Its very spacious and well stocked with lots of items and merchandises on sale. I really like that they carry brand name products at discounted prices. Its a good place to shop for your everyday needs.

Employees were helpful. Found what I wanted at a decent price. Lots on sale. Only problem was not enough employees, but they had hiring signs out. Same problem lots of businesses have. When the government makes it more profitable to have people not work, lots of potential employees take advantage of that and refuse work.

David Martinez on the Home and Matress department today was amazing. Not only was he courteous and well informed but we made a large purchase today. We told ourselves that we were going to mattress shop this week. Today was our first day checking them out and we bought our mattress within the first hour because David was just that good. Nearly $6k, but he made it painless. He has management written all over him.

Clean but had a hard time enough find just a belt. When I finally found the mens belts there was only a few choices as the rack was not filled with with merchandise. The few items there were the worst choices possible. Could not find anyone to help. The check out line was four (4) deep. The checker was so as a turtle.

Returned item since it didnt fit. Seamless return policy.

The gentleman named John at the customer service desk was very helpful finding my product online and ordered that product in. Very patient and got the job done. Thank you

Great burgers but they cheaped up the side salad with a tiny portion.

JCPenny may not be as trendy as some of the other major department stores, but they sell most of the same brand names for less. The general store vibe can feel a bit dated (minus the one star), but always a good place to get Levis or Dockers at a good price.

I usually find some great items at JCPenney. I find the selection and prices, especially during sales, very good and when you can hit the clearance racks you can often find some great bargains!

The deal is good you save a lot of money especially if you receive a coupon from them, but the problem other cashier are not nice and they dont know how to smile and talk to the customer nicely. Customer service for me is poor.

The Clearance is AMAZING right now. Its been some time since Ive been here, buy am totally regretting it now. The clearance Rocks, you need to set an hour or two aside and get to JCPenney before its all gone!!!

The employees were friendly and greeted me as I walked in. I didnt find exactly what I was looking for, but I found something comparable that I ended up purchasing. The merchandise was messy and the clearance section looked like a tornado had touched down right in the center of it, but the helpfulness of the employees is why Im giving it a 4 star review. Victoria helped me at the register and she was very friendly and went out of her way to help me. She was understanding when I decided not to purchase something she had already scanned, and she didnt get annoyed with my indecisiveness. I will definitely be going back.

Fantastic, no waiting. Our photographer, Daisy, was phenomenal. Great poses, backgrounds and cute props. Our pastexperiences at the local Picture People were never this good. I was thrilled with her patience and flexibility.

Came for the clearance sale but if you really wanna find something chances are someone already took all the good items but if your willing to spend a hour or two rummaging through clothes then head here. Lol

An easy shopping experience with merchandise pleasingly laid out and organized. Several sales in clothing were in progress on this visit. The staff was helpful and friendly, but were only manning the cashiers and none were available for help on the floor. I was able to have a cashier quickly measure and confirm my neck size for shirts before I bought. I was thankful they had a tape measure and were knowledgeable about sizing. Overall it was a positive experience.

This is my go to JC Penney store as it is also the closest to my house. the underground parking is difficult to get a spot especially in the holidays but other than that you can park anywhere else and find it easy from the mall. they always have great prices here and this locations team members are more helpful than others

Has definitely gone downhill. Great selection of clothing and swimwear. Not a great selection of shoes. Sale prices are not impressive. Always look online for a coupon. The cashier told me there were no in store coupons as I found one on my phone in 10 seconds and used it successfully.

We found very cute back to school clothes for my teen, and everything was on sale. Score! The associates were very sweet, especially Autumn. And my sons shoes came in early, exactly as ordered.

Classic anchor store at the Brea Mall. Great selection of clothes for the entire family and furnishings for the home. The store is fairly large and has some great staff.

This particular location has a great mens department but I feel that their boys department is very small and lacks selection. The store overall is pretty clean and the associates are helpful when you can find one.

I made an appointment and had no wait on. Wednesday evening. I just had a few business headshots done and the lady was wonderful! I went at 5:30pm and was done in about 15 mins. If you go at 6pm though, expect the deep cleaning person to be there shortly. They do a deep cleaning of their waiting room and studio every Wednesday night. So, if you have kids, Thursday morning will be the cleanest!

Had a bad experience getting glasses. I have been back 7 times and they still dont fit correctly. I even went to the manager. She could not be bothered. She told me you cant do anything with the plastic frames. Very disappointing. After spending so much money.
