Another favorite clothing place for me. Their selection has always elevated my style. Ive always wondered who curates their selection because Urban always has a very unique style. This is usually one of my first stops. And the staff are all well dressed and nice.

I only go to UO for the records and today (7/15/21) they had excellent selections! The person working the register was also so nice! Will come back again.

Katie and Davina were AWESOME!I can in to find an item as a Christmas gift. Only 14 left but could not be ordered online. These two ladies jumped on a phone and made it happen. Great to see customer service is still alive and well at UO’s Brea!!Will definitely shop here again !

Yes I order a pair of Vans leopard slip-on shoes for my sister and it doesnt seem to fit her foot I ordered online can I take it to Brea to exchange it for a different size thank youGod bless

My four year daughter loved it. Quinn actually started singing and did a bit of a jig at one point🤣 like mother like daughter🌵💮💮 Thank God My Mama always said I would be blessed with a little girl that would always keep me on my toes.

My online order shows still in KY since December 10th i will be requesting a full refund on shipping costs since another email said my item should have arrived already

Always great fashion at the brea location.

Came in store to pick up a few items. first off, when I called in to put those items on hold, the girl on the line said the items were all sold out. I walked in and within five minutes, found those items. Secondly, I asked for a send sale for a cardigan from Sherman Oaks since it was sold out online and in store everywhere else. Neither the sales associate nor manager knew how to do the send sale; they saw that the item was in stock online. I was extremely skeptical since I had just called customer service. They pressured me into just purchasing the item online. Just received item today: it came in the wrong color.Moral of the story: next time, customer asks you to execute a transaction, do it or admit you dont know. Dont waste their time. Also, just go to fashion island.

Small store with typical stuck up hipster employees. Not a very big selection as far as what they sell. Id rather go to the one in Old Town Pasadena or Burbank.

Great customer service! As soon as you walk in you get lost in all the merchandise all of the items that the hop up in the front of the register its a very very planned out store definitely organized and aesthetically pleasing....

Not 1 person said hello or acknowledged my daughter and I, when we entered the store. Several associates just hanging around doing absolutely nothing? What a waste of bodies in the store, people standing around getting paid not to greet or help others, Even taking selfies!!!!! While the cashiers were working overtime helping and answering questions and directing customers to items in the store! They should be paid double $$ needless to say I will not take my daughter back in to this store ever!

Website is very misleading when they say they have things in stock, you call, speak to someone who instead checks onsite inventory, goes to the same website Im using and tells me to come in. Go in, get told by ANOTHER young lady that the item Im looking for is NOT in stock and then sends me off on my merry way with an Im sorry we wasted your time half booty apology.
