Always good customer service, the employees are super friendly and very knowledgeable.Only negative would be is that I dont feel that US cellular as a company does enough for their existing customers. All the promotions are for new customers.

Very professional, friendly and personable! Mark answered all of my questions and helped while having a smile. Only reason I give 4 and not 5 is the lack of selection for cases and screen protectors.

Ive been coming to this US Cellular store for over ten years and have always found them to be helpful and friendly. I also appreciate that they always check my account to make sure Im not paying extra for unneeded services.

I was disappointed and angry to see insurance added to my account without my knowledge when I bought an iPhone recently. Id chalk it up to a mistake... but I know these things arent done by accident.

The staff was very friendly when my husband i bought our pre-plan phones from them. We only had a few issues and with their help the were resolved. Next month will be one yr so we get to upgrade our phones. Thank you guys and gals at U S CELLULAR!!!
