This merchant does not comply with its promises on their website and or with their television commercials. They clearly state in both these media that there will be a full refund if not completely satisfied and on their frequent TV ads they promise a no risk guarantee. Neither of these is true. At my first visit after 1 week, I provided a detailed list to the person selling the hearing aids about the problems I was having, but he insisted that it was my fault. According to him, he could make adjustments and that I must be willing to keep trying. On my second visit on the 2nd week,his adjustments only resulted in more problems and my total dissatisfaction. I insisted that I was not happy and wished to return them. I experienced quite a bit of push back and pressure. To me he was acting more than like salesman and not someone who was interested in providing me with good service. He reluctantly agreed to accept them.I had deposited $500 and they only agreed to refund $300.This was not satisfactory to me based on their claims & it has taken 2 months of haggling, writing letters, contacting Better Business Bureau & complaints to the FTC as well as many phone calls. All these organizations were provided copies of their claims and advised of the days and times of the various commercials I had seen on TV. I believe their claims on their website and TV are misleading and unfair to gullible consumers like me who are on a very limited income. I write this review so that others will be aware of this situation and should be prepared.

My hearing-world changed upon getting my ITE 3.0 Genesis on Wednesday 06Nov19. I had told myself, over the years, that aids to my hearing would: 1)not work, 2)make me look goofy, 3)vanity (still), 4)too expensive, and, 5)are they worth it?!For those pondering the same/similar concerns, two words: STOP IT! I now wonder WHY it took so long to correct my hearing loss, from US Naval Aviation, loud GTE/Verizon work conditions/surroundings, and last, but NOT lease, tinnitus.Yes, these cost more than the run of the mill hearing enhancers, the $49-$200 variety, BUT, oh, the difference these make.....from trusting and purchasing from a professional establishment which makes their own devices, not farmed out to and trusting in an x. y, or z company....Miracle-Ear stands by their work-PERIOD.Get off of the proverbial fence, and be blessed with the hearing youve been missing and had forgotten existed!Thank you Mike and Doris at my Brandon Miracle-Ear location!

I am a 65 year old guy who never thought I would wear hearing aids. Finally I was all but forced to face my malady . I went to Miracle Ear in Brandon, Fl. because they offer a free hearing test. Well, Mike made the process so professional and easy to understand. It seemed that there were certain tones and voice patterns that I simply could not hear. My family was tired of repeating themselves and now I understood why. I always thought that they would be big, and changing batteries every week would be a pain. When I decided to purchase these very small devices I opted to buy the rechargeable aids that we virtually invisible and it made such a difference in conversations in crowded rooms that I couldn’t believe it. This was the best thing I’ve done for myself in years. Also, do yourself a favor and purchase the small box to plug into your tv that will not affect the volume for anyone but me. I watched Hamilton the other day and I was blown away because I heard every word. TV was always a problem for me. The best part is they can be completely controlled with my iPhone . Volume, connect to TV, and more. If your on the edge about getting hearing aids the least you should do is have Mike give you a very compressive hearing exam. I haven’t had one since grade school and man did they change lol. I’m beyond excited with them and wish I would have done it a long time ago . I highly recommend Mike and Miracle Ear.

The doctor himself is the most sincere and caring doctor I have ever met regarding hearing aids. They actually took the time to demonstrate the hearing aids, I couldnt believe the difference it made. Even outside, I could hear the noise but could also hear Mike 75 feet down the sidewalk asking me questions. This is the epitome of the proof is in the pudding and we are just tickled to have this crew taking care of us for life
