Fantastic group of people. Focused on my needs and followed through with results. Been a long time since Ive been able to hear. Now my hearing isnt an issue.

Dimitry measured my hearing loss and patiently explained my options. I told him I was exploring my options with the VA and he informed me that was a very good option. I feel and believe he was looking after my best interest and not trying to sell me a hearing aid. I strongly recommend seeing Hear USA for hearing issues.

They went out of their way, above and beyond job descriptions to be helpful. Pleasant and kind, knowledgeable people to work with who are not out to make a sale but to educate you and advise you on your best options.

The Audiologist, Benjamin really takes his time with you on every visit. I had an insurance issue and the lady who runs the appointments and reception desk went out of her way to resolve it.The entire staff is excellent. Hearing properly for the first time in decades is wonderful. The follow up is outstanding. Id give them 10 stars if I could! Thank you guys!
