Good help with what you need. Has lots of stuff. Need lights at propane tank so you can get some close to dark during winter time before they close.

I used to live in Clinton and would frequent the Ace store there. Always received exceptional customer service there from the moment I walked in the store. Moved to Rankin County and went to the local Ace store for some paint. Spent about 20 minutes in the store and NOT ONE person greeted me or asked if I needed help. And I really did need help too. Decided to just leave and drive all the way to the Clinton store. I don’t want to give up on Ace altogether but won’t go to this one again.

I have not been to this store location before and do not plan to do so again. One associate did try to help me but was not very well versed on the products they carry in the store. I went to this store instead of larger retail store hoping for better service and was disappointed.

The store closes at 6 PM. I pulled in at 5:58 to run in and grab a propane tank to finish a job. Door was already locked and lights were off. There was an employee inside who saw me at the door, but no attempt at customer service was made. Wouldnt recommend going unless its 30 minutes before theyre posted closed sign because they dont honor that. 10/10 would NOT reccomend.

They help you look for what you need! They ALL care, every single employee in the Spillway location, that you get what youre looking for or need. If you ask a question and the super nice employee helping you doesnt know the answer they ASK their coworkers if THEY know! Unlike the bigger hardware stores, this Ace location is very quick to help! I wasnt in there two minutes before two employees approached and made sure I was well taken care of...and all I needed was some keys copied. The perpetual construction on spillway makes it a bit difficult to get to but its well worth it. Their prices are competitive as well. And dont let the small store front fool you, like The Doctors T.A.R.D.I.S. its MUCH bigger on the inside.

Local products and friendly staff make my Ace trips easy, enjoyable, and quick. They may not have as much variety as the big stores, but the quality and service are definitely a plus.

Hometown store.. Expect them to be awaiting your entrance, where someone will greet you and offer you one on one attention and help if help is required.

They are always so helpful. I called the store because I accidentally threw out my receipt from a few weeks ago and needed a copy of my receipt; the manager quickly pulled it up, printed it out and had it waiting for me when I arrived. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service.

Fast and Friendly service. Walk in the door and you are greeted by a knowledgeable customer service representative. Tell them what you need and they will escort you to the item. Not sure about something, they can steer you in the right direction. This Revell Ace is in my top 3 of most favorite. Well stocked shelves and a very clean store. Give them a try and I bet you will return to them for your hardware needs.

Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The manager Jeff was friendly and helpful while the lady at the counter was the same. I reckoned this compared to Lowe’s, if you can help it. You don’t have to go staff hunting here, and the staff is ready to help.

Must be under new management. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed. In the past after you entered the store you were greeted and ask what you are looking for. Not anymore, it took forever for one of the associates to show up, and he did not know the business, that was obvious. Another guy showed up and told me to order it with my phone. Hmmmm.

They are always helpful and they have things that no one else has anymore. You will be surprised by the experience. You can go in clueless and leave with just what you needed.

Large store with lots of specialty items. Great one on one service. Prices are a little on the high side (similar to other specialty hardware stores).

You dont even know what you need but what its for, tell any of friendly staff and they will help you get what you need and if for some strange reason they dont keep one of those, they tell you where to go to get it .

Might not be the cheapest, but the staff is awesome. And I love the fact that you dont have to buy bulk.
