on one of the clothes I bought, and offered no comfort at all over the phone! Horrible experience!

Extremely friendly workers plus Amazing clothes

-Black Friday 2012 Review-Buy one, get one 50% off deal at PacSuns Brea. The best deal here was the buy one, get one free on jeans...not bad! The wait wasnt horrendous and the service was swift among all the chaos! The manager looked like he was pulling the whip out to get the clerks going that morning. I felt a little bad for some of the clerks because I can see them stressing out from the manager barking down the orders.All the clerks were working hard with the floor clerks trying to get the crowd going and excited for Black Friday. The cashiers were also working hard and trying to get the customers going with their items...the only thing was that they tried to rushed it so much that they had to redo my purchased items. The sale wasnt automatically overwriting, so they had to refund and redo my purchases in order to get my discount. They also had two clerks stationed by the cashiers to take out the security tags to move the line even faster, good job PacSun!Overall, the clothing here is casual, but the quality in fabric is here. I never shopped at PacSun before, but Im loving their Natallie brand that they are carrying. Till next Black Friday!!!
