Grateful for a great shoe experience with Elizabeth after a not so good one at Snails pace. She listened, was patient, brought out shoes for my style and I walked out with a great pair of walking shoes. I feel like I didn’t waste my time. Yay.

The employees were helpful and had good communication when it came to the shoes. As soon as we went to pay, my father spoke to her in Spanish and the cashier didn’t understand him and simply walked away until another employee looked at her in a confused way she just waved her hand in a rude and dismissive way. He was kind enough to help us. The woman did not have to walk away, I spoke English and was about to translate but she just walked away. she could’ve handled the situation in a better way and it made us feel uncomfortable. Like wassgood.

Huge store lots of options to choose from.

After trying a few other dept stores looking for a specific style of Nikes as a gift, someone recommended I come here. Fortunately I googled the conversion of Nike youth sizes to womens because the staff wasnt helpful enough to mention that when I asked if they had any other options. I was pointed to a section of only a couple colors of the shoe I needed and none were even close to the right color. Right as I was leaving though, I noticed the youth shoes in the color I needed and solved my own problem.

Called on 7/29/19 @ 2:38 pm ...phone kept ringing.. finally it was picked up and no answer or sales representative on the phone..I called back and busy tone..I ended up walking in the store and realized some female cashier at the counter. And still has not acknowledge a phone call?? No service, is bad service..NO SALE!!!!

Let’s start by saying I love this mall. And continue to my experience w Champs. I love Champs. Under the same company as Footlocker but they carry different styles. Some of the styles Champs carries are very exclusive to Champs meaning you can’t find them with other retailers such as finish line, shoe palace, or even foot locker. I have two champs way closer to home but my experience with the customer service at this particular location takes the gold medal. Called over the phone and they were great. Got a response from Kim. I needed a shoe I had seen online . I had even called corporate asking for this shoe and was told the shoe was not available anywhere. Particular shoe was an NMD I saw for an unbeatable price online. I called the specific store and bamb they had it. Kim said she could set it aside for me if I went today which I drove 1 hour after work to make sure I got it. Once there I did get another pair as well. Not nearly at the great price but the service really incentivized me to buy. Kim was there and remember exactly the shoe I had called for. Which was great! Other employees there looked as if they were having a good time working there. Respectful and with knowledge about shoes which makes me feel comfortable about my buy. Def check them out!!!!
