I brought my boyfriends watch here the CSR was very helpful not at all pushy about making a sale even though it’s their job and possibly their quota speaking from experience in a retail store. I love how he helped us in anything we needed. I love how he informed us about the warranty and the rewards program. I really appreciate the fact they did the fitting without any fuss on how tedious it is. I will definitely come back to this store even though there is a closer one to my house. Every Michael Kors store out there follow this store’s examples on how to provide exceptional customer service.

I don’t normally write these but I feel compelled! I love MK and have been a long time customer, this was my first time at the Brea Location, and my experience exceeded my expectations...by a lot! I had the pleasure of working with Kaylynn at that location, I think she is the store manager? I was only in there to take a look around since I had never been to that store and I was just killing time waiting for my appointment at Apple...Kaylynn was so knowledgeable and so kind and spent so much time with me. I ended up purchasing a sophisticated olive and white crossbody for an event that I have coming up that I honestly wasn’t even going to get a new bag for. She gave me honest feedback about what would look the best with my jumpsuit that I was going to wear. I was showing her pictures of things I owned and she took the time to style my whole look! From the jumpsuit to the shoes to the watch, the earrings ALL of IT!! I would never expect someone to take the time to do this when I wasn’t buying all of the outfit there. Kaylynn is a real asset to this company and I will always be coming back to shop with her! Thank you for having people like this in your stores, it is a real breath of fresh air.

Extremely bad customer service that they are rejecting my returns for change mind for bulk quantities. What does this mean? Only 3! When I bought those 3 bags, why didn’t they tell me that’s too many to buy them! Ridiculous! Never buy from MK store again!
