Went to stop and go for a tire check and new tires. The Staff were super friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and were flexible with me dropping off my car. They did a great job getting the new tires and the price was awesome. Highly highly recommend stop and go for any of your vehicle needs.

Quick, easy, they will try to upsell u on filters(use your judgement, an air filter is ~$10 retail and u need 0 tools to put it in so...) but thats the business. They had a girl working too so, always thrilled to support an equal opportunity employer.

Okay place for oil changes, used to go here anytime I needed one but after having a couple bad experiences with them I have changed where I get work done on my vehicles. One particular issue was them not being able to diagnose a problem with my vehicle and having me buy 5 different parts for the vehicle before realizing the issue was what I had thought it to be in the beginning. They forgot to put an oil plug on one time and the newer manager has been rude multiple times over the phone making me just not want to bring my business there anymore. The old crew was GREAT!!

Used to avoid this place like the plague because of some negative experiences I had in the past.Went for an oil change and inspection and the crew was extremely friendly and not pushy at all like my previous experiences.I wasn’t able to pass inspection but they saved me the money because they did a courtesy inspection instead of hooking the tablet up and failing me right away. I have been to this business to get oil changes before, and the service is always fast. Meaning that I rarely have to wait in line long!During these tough times of COVID, people who havent been to this facility should note that you do not have to leave the comfort of your vehicle. You just drive in when summoned, and into the bay you go, where they have the submerged change areas. So no waiting in a room with other customers.The staff is always friendly, and professional. They work together as a team. Always nice to see that there are women techs there too!!I am all about Customer Service and they are very good in those regards.

Over $80 for an synthetic oil change? When I can go to any mechanic,have the same work done..WHEN my car cools down So it doesnt mess my car up in any way, for $38? Yeah...Ill pass! This place use to be so much better..

What a lifesaver this place was! We stopped in without an appointment, during a very hectic time (the Colvin-19 pandemic), and they took care of us.We ended up having two flat tires that needed repair on our car rental. Chris, our technician took GREAT care of us. He handled the situation safely and carefully. This is a wonderful place. Simply terrific people who are really professional. Stop and go well guess it depends on who u are bc took my vehicle there they took my money failed my vehicle got a 2nd opinion at another shop the guy looked at everything and gave us the sticker no problems so no I would not recommend them and want ever go back

We have relied on Stop & Go for oil changes for years. They have also always been helpful with numerous other issues that seem to have arisen out of the blue. While we have always been pleased with the service, the speed with which things are done, and their willingness to accommodate our schedules, an experience last week put them in even higher esteem, if that is possible. We had had new tires installed at our local car dealer, the price of which included alignment. Because of a frozen rear toe on one wheel, we were presented with an estimate of $700+ to correct the issue, by replacing the frozen part. Thinking that a second opinion was in order, we called Stop & Go and presented the issue to Danielle. She got us in the next day and put Robbie on the job, who got the frozen piece to move and completed the alignment. Boom! $75 was charged for this minor miracle, and all with a smile and Glad we could help you. Thats the way you get repeat customers, and well be happy to support them well in to the future. Depending on whos service your vehicle. Some times they go thru and check brakes lights horn, etc sometimes not. Today they did not. Had a 5 minute wait to get into the bay(not bad), then in and out with a synthetic oil change for $96 in about 10 minutes

I got charged for 1.5 hrs of service to get my front breaks done when my car was only in the shop for literally 30 mins! When I asked why I was told cause that is what we quoted you at. That’s pathetic and next time I will go elsewhere

Inspection they removed old sticker never cleaned off old glue and put a new sticker on It would gave been nice to have cleaned the area first

This is one of my favorite places to go for service. The former owner ran one tight ship! The pride and ownership was displayed by every employee. Always happy to bring any of my vehicles to the guys at Stop & Go. You can tell its a tightly run ship. The guys are always communicating with each other. They perform all of my regular maintenance and mechanical repairs. They also inspect my cars, and are very thorough. I went in today for state inspection and had no wait. Friendly, thorough, and affordable. Props to Robby for making the inspection process painless.

Never a wait. Best service! I mean they are mechanic guys so I dont expect charismatic guys in tuxes but that are super relaxed and knowledgeable! Also awesome prices ! 45 for a oil change and a blinker bulb.

AMAZING service! I showed up right before close with a headlight out, and they fixed it for me in 10 minutes flat! Super friendly, really sweet guys working here- whoever magically made my headlight work is my personal hero. Ill be coming here with all my car issues from now on!

Being a busy, working guy who travels a lot during the week, I needed a place that was open on the weekends to do my yearly inspection. I was glad to see they had very convenient weekend hours and were fully staffed to get me in and out quickly. I was also forgot to bring my temporary registration which I had in an email/PDF on my phone. The owner Matt was super cool. He let me print it out at no extra charge, so the guy doing my inspection had everything he needed to pop that new sticker on my windshield. Ill definitely be back, God-willing, whenever I need an inspection, oil change or whatever. I also really like their website.

Fyi, on 50/50 calls, they may lean on the side of caution, but in doing so point out some important areas to pay attention to for maintenance. Polite and professional, when you leave here with an inspection sticker you can count on your car being in good shape.

Top notch customer service. Quick and efficient. These guys know how to retain business. Been getting regular oil changes here for a few years. Never though to give them a review till I had this experience. Brought car in after it stalled at a red light the day before. They took it right in on a Friday morning; diagnosed and repaired the problem as best they could with the parts on hand (got the car through the weekend) in a couple hours. There was a part they needed to order to complete the job. Came back on Tuesday they finished the job and didnt charge me for the labor on the 2nd day. I was so appreciative I figured id give them a shout out.

It used to be a good place, a turnover in employees has taken it off my list of good business. I have spent thousands on my vehicles there in the past 5 years, Im sorry I did not quit or get fired! Im the customer remember!!!!! My car needs plenty of work and my money and I will be going elsewhere!

I have been going here for about 3 years now. Currently traveling around the United States I always make sure I stop, get my car checked up on and oil changed before I head out. Making trips 1,500+ miles stop and go has always steered me in the right direction.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away. Here is a list of parts prices versus what they charged - Wheel bearing - $250 (actual part price - $128) Exhuast Y pipe - $145 (actual price - $93) Walker muffler - $195 (actual part price - $125) Keep in mind they actually pay less for these parts than the prices I listed due to the shop discount. I told my mother again and again not to go here due to their terrible reputation of cracking oil pans, leaving oil caps off, and other forms of incompetence, however she had them do work anyway. After charging her another $46 for a $28 brake hose they failed to even put it on correctly and she lost brakes completely while driving! I hope she takes them to court over this, these people are not qualified to be working on vehicles and for everyones safety this place should be shut down.

Went there about 7 months ago to inspect my husbands truck and was told the front struts was shot and was fail. Took the truck to Ford for the fix, there was nothing wrong with the truck anywhere!. Requested a refund from Stop & Go and never received one. Will never go back!

Stop and go was very friendly and informative. They also provided great service and advice for what I should do next to fix my junk car. I worked with the manager todd and a new staff member damian as well as one whose name I did not catch. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Friendly service but inspecting things that dont need to be inspected. Failed because exhausted was held together with clamps and not welded which means minor soot stains near clamps. Tried to tell me my truck smelled of gas and was loud. Tech that was under the truck tried to identify my catilitic converters as resonators. Very disappointed but not surprised. In ten years this is the first and only out of multiple garages to have failed an my truck for silt. Too bad they dont know how to identify exhaust parts. No up sale success here!

They dont know what they are talking about and make up fake jobs on vehicles that do not need to be fixed to make a profit. Scammers. One worker Robbie tried hitting on me and getting my phone number which my boyfriend did not like at all. Workers know nothing and smoke inside while working which is disgusting. I recommend you all get your work done at Brattleboro Tire or Gordon Hickey who are trustworthy people unlike this place. They wouldnt think twice on ripping you off!!

Very unsatisfactory service today. I paid $41 dollars for an inspection. I was informed that my vehicle failed its inspection. When I did not schedule an appointment to have my repairs done at Stop and Go, I was told that it would cost me another $50 to have my car inspected again. I will never visit this business again!

After Walmart changed our oil and didnt put the new filter on we lost all our oil, so NEVER went back, and thank God, cuz we found Stop & Go! Fast, resoectful, and wont cost your arm and leg!
