Austin, or as I’ve dubbed him, Awesome, (Chuck fans)was the perfect representative. He’s brand new, as of this year, to representing this carrier. You wouldn’t know it unless you asked( like I did) the question.Austin was patient, kind, asked about my needs as a consumer, and genuinely seemed to care about my experience.I appreciate his dedication and enthusiasm, as well as his overall warmth.I know that I can call him at the store and speak to a real human, and he will do everything in his power to take care of my needs. What more can you ask for? AT&T you’ve found yourselves a real gem. We went to the AT&T store in Brattleboro, Vermont. We needed to get phones and plans for the family. The floor associate Austin was pleasant and eager to help us. As soon as we entered the store we were promptly greeted by Austin. We mentioned wanting phones and a family plan for our needs and they made us a priority until we left with phones and plans from them. It was an overall pleasant experience and I would recommend AT&T to anyone that asks me because of the personable customer service that was provided by the associates at the location.
Staff are amazing and on point, they know there stuff. Unfortunately I feel as if they’d benefit from a few more staff members as sometimes the wait times were of the extended variety, though that has nothing to do with the service you receive.
I was going to go with Verizon, as I have used their prepaid service for many years but Im so glad I went with a friends recommendation to contact Natalie. Her and her team were so very helpful and accommodating. They helped me beyond what I was expecting, I could never have applied that liquid screen protector myself! and thats just one example. I went into this appointment with a lot of anxiety over the whole process but instead ended up enjoying my time there. Natalie took time to best meet my budget and needs & yet again exceeded my expectations. Im really happy to have gone through this store.Updated: Yet again this store has stayed open passed their hours to assist me. I came into the store 3 minutes before they closed but Kobe made us feel like we were doing him a favor by coming in. I needed a phone to hold me over until my phone comes back from repairs and he seemed pleased to go over options and even set my sim card up after I insisted I could do it myself to spare his time. Im still really glad I use this store.

I’m not technically savvy at all . Raquel talked me through everything I needed to help my transition from IPhone 6 to IPhone 12. I can’t give enough praise to her. She was the only rep there and there were 2 more customers after me and the phone kept ringing too! She took care of all my issues and answered the phone calmly and professionally!I love the iphone 12 and I hope someone recognizes Raquel’s hard work and fine qualities.
Worked with Adam last night to get new phone lines. It was fantastic!! The staff did a great job making us feel welcomed and even went above and beyond to keep my very active two year old busy. The store was clean and organized and every one was wearing masks correctly!! Super impressed, would 100% recommend.

After having difficulties upgrading two devices online I headed to the closest store.Raquel was awesome. She was able to upgrade our devices and answer my questions. Both Raquel and Jordon are very competent in the product and great customer service.
Things I look for in a retail business. Professional, friendly, Cleanliness, and knowledgeable on what the business it.I have gone to Adam 3 times now and I must say he and his store exceed all of the things listed above.I went to other AT&Ts around and the only one I will go to is the one in Brattleboro. If you have any concerns or questions about a device, or you want to upgrade I would strongly suggest Adams store. You will get the care you need and you will walk out the store happy that your issue has been resolved or you now know how to resolve it.
Adam was great. I am a technophobe. He sold me the iPhone I wanted, transferred data from my android phone, and downloaded all the things I wanted on the phone. He was the only one working. Other people came in, and he was welcoming, but they man should have some help. The space was set up for covid. Adam answered all my questions. All good.
Raquel went above and beyond to solve my daughters phone issues. She was a fantastic rep for ATT, friendly, capable, and calm under pressure. The store is lucky to have her.

Darren Zavorotny (the Brattleboro ATT store manager) is an outstanding asset to ATT. After being given the run around with ATT techs on problems in transferring my service from Google FI to ATT, Darren kept researching the issue until he discovered the solution. Hes 100% responsible for ATT keeping my business account. He certainly deserves a promotion and a raise!
I went in to get my phone repaired, the lady who helped me kindly informed me that they werent a repair shop and didnt have the equipment to fix phones, but they were super helpful with upgrading my plan and in the end I upgraded to a better phone so I didnt need to make a second trip! 10/10 will go there for all my plan and upgrade needs!
Personalized Customer assistance, very knowledgeable,congenial, good at explaining things, help with account management, they know their stuff, they take the extra time to help each person, that may mean you have to wait a while but it’s so worth not being treated like you’re just another customer on the assembly line. They are Not a corporate store, better in many respects. Natalie is awesome, others there great as well. Convenient location, open later then most brattleboro area businesses. Very highly Recomended

This is not a full size AT&T store so they have some limitations when it comes to certain administrative measures. My account still have the wrong name on it. I have to go to a full management store to get that changed. Beside that, the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about their products and is always eager to service you even if it means no direct business for them. Today they fixed my phone. It has been working so-and-so the last few weeks. The guy who helped me had an instant solution for my and could leave the store as a happy customer.
I have good experiences the 4 times I needed some help with cellular service and products.
I received unbelievably professional and kind service from Carlos and Natalie. There was a very unexpected glitch on my account and it was handled beautifully. They even turned up the ac for me! The staff was very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions that I had. I was immediately greeted by the manager upon entering the store and had a sales associate assisting me shortly after. They helped me get all my photos and contacts into my new phone in no time. Very pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to go back or recommend their store to anyone.

Lousy customer service. Neither of the 2 guys assisting acknowledged several customers as they walked in while they spent an inordinate amount of time with their current customers. One gentleman was waiting for over an hour. One assistant was working with one group for almost 2 hours I overheard and I walked out after 45 min not being helped nor acknowledged.
Associate said she couldnt just sell me a new phone to replace my broken one and that I had to reset my account to get a new one. She said they didnt have my Samsung Galaxy replacement phone in stock. So she offered me a generic one that was more expensive and half the memory. I walked out...
Need more staff - and better building. Being a former Garage building, it does havoc on wifi and cell reception. The people that are there are really friendly and know what they are doing for a small little store.
Service was GREAT! They helped me get a new phone, and with the promotion they had going on at the time, I was able to trade in my old phone for accessories! Directv was also a great thing I got through them. By pairing my account with the tv service, I was able to get a discount. The only thing I regret, is not waiting for the new phones to come out in the spring. Live and learn!

They Never answer the phone so you have to go in each time. They screwed up my new plan with 10x the amount of data that I requested and its been a month now and its still not fixed.
I go to At&t on Putney Rd often. I am a new a newbie when it comes to the advancing in phone and tablets. I am always treated with respect and they have no problem helping me with certain issues i cant figure out. The atmosphere is always upbeat and welcoming. Amanda and Natalie have been a huge help teaching me all the options on my phone. I have advanced to a phone purchased from the At&t store and not only are they polite and willing to help me but never do i feel silly because of some of my issues i have ran into. I have watched all the employees at the store interact with other customers and its always pleasant. I havent yet walked in there thinking what a pain nor was made to feel nothing but welcomed. They have guided me through my learning process with a positive attitude being i dont puchase something every visit. There extremely knowledgeable and without there help i would still be using a flip phone. No where else would you get the excellent customer service after an initial purchase. I cant say enough about the store and how i have advanced and learned from them all. I love At&t and the service my products receive. I would recommend any employee. They have all helped me with many different issues and i always walk out feeling satified and thats how customer service should be.
