Audibel has given me the best experience in my life. I have been to Costco and Sams club and I can personally say that Audibel was by far the better choice in hearing aids. I was price shopping and looking for the cheapest thing around, which the grocery store seemed to have. When I was not hearing with those hearing aids, my wife demanded I go to Audibel, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint. I was reluctant but decided to try the hearing aids anyways. My wife is happy because I can finally hear her. She said I was saying what to her for the past 15 years and now I do not say it anymore. These hearing aids have given me my life back, and my wife back. I would highly, highly recommend Audibel.

I am extremely pleased with this office, but Audibel in general. I got hearing aids from them about 2 years ago now and they have been nothing but great and an improvement for my life. Before these hearing aids, I didnt think I had a problem. My wife wanted to divorce me because I never heard her but I wrote that off. Now I understand. I can hear water running, the birds chirping, and my blinker in my car and I am still to this day amazed by these tiny things. I would recommend Audibel to anyone. The thing that I wanted when finding a hearing aid was customer service where I was going to buy them from. I definitely get that from Scott and Emily. I Gave Audibel 5Stars, to me its a perfect 10. The last hearing aid I had was from the V.A. and it was free because Im a disabled American Veteran. When I tried Audibel on 45 day trial basis I felt my ability to hear was reborn. It was the best buy I ever made in 83 years.

We bought a Virtue 12 hearing aid about 4 years ago at this establishment. The hearing aid has just now died. We brought it in to be looked at and they said they could send it away for about $600 to be repaired. Brand new this hearing aid was about $2400 and described as the best thing out there because it could be updated by computer to fit future needs. They tried to sell us the newest one on the market. We asked if this was normal for a digital hearing aid to give out every four or five years. They said yes. Previous visits to this establishment for ordinary maintenance and tune-ups always resulted in them wanting to sell upgraded equipment when there was not anything wrong with the one we had. This place has gone downhill since Jim Reed left. He was very helpful and caring. He tried to work with the equipment you had purchased to make it most efficient. I guess as of late that wasnt making Audibel the bucks. Not going back. Looking elsewhere for hearing needs.

I went to have my hearing tested. Have always been a loud person. Come to find out that my hearing is not the best. So, had the adventure of getting hearing aids and have been impressed with the people at Audibel. They made it not so painful. I recommend them. The people at Audible in Brandon were very knowledgeable and caring.

Let me start off by saying i have been hard of hearing for awhile now and i just didnt want to come to terms with it, My daughter made the appointment for me and im sure glad she did. The specialist Scott is so knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable about my loss and that i was getting fit with the best technology. My Mom was very angry with me for making the appointment, but Lewis Smith, HAS was very understanding and patience with her and explained everything in great detail, she became comfortable and started to answer his questions and participated in the exam. Mr. Smith went into great detail to explain the results of her hearing test and the type of device she would need. Mr. Smith showed the two of us how to clean, change batteries, change filter at bottom of device and how to insert the hearing aid in her ears. Mr. Smith also delivered excellent care upon our return follow up visit.

The audio staff did an incredible job of testing and selection of hearing aids.

Ive tried many other brands of hearing aids over the last 30 years and Audibel is by far the best Ive ever had. Im understanding speech clearly now and hearing the birds chirp for the first time in years. Thank you Scott at Audibel Brandon!!!!

Scott Smith was so professional as my mother and i were very new to the process and she was extremely nervous.... By the time we were finished it was such a pleasure and we couldnt be more grateful for the experience. Shes living a life that for so long was silent and we thought unimaginable... I highly recomend Audibel Hearing in Sun City, FL to anyone needing hearing aids. I had the most thorough hearing exam Ive ever been given. I have been wearing hearing aids for 10 years and my new hearing aids are truly amazing. The new new technolgy and being able to control your hearing aids from your iPhone is really cool. We went to several loud dinners at restaurants and family gatherings right after I got my new hearing aids and I heard conversations that I havent heard in many years. My family told me I was hearing people talking better than they could hear them. My new hearing ability is amazing. Mike LeGrange is very knowledgeable and takes his time to explain everything that is available today. Hearings aids are expensive, and you want to make sure you can trust where you purchase them. I could not have been more pleased with my experience and would recommend this company.

First the patient care co-ordinator (Emily) is so organized and friendly. Even when a cstomer was short with her she responded politely amd with class.Dr. Scott took time to answet my may questions.He was very thorough, but he also took his time. We never felt rushed. I would definitely recommend this audiologist and this particular location.

Should haved done it a long time ago/ for years suffered the pain of asking to repeat words or hear music hear TV without putting volume higher than normal; best decision ever made Dr. Smith and staff Ms Emilly just fantastic. Very Very professional thank you very much DM.

Way o ver priced. Use trickory and lies to get you to buy. Dont make them. A company named starkey does and they sell them alot cheaper. But for the best deal around see Anrhony at Costco hearing center. Great product. Great service at about one forth the price
