Didnt have the part that I needed. Couldnt order the part that I needed. No one shrugged it off and said sorry. They got on a radio, called over someone else. They figured out who in town had the part (plumbing) and sent me to the competitions to get the job done. If they have it in stock, Im buying it here.

Always super friendly and they carry items the big box folks dont. Be careful when you go to the checkout as they usually have all sorts of snacks to help finish all the projects.

Ace is a full-service hardware store. I go there when I need some advice as to which product will do the job that I need to do. The staff here is always helpful.

I was given a hard time from the time I walked in the door for not having my mask on, it was in my hand. As I was trying to p put it on. Then with my receipt I was explaining that I was returning an item my son had purchased and I was returning it for a refund and they refused to give me the cash money even though I had the receipt but they ended up refunding it back to my card because they couldn’t give a cash refund for something that wasn’t paid cash for it seemed retarded.Not their best first impression for customer service!!!!! Don’t think I’ll ever need anything from that store even if I did!!!!

Nicest ACE hardware store Ive ever been in. More expensive that home depot, but far less hassle. Reminds me of a country hardware store. Mason jars, pickling spices, gourmet sodas. Very friendly staff and well organized store.

Visited to purchase paint, the lady who assisted my daughter was very friendly and knowledgeable. While waiting I browsed through the store and found some very nice gifts. I like this store, just dont visit often because I totally forget the store is there. Its like a hidden treasure, you never know what you may find.

Very helpful staff. Amazing variety of stocked items. Needed to have my handyman replace plumbing parts. They had a display with pictures (for us non-professional plumbers) which really helped me know what I needed to buy.I love the signs showing all the supplies needed for minor repairs. That way I can get the right gadget the first time.

My only complaint is that before the new store opened a few years ago, I applied for a part-time position there...never got a reply!

This Ace Hardware location always has what Im looking for as well as the most attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly staff of any hardware store in the area. My favorite part of the experience is the short wait at checkout as opposed to 10 minutes anywhere else.

Same old ace......nothing exciting

For some reason people think this place is expensive, it’s not, I buy daily building and plumbing material, I found out that a lot of their products are cheaper than HD or Lowe’s, don’t forget the help you can always find too .

This is the ONLY ACE hardware store where I had to wait 15 minutes to get someone to help me. I might as well just go to Home Depot. Is not like it was busy either. 10 cars in the parking at most When someone finally showed up they were on the radio talking to someone about loading something. Couldn’t concentrate on helping me. Then it turn out he had no idea how to remove a bathtub drain to replace with a new one. I guess I better order on eBay and watch a YouTube video instead.

Getting back to Ace is the Place with the Helpful Harrdware Man, reminds me of growing up helping my dad. In this case the hardware man is a woman and Im not ashamed to say that this store has solved two problems for me in recent months, after I had to make returns to the other home improvement store

This Ace is not good at enforcing social distancing, and dont dare ask the owner to, she will laugh at you. Id say to heck with Ace, Home Depot and Lowes do a much better job protecting you without giving you attitude.I know, I know - there are some things you can only get from Ace well, head to Riverview or Fishhawk before rewarding this lady for ignorance.

They have changed so much over the years. This was so much easier than visiting the bigger boxes...!

One of the last stores in which an employee will actually stop and go out of their way to ask if you need help finding anything and even if they dont have it, will offer advice on where to get it. A little pricey but better than the commercialized competitor.

Ace is exactly as advertised, helpful. I never waste time staring at shelves and shelves full of the same thing; half of which is out of my reach. No matter what my project, someone there knows what I need and they have it. Prices are on par with the bigger places. Once I doing a plumbing repair. Since I hadnt measured before shopping, Al, one of the long serving staff members, told me to buy both sizes and return the one I didnt need. 90 minutes later I walked back in, returned the hose that did not fit, and bought the longer one. Al saw me and knew what had happened. See, I told you to get both. Youd be done by now.

Will not honor ace lifetime warranty on hand tools anymore. Must have receipt, no receipt no warranty, but who keeps receipts, just another way to circumvent warranty. Beware of buying from ace hardware. Lesson well learned.

Staff have been incredibly friendly and helpful! I get a lot of copies of keys made there, and a staff made a copy that didnt work. I took it back (with my receipt) and they made the correct copy without any issues.

Ive been shopping at this ACE for approx 20 years, at this location and the Bloomingdale Village location. The staff is always friendly, courteous, knowledge and helpful. They’re always there to help you, you don’t have to “hunt” for an associate like the big-box stores. In addition, you can call them and ask about products, price, etc., you can’t get that service at the big-box stores. And, if you join their Rewards program, you get a min. $5 gift card at Christmas and your birthday, even if you shop at other ACE Hardwares throughout the country. AND, they have free popcorn at this store 😊😊😊
